Taking 60% losses won't make it in investing either. I think it is important to see this as it is. Some have said you can only lose 1x your money, but could make 100x your money. That are much the same odds a roulette table gives. Truth of the matter is, is that your not just counting on company performance here. You are relying on lawyers, courts, questionable corporate financing, etc. There are many other opportunities that do not have so many variables that can absolutely crush the pps. To each their own, but a step back and from time to time puts things in prospective. Tough to do when you have to look past a claimed 100 billion dollar pay day. I hope all wealth and health. Glta
So true. This is an amazing opportunity. Easy to get frustrated when we have so much growth and potential growth in front of us but the same hindrances blocking the pps road. Not for long though. That other turd you speak of should be prosecuted imo.
Well, just got back from the doctor. Turns out I'm struggling with a bad case of "Auditism". Symptoms are emotional swings, anxiety attacks, and actually the thickening of one's skull. The Doctor told me the only cure was to let it run its course. He told me to let those I interact with know about my condition. Then they will be able to understand my actions better. On the bright side, he told me I'm in the final stages, though be it one of the worst cases he has ever seen. Soon my "Auditism" will be cured and I'll be back to full health. Thought I would share my findings in order to educate others who are also finding themselves struggling with this disorder. Best of health and wealth all. Pretty soon.... I hope
AMFE STRONG
HELLLL YEAHHHH!!!!!! WITH A LITTLE AUDIT SPRINKLED ON TOP. AND THATS THE BOTTOM LINE
Hellllll Yeahhhhh$$$$$AMFE$$$$$$
Can I get a Hell Yeah? HELLLL YEAHHHH
Thank you for understanding my frustrations. I'm also planning on being here for years to come. I'll never be a yes man. I'll call things the way I see them. I'll pump the piss out of this when I see fit, and beat Roger up when I see fit. This thing is a god damn gold mine.
The audit is not the thing at issue for me brother. Rogers communication is. Communication is 100% in his control. I don't want more communication or less, I want accurate and honest communication. If this makes me crazy or somehow defficient in my outlook, so be it. I've visited our Tempe location, and was 100% impressed with everything I saw and experienced. I've researched as much as I can every aspect under the AMFE umbrella. Potential everywhere. The business concept is what keeps me here. Not Roger right now. And for me, that is sad. Like I said, maybe post audit Roger will become a straight shooter in regards communication. I really hope so. This is his baby. I want everyone here to realize profit beyond their dreams. Maybe tonight we get news, maybe a month from now, maybe a year from now. Who's counting. "Coming weeks" is a little open ended come to think of it.
And that's the bottom line. OK, watched my favorite YouTube. Better mood. Let's go AMFE. It's time.
I prefer either Rose colored glasses or a blindfold.
If I can't be critical yet optimistic, wtf. Every share I own has been from ask. Don't give me this high and mighty "sell if your not happy". I have no plans to sell anytime soon. If I can't be critical on this forum, while being one of the most loyal shareholders here, wtf. I could care less what our pps is today, tomorrow, next week. The track record we have of communication from Roger dating back as far as you want to look shows failed management provided timelines. When all of what we have in the pipeline hits, we should see a great increase in pps. My concern is looking at the management style being displayed now in a 40 mil market cap has NO place in a 100 mil, 200 mil, 1 bil market cap QB or QX and definitely not a NASDAQ traded company. I want more than anything for Roger to prove me wrong, and show me his best. I just hope we haven't already seen his best. Execution in business is rewarded. If this requires Roger to play second fiddle, so be it. For me, he has a lot of things to clean up in his executive style before he gets institutions to buy into his business. Maybe post audit, the leaf turns over and we see a better CEO Roger then we have over the past year. It takes a brilliant CEO to get the most out of a brilliant business. We have a brilliant business, CEO needs to step up. Maybe Roger is the one that can do it, but if not, as a shareholder, I'm 100% ok with a change. And that's the bottom line.
I know one person that knows all of the answers to all of our questions. The problem is we'll have to wait until we are in critical condition before Dr Roger will treat us. I truly hope I'm over reacting, but when you are lost and see the same buildings over and over again, you are probably going in circles. It's time to break this cycle.
I've bought and bought and bought and held and held and held for well over two years. I have no problem with the buy and hold philosophy. I prefer it. What I don't prefer is smoke blown up my ass. And that's the bottom line!
Don't get me wrong, this ticker is a value. But without people being honest with themselves, nothing will change. This is a business, not a sports team. Companies have investors, sports teams have fans. If my Broncos suck ass again next year ( Flacco SMH) I'll still be a fan. The same can not be said with ANY of my investments. A dog will use as much leash it is given. We need to tighten up Rogers leash and hold him accountable for his actions. I've emailed him regularly, praising the good things, but also holding his feet to the fire when I feel he has fd up. It is very naive to think big institutions will want anything to do with this if things aren't cleaned up at the highest levels. Prove me wrong Roger.
He has possibly the worst communication skills of any business leader I have encountered. I've given him and will continue to give him the benefit of the doubt until fins are posted. This is the problem with having a brilliant business being run by a complete green horn. Will he learn from his mistakes? I don't know. Will Snakes kill it with or without him? I think so. That is my current dilemma here. " In the coming weeks....". A month later, nothing. BS. This might just be a PR issue, but as a shareholder, that is my channel to my investment. And if PR is crap, that means my relationship with my investment is crap. His inexperience has really been on show. Don't even get me started on the "on time" BS. As a contractor, I give tentative and firm schedules all the time. If my timeline changes, I provide my customers sound reasons. Can anyone here give me a sound reason or reasons on why this process with fins is such a shit show? Roger hasn't given me any reasons. He has given me tweets that amount to a hill of beans, but no reasons I can look at and be like ,"oh, that's why". But why should I care, right? I'm sorry but I should not feel as though I'm better at running a company then the CEO I'm investing in. Prove me wrong Roger. I dare you lol. I'm sorry for the rant, but this guy needs to get his shit together. And that's the bottom line!
I think we are getting to the point "post tweet storm" that some are feeling grond hogs day all over again. It is ok to be an irritated bull. Im betting on Roger more now then I have ever. Don't let me down Rog or I'll buy more lol.
I thought speculation and hope are a huge part of investing. You perform DD, speculate on future value, and fn hope you got it right. What more can someone do. The audit is a kink in the pps hose. Once it's unkinked (not sure if that's a word) watch out.
I get you man and am 100% in agreement that there is never a "good time" to perform a multi-year audit. One time deal, but it's been a brutal bastard. Kind of jealous of those just finding out about AMFE to be honest. They will live longer then me and have color in their hair longer as well. But good luck trying to buy a single share from me ;)
Not sure how to take that lol. With that logic the Rams got screwed this year cause the dang NFL doesn't have 5 quarters. Just a stupid rule the NFL made up... I'm loaded and loading more at every opportunity. But I took my rose glasses off long ago. I'm viewing AMFE as more then a pinky, and expect our management to do the same. I'm also planning on holding my shares for years. Growing pains have and are going to be tough. The great thing about AMFE is that it still looks great even when keeping everything in prospective. Glta
On time... It's great to be bullish here, I am. But that post is like salt in the wound for some of us that have been here years. The audit and fins will be released soon Imo, but "on time"... No stop sign would be in view if things were on time. AMFE is a great opportunity no doubt. But let's keep things semi real here. Appreciate your bullishness though bud
Certainly hope Roger tightens up the old communique going forward after audit. Does not do anyone any favors, including himself, by giving abstract timelines. That being said, this thing is about to blow imo. Fridays are auditor update days, so possibly he'll receive great news today and release the kraken Monday...
If you guys aren't careful, Emil may sue you for quoting, "patience is a virtue". I heard he actually made that up
All the cool kids pee their pants lol.
I feel bad for that judge, scoundrel vs. scoundrel lol
So more nothing... Figured as much
March 5 has come and gone with nothing happening... What are we counting hours down to now? Give me the juice!
There are far more patents validated then there are valuable patents. I believe this is the difference in veiw points. A patent by itself is worthless unless it is marketable. VPLM has patents. They are independently valuing these patents at what would be the one of most valuable inventions ever created. Yet they have not chosen to market these patents, instead going straight to the courts. In my opinion, were these patents as valuable as the company, ceo, and shareholders let on, finding a partner without litigation would be simple. Let the Blue Chip aquiering company pay for litigation. These are the logical steps to not only avoid a long drawn out process that VPLM can not afford without mass dilution. Because this step was not taken, or wasn't an option to be taken, I question the motives behind this litigation. If this was settled right away, prior to OS exploding to where it is now, VPLM shareholders would have benefited. Since these companies being sued didn't settle early, and decided to take this to litigation changed the management's strategy. At this point, they started marketing the David vs Goliath, "patience is a virtue" mantra to shareholders. Brilliant. Knowing that these cases can take an extreme amount of time, in my opinion, VPLM started raising funds via dilution. Lawyers cost money. I get that. But to pay extremely high salaries and bonuses on the shareholders dime before any revenue has arrived is blatantly wrong. Ask yourself, if you were on the board of a company that was going to be worth billions and billions soon?... Would you feel the need or desire to spend loyal shareholder funds on bonuses while the company still has work to be done and court battles to be won prior to any monetization? These are a few of the reasons I'm skeptical about this company and it's future valuations. But my opinion, like anyone else's should not matter. Glta
It's much like the guy who invented the soup cans with a string between filing suit against Verizon, AT&T, Apple... They obviously are infringing on his brilliant idea. WTH, this can not stand in the free world lol.
This is not good for VPLM. At All.
Brilliant. So obvious. All customers, Future investors.
It has been great for those that can see past their nose. Accumulate, accumulate, accumulate. Simple game if you understand what you own and have funds to invest. You'll see.
If you don't own that AMG in your avatar yet, soon my friend. Beautiful ride. Just like the ride AMFE is about to take us on imo. Great taste in automobiles btw
I can see a reasonable salary for sure. But the bonuses seem a little premature imo.
Lol, guess I won't get a reply on my "recent developments" inquiry. Figured bs, kinda like, " we're hours away" lmao. Countdown to...
I believe management is infact "operations". Bonuses and gifted shares are not typically considered "operations". At least how I interpret "operations".
I think "patent fairy" is more fitting. As in fairytale. Ol Grampy Emil sure tells a good bed time story. So good his grandchildren can't tell the difference between "malak believe" and real. lol
99.9% of investors hate dilution when it goes to gifted shares and management bonuses. Here is the .01%. I can't relate with you here, but more power to you I guess
Management has absolutely seen the positives from dilution. Common shareholders... Not so much imo
1. NV
2. In order to enrich themselves off frivolous share dumping scheme.
You said he didn't file in West Texas, the most favorable district for "patent trolls", so I guess it doesn't matter where he did...
