Marylin at STC just told me the OS was 26,749,029......she would not tell me when the change took place. thats like a 2.5 difference??????????

Atrade did just tell me that my shares were converted BUT they will be in atrades name with STC. The only way which my share will be in my street name is if I have them sent to me. They offered to do that free since I am an APEX client...I don't want them because they will be removed from my account at that time. Then to sell, I must surrender prior to sale...that could take a while, the play (if any) could be over. So, that is not a wise move. Atrade assures me I can have my certs in 3-6 weeks. I told them to keep them. We also went thru the restricted buying thing again...the lady chuckled a coulple of times....she knows whats up.
My thoughts are, Yes, they are short and wont convert till they have to......that day is not here yet, but soon I hope.
One of my first posts said "up to 6 months" nodody wanted to hear it. Well, here we are month 7 for me anyway.......

STC transfer just told me they had no record of my shares (in my name)...this means my broker (atrade) is holding my awyb and has NOT converted them yet. I have been on hold for over 25 min now waiting to talk to someone. I will let the board know what happens when I find out somthing. Has anyone spoken to your broker or STC about your certs???

Mary, Why did you let these kids get to you??? You did what they pushed you to,ya got a little crazy, they tell Matt, you are out. Now they have one less to tell others insane this thing really is. Your opinion is welcome......as long as you agree with the 4 or 5 here that just can't see that sitting in a stock for months and months while it just continues to drop is NOT OK. IMHO these guys want out and are stuck just like the rest of us and they dont need any negetive comments, (even if they make sense).
