Pretend you are Rory and you are now CEO of soundconcepts. There are 340K users using a variety of apps they provide. Don’t you go to your 7 sales people and ask “hey guys go out and sell all the users to use NotifiCRM” and go to your IT guys and say make NotifiCRM readily available on each app. Just that in itself will boost sales
They are open to having shareholders visit. There are 1 or 2 shareholders that I know of here on iHub who have been to the offices
When the Oracle 8K released in Jan, the stock traded red after the announcement for 15 days straight before its uprising to 3$. Sometimes it takes investors time to absorb certain info.
Only 1% penetration of Odoo, sound concepts, Marketo and oracles hundreds of thousands and or millions of clients equals millions of dollars in revenues for FUSZ.
Not 10% but 1%. If people can’t see the light at the end of the tunnel than sell and stop writing on a message board all day long and find a new stock to criticize. If not and feel they can do better if they were CEO open up your email browser and email Rory your suggestions on how he could have or could do things differently.

They teach you how to do a sales video. There is not interactivity in the video with call to action clicks. They use YouTube.

It’s possible the timelines are off. However when investigating many public offerings who also announced RS, they all announced the RS before they were going to do a P.O
Point is aside from Rory saying he has no intentions of doing so, it would be uncommon to announce a RS after an S1 or public offering was announced ;)
Wasn’t Rory in NY before and during the microcap? And with the recent developments, aren’t some of the parties involved in NY? ;)
Here’s something interesting to think about:
S1 states they intend to uplist with the offering. It also states the offering will be substantially higher than the avg warrant price of .30. Here’s something else that is interesting. AGP underwrites on average within 40 days. Does that mean the intent is to uplist in the next 2 months. Now this is where it gets really interesting. The S1 was filed last week so we can guesstimate 30 more days before the offering closes.
A RS has not been announced. How long does it take before they announce a RS, PR the intention or release an 8K to the nature. Then how long before they schedule a vote for the RS. In addition how long assuming the vote passes before the RS happens. The RS from the companies I read up on took 60-90 days. Why would Anyone buy the public offering to assume a RS is on the way?
There are a few companies who dealt with AGP and they announced their intentions to RS before AGP made the S1 effective.
IMO RS is not an option for Rory and he has said so many time. In addition the Timelines of what we know is the intent don’t coincide with a RS

Soundconcepts has 360K users of brightools. Rory buys the company and tells each sales person “Hey Guys go out and sell NotifiCRM to all of your 360K users”. Only 20% agree to use it.
