My thoughts on Budlife.

As I've stated from the begining, I don't own SGMD for Budlife and will believe it when I see it.

Let me be clear here. I asked them about Budlife. They didn't tell me much of anything that we don't already know. So I'm not saying this based on new info.

The problem with Budlife is that it is a product which requires organic growth and a large amount of up front resources in a competitive market with no guaranteed return.

Samething with Cannashroud and Dab Box (which still exist).

Very clearly Sugarmade has made a shift in their business model and have made that very clear in their communications this year. The biggest shift is from the Carryoutsupplies business to the cannibus industry. Within their shift to the cannibus industry they started by utilizing their existing expertise and contacts to create products, but have shifted to acquiring existing businesses. For example, going from releasing Cannashroud and Dab Box, to signing the MMA and working towards fully Acquiring Bizright.

Cannashroud and Dab Box are unknown products in the industry which would require significant reaources to grow. On the other hand, Bizright was an established business doing $30M in revenue.

I wouldn't be surprised if the technology in Budlife exist and works but is it worth them pursuing considering their limited resources.

I would hold it as a product, along side Cannashroud and DabBox, but grow out a solid distribution and sales infrastructure. Then I'd utilize that infrastructure combined with the contacts made a long the way, to grow those products quickly.

Would I like to see Budlife? Sure. I guess.

Would I rather them take the cashflow from Bizright, grow the current business and leverage it to make other large acquisitions? Hell yes.

Luckily Jimmy has clearly stated that it is his plan to grow the infrastructure of his business and acquire other businesses.
