TRU is not currently expanding in the US as it does note even exist yet.
The concept, again, CONCEPT, is undergoing a branding strategy with another company right now, which is going to be a complete overhaul.
The good news is there is something in the works. I just wish they would stop the "now franchising" communication when there is currently nothing to franchise. They don't even have one store up and running.
Nothing here hints at CBD infused drinks.
They do not produce beverages at the moment. They are not a bottling company.
All this CBD discussion is PURELY speculative and we are a long way off from the sales of any type of Infused drinks.
In 2019.
I agree. Record setting is a bit of an overshot, but new revenues will definitely be present.
I do not imagine them to be over the 350K mark though. To me, that is not record setting, but it is higher than we have previously had, which was zero.
I do not believe we will see any revenue presented from Recipe Food Co. on the Q3 as they just closed, but the transaction will be included for sure.
Or not....
Do some background work. All of those tweets and likes are from fake accounts.
If someone is trying to pump this, they are not doing a good job.
They are all fake accounts.
All of them have Zero followers. Zero posts.
Clearly trying to inflate some numbers to show interest.
Fat chance of that happening.
What does Everett have to do with this. There is no question.
If I have questions, I've asked and he has answered. He is responsive which is nice, but there is no question here.
The only way this would be of importance is if Recipe Food Co established a partnership with Shopify to provide all culinary requirements, perhaps internal catering or something along that line for an ongoing deal.
I treat this the same as someone hosting a birthday party. Wonderful that they can be identified by a growing company like Shopify, but nothing much more. It was a private dining experience.
What do you have to say about any of the other Anniversary or Corporate event they have hosted. They must be launching everywhere now!
I don't think she "launched" anything with Shopify. They hosted a dinner. That is no "launch"
Call it what it was, a corporate reservation.
I also work in the hospitality industry, and know how many times we have corporations book something at our facility. This does not mean my company is Launching anything with that company, but rather that said company is using my services to facilitate their activity. Does it help my business to say we hosted x company last week, perhaps, but it is not a marketable thing that makes me valuable. Good food, good service, and creating a memory, that is what matters.
Now, if this was 100% hosted by Recipe Food Co, as a promotional opportunity, which there is no indication it was, then that would be a different story.
While it's great to make connections, i think you also have to be fairly subjective in the reading of it....
Even with the whole Shopify night, this was nothing more than a client party. I assume they have zero connection to shopify other than they cooked for them one night, and it should not be noted that this is now a corporate connection and a value add.
I love that this is something they do, and it shows the scope of their business offerings, but that's where the road ends.
Hopefully they market themselves properly and have some strategic sales team working on filling those seats every day.
That is incorrect Doog.
Recipe Food Co. has not been showcased on Marilyn Dennis show. Dee has previously been on the show with her past endeavors, but there has not been any mention of the Restaurant on the show to my knowledge/sleuthing online.
If you can refute that, please do.
What can be stated is that we are currently partnering with someone who is well connected in the food/entertainment industry. Past taping of the Marilyn Dennis show have been with her other company (no longer alive), Deelicious Catering. Here's a link to the Marilyn Links. https://twitter.com/cateringwstyle Note, none of them are active, and you can no longer find Dee's name on the Marilyn Denis Show Website. It must have been from too long ago.
This is not to refute her being on the show, just to show that it is not current and Recipe Food Co has not been advertised or announced in any television format. We HAVE been listed on several Toronto focused websites with "newly opened" formats.

In addition, Dee has now updated her LinkedIn account to reference the CRUZANI link and partnership.

This is great news and look forward to what's ahead.
I take it back. My apologies... Was just catching up and did not see this.
Spoke too soon!
Woohoo CZNI!
What proof do you have of this?
We know it's in the works, but at Finra's own speed. I've seen that take quite a bit of time.
There is no way for you to know if this is coming tomorrow or in a month.
I think it's pretty clear that is all linked. The company logo, the big green and blue Z is in our financials, and is also on all the products that have been started. The video of Han in the office also had the logo on the food beside the Chinese flag. The company is alive and well. Looking forward to the next two fins. Hoping they release both at the same time. Q2 might not say much, so they held it back to keep the price from dropping. Expecting q3 to have more meat in it.
Thank you for recognizing what I was trying to communicate. All of this stuff is literally RIGHT on the building.
Car parts and broken fridges.
All the same property.
The front entrance is on 111 Brockhouse Road. I never refuted that.
I even posted the front door. What more do you want?
If you did your research, you would realise that what I am saying is right. They are the same property, and Mario is not only conducting business as Supreme Sweets, but also as his Exotic Auto Parts company. Same location.
Proof - The real estate profile for the property. 111 Brockhouse & 506 Evans. Same property, same buildings, same scrap yard. https://www.realtor.ca/Commercial/Industrial/19268813/111-BROCKHOUSE-RD-Toronto-Ontario-M8W2W8-Alderwood
This was the for sale sign on the Evans side of the property
And now a visual from above - Google maps -
It's pretty easy to see that I am right. How do you think I got these photos? I went to see the company in person, however, they were closed when I arrived (6 PM).
I'm not refuting the fact you got into the property. (my photos verify this - the entrance from the outside of the building, looking in. Supreme sweets banner and the sign in book)
All I am saying is look at the whole picture. Mario has two companies at this property. Considering this is a food handling business, one would think that the outside of the property would be devoid of anything that could attract rodents, etc. I was suprised at the state of the grounds. That is all.
I'm also a shareholder, so I'm not trying to shit on the company, just stating the facts. Your view of the inside is great, but this is the view of the outside, in its entirety.
Can we give up this little bicker now? You have all the proof you need.
I'm not denying he was in the property, I'm just questioning how.
Also, you do not drive over an hour to just "show up" at a property.
I would deny them right away.
or..... Amsterdam?
It's not even legal in Toronto yet.
Lol.
alert for what?
Did you walk behind the building???
The Supreme Sweets property extends onto Evans road. I am fairly confident that across the road from the front of the property (before the fence/highway) are cars that have not been moved in forever, not to mention on the right hand side of the parking lot contains trailers and old car parts.
These pictures that I posted were from when I visited the property in July. I live in the city and pass by the property quite often. There is no way they have cleaned up the entire property, nor is it to be expected. I'm just asking what his plans are.
See post# 32344 in case you missed it.
This is the real deal, and the real view of the external property.
Hoping it finally came off then.
A couple days ago it was still there.
How did you miss the gigantic "for sale" sign on the front of the building on the roof. You can't miss it...
112 Mil Shares traded today.
Did he happen to mention anything about the sale sign coming down? Ive messaged him a few times but have not received a response in regards to when that sign is coming down.
In addition, what about the scrap yard behind the building?
I'm surprised to see so many products in place. I have definitely seen some of the products on the shelves (mainly the Compliments products... the no name brand of one of our major grocery stores in Canada). Great to see their products are already received by the major retailers.
If Everett is still involved, I cannot see him just letting this slide. Take the opportunity to make money, OR, back door another part of his UHLN business to double list.
I don't think the door is close for this stock yet.
Always fun to be a millionaire
Well... I've got no where to go, fast.
This has the potential to open the door for a backdoor listing though. FLSR is straight up a dead shell right now. Anyone could come in and buy in for a Reverse merge.
This is not shut yet.
Anyone hear from RO lately?
Last I heard he was on Vacation.
1 Milly away from 100 Mill traded
Something is afoot on the website.... looks like they are about to make a few announcements...

**** Flashbacks of Charlie Graingers signing day****
Nothing is a done deal until it is stated it's a done deal.
I think what is really going to drive this one is what is reflected on the next Q.
Looking forward to seeing the revenue streams come though. Again, things will not happen overnight, with 2019 being a staging period for the company.
What I find interesting is that they are now looking into a certification program for the bakery. This is new information. Going to do some research to see what is entailed with this.
All good news!
Hoping its higher!
True.... But on lunch service alone?
I think an additional $1M revenue assessment for Recipe Co is highly inflated for a first year restaurant.
Thinking it will be much less.
I think this also has to do with the Name change and Ticker change.
