Manipulators run out of shares if they're not helped in a sell off. Eventually they would benefit from letting it run at least a little bit. Keep that in mind before jumping on a game of musical chairs where you might be left without a seat when the music stops.
I think this place is turning into a writers workshop

Only really thought about it late, but usually there's a concall number.
Spread the word if you believe in this. More eyes, fewer shares for those folks. We hopefully shook one of them off the other day who self admitted to the practice. It's a free country. They can do that but more eyes pressures the price where those games become harder to play.
Most worried about new investors who either panic or grab a small payout rather than waiting even just a few days. Scares some of them off I'm guessing.
I trust them. Necessary expenses. Two to help sell, and at least one engineer to help with the product. Can't build a ship out of balsa wood.
OTC issues all morning across the board apparently. It goes in and out for me. Not that big of an issue for me since I'm not trading but I like to watch occasionally.
Yes, etrade at least can't see L2.
Mine is out and one other person said same
What?
It's going to be a snowball effect I bet. Those revenues are going to pile up on top of themselves. Wheeeee!!!!!!!
He didn't say flat. Forgot the exact verbiage but it was something like "similar", which pointed to an increase similar to the 66% last Q
I agree. You nailed it with your prediction the other day.
Plus a percentage of revenue I believe. The 15-20% also stated. That's how I read it?
We only have FULL confirmation of #5, and that there is litigation underway. Most likely there are some of the larger deals already in place with more coming soon.
My hope is that we find out something about contracts tomorrow. With good clear news there I can live with modest revenue increases for Q3.
Sfor hasn't lied about court dates, though many people have misinterpreted dates that do exist. True that the likelihood of something like settlement could occur around court dates, but never did SFOR say "November 9 will be a settlement"
DD is good on process as well as what you own.
AGREED!!!
#5 is in place over the past quarter.
This.
It's all about expectations.
There is no magic date for a lottery ticket of buy-out or settlement. That could happen tomorrow or never.
However, with any sort of decent revenue, and especially if coupled with information about deals and contracts, then it will become fairly quickly a recognized entity in the marketplace (see the links zpaul posted earlier, where they're already mentioned as leaders in the OOBA space).
People will catch on and come to SFOR and the current valuation will be eclipsed.
IMO
Too many new eyes. They'd be better off getting out of the way
We'll know about settlement. Hasn't occurred yet.
Hope so. It's been a slow week for me except SFOR. ONCI is making me wonder what's up the most.
Those acronyms don't tie to people.
It's going up. Get on board or miss the train.
Outrageous thoughts like$1-5 are crazy and not helpful. Trips are also outrageous.
Risky to sell now.
This is good timing, and not for much longer, imo.
He did not say flat. I've been asking exactly what was said but it wasn't flat. It was something like inline or similar or something, which for a CEO wanting to be up front means trajectory. To be up front, flat means flat.
New is only hours away. How are YOU positioned?
Before revenue and growth in that revenue.
Nothing at all. Good time to sell.
Guys like this focus on trends. Sales are about the same may very well speak to the same rate of growth.
I've been frustrated by this mentality a lot in my career, where people like this can't see good revenue when it exists and only see that the rate of growth isn't as strong. Obviously revenues need to be higher here anyway.
But I think he's referring to the trend line. And all evidence points to that potential I.e., the product is on store shelves now.
Again I ask exactly what he said. He didn't say flat, I know that. Sales could have same trajectory. Last Q over Q was 66%.
What were the actual words he used.
Throw in the towel while getting product on store shelves alone? Nah.
I doubt it's sinking much on the NT. Sideways until news most likely.
It's a stand off at the SFOR corral.
Two different things. And I don't think the term 'flat' was used, which generally means flat revenue.
Anyone recall what specific verbiage was used?
Flat in terms of revenue or flat in terms of revenue increase (66%)?
Holding. Preparing for a run Friday.
