Brokers don't have to do business with you if they don't want to and they sure don't have to take OTC certs
Well some may not want to, but as long as their are brokers that do is all that really matters...
No they won't. A number of the online brokerages no longer accept penny stock certs for redeposit.
Um, Some names would be helpful for verification purposes here.
Thank You...
All out of posts so I will have to prepare my other responses later...
No problem, alot of misinformation being spread around about CDIV.
As long as there is value in this stock a broker will accept certificates. That means the value could even be in the triple zeroes per share.
The brokerages have to allow people access to their assets.
Could be a good idea...
Let's remember how many fail to delivers are out there...
Looks like over 17 million reported on CDIV alone here...
Who knows how many are unreported...
http://failurestodeliver.com/default.aspx
Just type in CDIV and hit dump to get the data...
Weren't people saying the same thing at all levels? Wasn't everyone supposed to buy and hold forever?
Stocks have investors and traders. Those that have held all or the majority of there positions are the investors.
That's how pyramid schemes work
Your thoughts are noted...
Doesn't mean they are correct.
Let's see those financials before the open on Monday!! Give this some meat for next week.
Definitely, pinch getting tighter and the MACD heading upward...
A close of .035 would be good here...
11/03/09 - CDIV .048
11/03/10 - CDIV .037
What a difference a year makes, Eh.
Need Monk and the inner circle here to pick up their buying...
Well Tony I don't have too... Just saying the damn price has dropped a long way here, and the way the stock is acting seems to suggest it IMO...
Hope I am proven wrong when the financials come out... Taking my loss on this one like a man so far and trying not to whine to hard...
Not too many were fortunate to have entered under a damn penny...
Yes, I definitely agree that we need the CEO to address the issue that there appears like dilution has been present here!!
The financials would show the updated share count, but it would be nice to see the CEO address the issue now!!
For all we know the financials may be issued late, wouldn't that be nice!!
You woulda thought that with the crazy drop in share price over the last month in particular, that Nazid would have issued a pr showing a stable share structure to qualm fears here.
If he is not getting back to people it is definitely a RED FLAG IMO...
It's all about communication...
Trick or Treat.... Pincher is forming and the big suprise is that
the stock will be moving up very soon...
You can do it.... I explained in a prior post how on the weekly chart there is a candle wick that fills a gap down to .044 in December of last year.
Interesting how we closed at .044 on Friday, wouldn't you say...
By the way volume plays a much bigger role than just the indicators themselves.
Hmmmm... Very good info on the effects on CDIV and the others...
Tend to agree with you.
Look at a majority of the pink sheet stocks out there. Just like CDIV, they seem to be dropping in price most of the time. Sure people sell, but the mm's use this to their advantage in manipulating the bid and ask. They short the pink sheet stocks as much as they can and gather as many shares on the cheap so they are ready to sell shares if a run occurs...
Either way by bringing a stock price as low as they possibly can before being forced to let it rise- through large volume of buyers, great company info whatever, they have accumulated cheap shares and can try to cover as much as possible before the stock is forced to rise again.
All IMO of course...
CDIV seems to fit this pattern...
One thing that I think that Nazir the CEO should do here to givebetter support to the collapsing stock price and possibly create some momentum before the 3rd. quarter financials are out, is to put out some kind of pre - earnings info. If truly this last quarters numbers are going to be much better than the $300 something in revenue from the prior quarter he should damn well pr that!!!
I realize that he is not a BIG pr guy, and that is all fine and dandy, but some great pre earnings news if it exists, would definitely help to turn the tide here and provide a strong defense to the market makers IMO...
Exactly the balance sheet will always follow this format:
Assets = liabilities + owners or stockholder's equity
If money is not withdrawn from a particular credit line, you will not have cash show as an asset nor will you have any amount shown as a liability.
Keeping it simple here....
Won't see a cover untill they feel they have to from strong buying pressure... I hear that a very good earnings report may be coming out early next month. Hmmmm, could that do the trick..
CDIV opened this month at .27
Low so far today of .041
Market Makers going for broke this month. The short position is huge and I have to believe a turn around is close here...
Looks like we have had support here the last few weeks. On the weekly in December 09 looks like there was a candle tail that filled the gap down to .044 Looks like next week we should be in good shape.

My guess is that they definitely sell that taxi game app and the car crashing app they put up recently. Watch as more of these apps roll out as the EOY approaches. We will see an obvious increase in revenue for this past quarter.
Last post of the day...
Sure, but that two day drop was the biggest percentage drop that CDIV has seen since the downtrend began. IMO bottom is in here at .049
Well, I would take the dividend debacle with E*** as a definite catalyst for dropping CDIV from around .13 to .05
Whether it was just cold feet on the part of a few large sellers or the market makers taking advantage as usual, or a combination of the both, that drop will have a correction IMO...
Things looking very good here... Get your tickets to the CDIV show because next week it's all go IMO...
And on momo playerszzz imo... LOL... Go CDIV!!!
Let'zzz not forget to include those bollinger bands witnitzzz, looks like you want to be let into the exclusive club tonight. Shorterszzz haven. Barter town, two men enter one man leave.
Dying time.

Weird, May 20th. is my birthday. I normally don't look for signs, but I still have a good feeling about this stock. Let's get that ADX(14) over 40 and with some more buying pressure pop the price back up to the upper bollinger band. The shorts on this baby have to be through the roof.
Timing is so difficult to call, let's give it 4 weeks...
LOL.... When that Pincher setup hits over the next few weeks, all hell should break loose.

I'm banking on this stock reversing to the upside this month and more green going forward toward winter. Without a doubt, a tad oversold LOL...
Since when did complete honesty exist in the pinky and otc markets....
Looks to me like after all the manipulation, we may have found the bottom here with the lower bolli...

Looking for a nice rise through the power hour here...
Sometimes you just have to TUNE OUT THE NOISE...
And why should MMs want to see that happen? They make their money trading stocks. They make most of it on the spread. What's best for them is consistent high volume. You don't get that when stocks collapse.
I could of phrased that differently. They like to short often to create more sellers where they can gobble up shares on the cheap. The wild west is their comfort zone and I agree with them liking the high volume, which has accompanied the FLD plays during their runs.
Nitwit... don't have PM, so have to answer you on the board...
Something is not illegal untill it has actually been proven illegal in a court of law...
Don't seem so innocent... Didn't seem to bother you when EIGH was going up...
Again I am a impartial observer of this stocks actions...
Actually they all have gone up and they all have gone down...
GR** went to new highs and now EIGH has done the same thing...
Stocks will go up and down. Of course the shorts and mm's like to mainly see stocks collapse.
You did a good job with SP**, but that was an entirely different animal where actual fraud was involved...
I am a impartial observer right now, but I think group cohesiveness is the way to beat the shorts in the market.
The OTC will continue unabated for a long time. Why change what's profitable too the big guys...
I have a good feeling what the next play may be, and may be ready to pounce myself.. LOL...
Say hello to your mm friends...
