I picked up just shy of 60,000 the other day. I want more but I can't swing it unfortunately.
Completely unsubstantiated.
That's false. Another lie.
Hahahaha. Someone is fishing for some shares.
Back off.
Their mine.
I can definitively say this stock isn't going any lower because I'm going to start buying again.
I'll never get the same kind of sugar rush as Sleek, but I'll definitely end up with a few cavities with all this Sugar.
I don't know any details, but this is what Jimmy told me.
If he wanted to rush it, he could have pushed them out by now.
However, he wants to make sure everything is correct and that his accounting team is up to par. Remember, back in November we had only 2 people in the accounting department; today we have 8-10.
The accounting portion of the business is very important. Obviously.
Jimmy has told us that they have identified the issues, implemented corrective measures and that Financials will be complete soon. Once they Fins are out those problems will be a thing of the past because Jimmy FIXED the problem, instead of just putting a bandaid on it, or covering it up.
Sleek, you hit the nail on the head. Jimmy has to be careful with what and how often he releases information while delinquent. That's why we wont hear anything until Fins are up to date.
If I had to guess we are very close to that and we are going to hear a lot.
REAL words from Jimmy.
Mr. Jimmy Chan, CEO of Sugarmade commented, "The filing of our financial results has been delayed as we revamped our financial team and systems in order to manage the strong growth we are currently realizing and to prepare for the growth we are forecasting for future periods. While we have experienced growing pains, the good news is we have implemented some strong systems and augmented our financial staffs, which will allow us to be more timely in future reporting. We will be back on track with our reporting very soon. We continue to believe our future is very bright, as we expand our operations and rapidly expand our revenue base."
Sleek. Find me on Facebook. Look up our group and msg me. Group name is: SGMD Me Rich. You'll figure out which ones me.
They are pushing harder.
Something must be close.
To be clear, there was no statement by Jimmy or Jimmys "boy" . That's an example of something Mudpuppy or Manslap made up.
The only statements by Jimmy and team have been in their SEC filings, PRs and Facebook.
Consultant. But he is very committed to seeing the company succeed.
His company is Sound Decisions.
Yes he is.
He has personal things going on,I was asked not to go into detail, but Id say that we shouldn't give him a hard time.
My thoughts on Budlife.
As I've stated from the begining, I don't own SGMD for Budlife and will believe it when I see it.
Let me be clear here. I asked them about Budlife. They didn't tell me much of anything that we don't already know. So I'm not saying this based on new info.
The problem with Budlife is that it is a product which requires organic growth and a large amount of up front resources in a competitive market with no guaranteed return.
Samething with Cannashroud and Dab Box (which still exist).
Very clearly Sugarmade has made a shift in their business model and have made that very clear in their communications this year. The biggest shift is from the Carryoutsupplies business to the cannibus industry. Within their shift to the cannibus industry they started by utilizing their existing expertise and contacts to create products, but have shifted to acquiring existing businesses. For example, going from releasing Cannashroud and Dab Box, to signing the MMA and working towards fully Acquiring Bizright.
Cannashroud and Dab Box are unknown products in the industry which would require significant reaources to grow. On the other hand, Bizright was an established business doing $30M in revenue.
I wouldn't be surprised if the technology in Budlife exist and works but is it worth them pursuing considering their limited resources.
I would hold it as a product, along side Cannashroud and DabBox, but grow out a solid distribution and sales infrastructure. Then I'd utilize that infrastructure combined with the contacts made a long the way, to grow those products quickly.
Would I like to see Budlife? Sure. I guess.
Would I rather them take the cashflow from Bizright, grow the current business and leverage it to make other large acquisitions? Hell yes.
Luckily Jimmy has clearly stated that it is his plan to grow the infrastructure of his business and acquire other businesses.
You gotta be kidding me.
They are raising money and when your small and in need of money, you do what needs to be done. In the case of Sugarmade they avoid all the toxic offers that many companies fall for and they don't dilute the stock. Yes, they raised money at .5 - .8 per share. And? Jealous you didn't get that deal? Don't worry, so am I.
I too would like to know where to find these people. I'm dissappinted to find the address listed is a UPS store.
I'll try giving them a call, but I'd feel more comfortable if a real address was made available to the public.
I have made no secret my criteria for investing in a company.
People
Product
Potential for growth.
If it doesn't check all three boxes, it doesn't get my money.
I just left their offices, Daniel gave me a nice tour of the office and Warehouse. I even got to meet and sit down with Jimmy. We talked about the industry, the history of the company and a little about him. They answered what they could, which at this point wasn't much. That's ok though.
What I saw was far more important than any words. I saw a busy warehouse packed with supplies. I saw a large accounting staff hard at work. I saw passion, ambition and drive in the CEO and management staff.
They know they need to communicate more, but they are limited in what and how often they can say while delinquent. If they say too much, too often, they will violate the rules and that would negatively affect their status. As I've said before, they have reported the facts, they have said what needs to be said, its just a matter of people listening and believing.
To those who can't reach them, or those who are un happy with their responses: There is only so much they can do and say, and only so many times they can day the same thing. I'm sure that it comes to a point where it detracts from the real job, which is growing the business. They have been very professional and as transparent as legally possible with me, so, if your having issues with them, your probably the problem.
Why do you all make this more complicated than it is?
Invest in SGMD or don't. It's that simple.
Listen to what they have said and believe in the vision or don't. It's that simple.
Anyone bashing is doing so with an objective. You don't spend time bashing a stock for no reason. You do it because you want an entry point.
Jimmy has told us through 8Ks and PRs what his vision is and the direction of the company. Growth and acquisitions like BizRight have been that message. Not products, which has been clearly communicated.
Jimmy has told us the problems they are having and that those problems are being corrected. Once corrected they will have the infrastructure and foundation required to faciltate further growth. That's business 101. I don't need my MBA to understand that.
Invest or don't invest.
I've made my decision.
A lot of misinformation and manipulation out there right now.
I really hope Jimmy and team steps up and releases some more 8ks to clarify what is going on.
Oh how I love watching all the pieces come together.
Pigs are flying and hell has frozen over. Mudpuppy is right about something.
Those are the correct dates.
It makes me happy that i got to see your daily post.
It was released on a Thursday.
That 10Q tells us nothing of about the business as it stands today as it was for a time before SrirrachaStix became readily available and before the Bizright deal.
You don't have a meeting.
Still available.

It's like a poorly scripted sitcom being played out in front of me with you three.
There has NEVER been talk of an R/S, and as many can tell you, or a little DD, SGMD has never gone that route, even in situations others would have.
2 more to go. And come the end of June it'll be 3 more.
Q2 and Q3 are also past due. Q4 ends at the end of this month.
They'll come.
Old news.
Jmarkutah, the best plan is to ignore Manslapper and Mushpuppy.
Everything that ive seen/heard tells me that Jimmy hasn't lied about a single thing.
Just a friendly PSA, too, Mushpuppy and Manslapper are full of it.
I messaged them on Facebook inquiring about setting up another formal meeting. Got a reply in less than 1 minute. 1 email exchange later and Im scheduled to meet with them next Thursday.
Seriously?

More made up news.
Mods. Are you serious?
I feel like I am posting too much and sounding like a pumpy fanboy, but I also feel like someone has to call put Mushpuppy and Mudylap on their BS.
100x called him out on the FRLF board, too. He's there doing the exact same standup routine.
See how talking to them changes things? Remember. Ive probably talked to them more than anyone.
Seriously Manslap. Stop. Your not funny and people coming here for the first time don't already know your a dumbass.
Mods, is he allowed to post BS like this.
Don't just be patient, BE patience.
Sugarmades staff's financial success is directly connected to their business success.
Remember that none of these people, or any other insiders sold during the pop to .42
IMO they are aiming for higher and are betting on themselves and their ability to grow their company to a dollar+.
I could be wrong. But I doubt it
