VIVA is going after an audience of the 2/3 rd of the world including US (which is not the target audience.)
US mainland is not the focus, although a spectacular product and service nonetheless.
They are working on a new model (no reason to attack CEO, they have shifted their business plan; JF, the BOD and rest of the team are brilliant- many put their own money in). They have shifted the mission and product service since August.
Get rid of the premiums (like HOBO, CENI and the like.) Keep it simple. Broaden the audience.
They have not hid this information - through some tweets, Facebook and Instagram you can see a picture being painted. True longs know there is a shift.
Many in US will add it to their existing platforms. For US it's not perfect in delivery right now, but the content is interesting beyond the typical news, sports, etc) Those will always be there and in HD.
100's of Millions will see this for the first time. And contracts will be made with governments and municipalities . 1/3rd of the population cant just pop out a credit card (like many take for granted.)
The stock SP price is being manipulated. BY whom? , mm's mostly, don't know why.
No dilution, and if there is, that's why as a shareholder you invest so they can build a company. It's called investing. "Dilution" as a word is being used as a scare tactic word. NOT happening - notes exchange to raise capital to grow a company.
The movies are on demand and are not focused on American Blockbusters. This is not NeSlIX. Target audience - the globe. They will add and remove content constantly, but the target 900+ channels with the multicultural broadcasts will remain. For USa, all the standard quality channels including live channels will remain.

And peeps will have live concerts streaming from their phones and MTV type streaming while traveling (eg will on the move, bike car subway mule) - live (technology has changed)

Investors trust what they are going to do and understand soft launch is a beta test and from that data you have the opportunity to change your ultimate plan. The tweets aren't really matching what is going on because things are changing so quickly. There is a BOD, not just one persons making decisions.
