Hi Guys,
Just added shares to my position!!! Company valuation total at approx. $10,000,000 at these levels.
Buffet says buy when there is blood in the streets.
And so I did!!

Hi Guys,
Re read my post for details. My forecast for the next reporting quarter remains at $4,000,000.

I am adding to my position when I can!!
Hi Guys,
Check out the link for high quality weed February 2020 prices in California.
http://www.priceofweed.com/prices/United-States/California.html
Totally supports my price point of $2500 per pound as conservative.
As I said NGW will be looking very good real soon!!!
Hi Guys,
Please re read the Aug. 22, 2019 news release.
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/next-green-wave-successfully-completes-140923074.html
We will be looking very good shortly!! IMHO
Hi Guys,
db, your forecast is just off by a factor of 10 in my opinion.
Short summary...…….2 harvests per month. NGW forecast production at 9000 pounds per year. Therefore 750 pounds per month.
Three months production x 750 pounds per month x high quality weed $2500 per pound = $5,625,000.
Aug. 22, 2019 news release stated the first harvest has begun.
I say we should see revenue at about $4,000,000 given this is a start up 3 months and it is likely that the sales pipeline needs to be filled.
Comments welcome here...……..GLTA
I am holding and adding more as I can.
Hi Guys,
I copied and pasted a news release from October 11,2019. See below for details of the public news release.
NGW posted that it has in process its third harvest. And that NGW is producing a harvest every 10-14 days. Twice a month as an estimate. And that all of its rooms are in full production.
So in fact we did have 3 months of full production, And at 9000 pounds per year forecast by the company, that should yield 750 x 3 months = 2250 pounds of weed. At current market using $2500 per pound = $5,625,000. My forecast is at $4,000,000 for estimating purposes.
Question that remains how much of this production has been sold and invoiced within the last quarter of 2019 billing cycle.
But what is important to me is that we continue to produce product at a rate of at least 2 crop yields per month. And in fact this production rate has been confirmed by Caroline on a phone conversation with her this week.
It might take an extra quarter to reach the financial statements.
But the fact remains that with this production rate, and the current price of indoor high quality weed that the cash flow problems for NGW with shortly be a thing of the past.

Next Green Wave is continuing to build out its distribution strategy to deliver value to top tier dispensaries through its growing brands and products. Similar to a pharmaceutical distribution model, this will allow the company to bypass third party distributors, improve operational efficiency and deliver direct to the retailer. We are proud to announce that Columbia Care dispensaries have now been added to our growing network.
"In less than 6 months since opening our flagship facility, we have completed three harvests of premium quality, high THC cannabis, as well as fully scaled the entire space. As such, the facility is now in a perpetual harvest cycle in which roughly 14% of the flowering space is being processed every 10-14 days. At the same time, we are fortunate to have recently sourced and hired key additional talent to support and facilitate our expanding operations. We are now cultivating at full capacity and our employees will continue to play a significant role as we expand our market share by supplying the highest quality cannabis products to market in a timely fashion," stated CEO Mike Jennings.

Hi Guys,
So details about the price of high quality weed
https://mjbizdaily.com/wholesale-marijuana-prices-for-flower-dip-in-nevada/
Looks like my $2500 per pound estimate is looking very good here.
Hi Guys,
From NGW web site that they forecast producing 9000 pound of weed per year.
Therefore since NGW is now in full production and getting a harvest every 10 to 14 days, for the last 3 months of 2019.
So lets estimate here 9000 /12 = 750 pounds per month.
And lets estimate that they had some start up problems so for estimating lets use 600 pounds per month.
High quality indoor weed is selling at almost $3000/pound. But lets use $2500/pound for estimating.
Summary 3 months x 600 pounds per month x $2500/pound = $4,500,000.
My estimate for sales for the last quarter of 2019 is now stated at $4,000,000.
This why I continue to hold and add to my position as I can.
GLTA...……..comments welcome please!!
Hi Guys,
Nice to see NGW trade up when that major weed sector player are trading down today.
A sign of some positive things to come.
GLTA
Hi Guys,
Some new video on NGW twitter showing finished product being processed.
And another still shot of current grow room being harvested by 3 people.
So there you go...………..just waiting for the upcoming quarters!!
Cha Ching, Cha Ching goes the cash register!!
We looking all good to me.
Hi Guys,
I know I have stated some of these details before, but to me it is worth reviewing.
Approximately,
We have 150 million shares outstanding.
Current price at about $.10
Our market cap is shares outstanding 150 million x current price per share $.10 = $15,000,000.
It cost over $25,000,000 to build our current production facility.
Management forecast sales at $30,000,000 shares per year.
We are at full growth production with harvests every two weeks.
So lets say NGW manages to do 1/2 their prior $30,000,000 forecast and they do sales of $15,000,000.
So currently NGW is trading at 1 times sales.
We could easily see a market cap valuation that gives us 5 time sales. And possibly more.
Stock price should be trading at or near $.50 with these valuations.
This is why I continue to hold and add to my position a bit at a time.
Hi Guys,
Thank HD!!
Some more pics show we are moving into that sweet market

Hi Guys,
We know our leaders of NGW know how to grow some terrific weed. And we know that being in the high end of the quality market will command a better price point for NGW product.
For me its all about sales and cash flow. If we begin to show some real revenue with the latest quarterly release then all will start to turn for NGW and our investments.
Remember management did state that they would be cash flow positive by the second quarter of 2020.
If we do see delay in sales growth development, causing more stock to be issued we are in a much, much more difficult set of business conditions.
Hi Guys,
Just remember recent NGW news from December 10, 2019 news release about FADER and NGW
SD products FADER brand to launch the first quarter of 2020.
I am looking for a launch before the earnings report.
I my opinion this should/will drive the stock to its next support/resistance level which is appox. $.15
Have fun this weekend!!!!
dob77,
My thoughts exactly.
But possibly the new Board of Directors, and the new retail sales outlet have help form a near term base off the December 2019 low.
We will not know the real business sales and expense details until the next quarterly report is issued.
Until then it is a wait and see time for NGW investors.
Time to sit tight or add to a bit positions in my opinion.
Hi Guys,
A lot of great photos on Instagram.

Clonemaster,
Well said!!

Stock prices need to close on the weekly chart to technically prove the move thru a support or resistance price point.
Time will tell us all.
Hi Guys,

HI Guys,
Weed sector trading down today...………
Guess what NGW trading up. Wow!!
We have not seen this for a very long while.
If it sustains this move. Very bullish for the near term for NGW stock price.
IMO
Hi Guys,
Really this is just the beginning.
With any revenue stream issued by management we will see some multi million share volume. And a very, very significant move up in the stock price.
The seed to sale model works for me!!!
NGW stated they wanted to target California. And be a name brand within this market.
To me this is the first of many stores. Each located in significant population city within California.
Easy to see 10 stores within the first year happening very quickly.
GLTA
Hi Guys,
Great move here today. Lets look at the daily candle stick charts for some trading incite.
Charts show near term resistance at $.1050
Then next stop at $.11
Then next stop at $.1132
After this with the proper volume/positive news release the next stop is $.1450
See you all there real soon.
Hi Guys,
Back into it from my vacation.
I really think the addition new board addition will bring much value to NGW.
The last 2 weeks we traded up from approx. $.06 now to average in the $.08 range.
Looks like a base to me.
And near term positive timing for much recovery.
Also the Weed sector is showing a bit of interest and is trading up a bit.
For me I added to my position today. I do plan to also add slowly as the price continues to recover.
Waiting the 1 million share trading day!!
GLTA
Great find Strathmore!!
Encouraging to see!!
Hi Guys,
Merry Christmas and good luck and health for the New Year.
Some technical analysis for us all.
Using year to date weekly candle stick charts we can find "doji".
A "doji" is technically a point of support/resistance on the candle stick chart technology
The following support/resistance is seen
10/11/19 $.1273
8/11/19 $.1850
7/12/19 $.23
5/31/19 $.28
2/22/19 $.47
So there you have it in a nut shell.
There will be plenty of opportunity to add to positions as the business for NGW shows real sales and improving financial numbers
GLTA
Hi Guys,
OK, you can call me bullish.
But to me is usually a very positive sign when the following things happen.
1. November 22, 2019 NGW announced financing and small dilution in share count.
2. December 10, 2019 NGW announced the new product and sales product deal with FADER
And now the stock has trading up slightly. This in a usually a tax loss selling period at the end of December.
Just very bullish when the price forms a base and rises after some dilution if share price and financing. And new sales being established channels.
HI Guys,
Yea about todays trading...
From the daily candelstick charts 3 month. Next resistance is $.125 and then $.15.
I was looking for these levels in Jan. 2020 but it would be very bullish to see these level in Dec. 2019
GLTA
Hi Guys,
https://reports.cannabisbenchmarks.com/2019/12/
Link shows that for week of December 6,2019 indoor weed has a market price of $1800 per pound.
There has been no decrease, and in fact a slight increase of this selling price since the late winter of 2019.
I mention late winter 2019 since that was in fact around this time that management forecast for sales was $30,000,000 annually once in full weed growth production.
Also in a public info video interview last winter our prior CEO Leigh Hughes was quoted saying that once in full operation the current manufacturing facility can produce 27,000-28,000 pounds of product per year!
So lets say NGW only is a reduced fraction of this production. And also lets say that the selling price will be more like $1500 per pound.
The forecast of $30,000,000 sales of product per year looks very reasonable to me.
In addition with the current news release NGW is planting some very high quality boutique weed that will be marketed as sold thru SDC and their new with FADER.
People will pay up for this type of product, and its collectable packaging.
We NGW just did some financing. That should in my opinion act as a bridge loan to take NGW to cash flow positive. Remember the current CEO Mike Jennings stated that NGW will be positive cash flow in the second half of 2020!!
GLTA
HD,
My thoughts summarized exactly!!
JB,
Do your own dd. As to the history of NGW and the size of their current planting rooms (14) and plants per room. And yield fully planted at harvest every 2 weeks.
Most of us on the site have seen this information made public by NGW over the last year.
GLTA
Hi Guys,
A brief thought!
So NGW has approx 200,000,000 shares outstanding. Current price today approx. $.08
Total market cap of this company $.08 x 200,000,000 = $16,000,000.
Can NGW produce ship and invoice $1,333,000 per month x 12 months = $16,000,000 per year.
The answer here is a big yes!!! And likely much more.
Can they sell all they make. Likely a very big yes here.
So currently we are trading at approx 1 x sales
Very, very, very undervalued. That said given the hard assets, of the land and the factory.
They are building a brand here that will be really worth something for many many years to come.
Well, for me this is a combination of year end tax loss selling and short selling into the ghost market, as previously mentioned.
Things will change very much to the upside with the start of the new year.
Six months from now we should be trading with a market cap at between 4-6 times sales.
And recent managment forcast of cash flow positive by June 2020 should drive this even higher.
That is my logic to be buying at these levels. I do continue to slowly add share at these levels.
We will be all looking very good $$$$ in a few months.
Guys,
We have much more than hope! We have assets! We have a manufacturing operation that is expanding as we watch! We have current potential for a very large growth in our facility capacity! We have products! We have experienced management team! We have a successful proven business persons on our board of directors!
We are manufacturing product in a growing market! And we produce product that is at the "higher" end in quality, and much in demand!
This is not a short term play here. So lets sit back and watch NGW business model play out in this growing market.
And for me, I am looking to slowly continue to add to my position at these levels. That is thru December 2019 as the tax selling takes place during the balance of this month.
GLTA
Nam,
I do stand corrected thanks
Hi Guys,
Let's all just take a deep breath here. NGW is a start up company. And sure we would have all wished that they finished construction 3 months earlier. Things would be a lot different in their business model.
But the reality is that they just started to produce product very late in the current reporting quarter ending September 2019.
And yes NGW had to issue more shares and do a current financial deal to give them the current cash flow that they need to continue to run their growing operation.
But they are now in full production cycle. And the next quarterly report will include a full 3 months of production and product available for sale. It should show some considerable sales growth.
What is very important to me after reading the financial current SEC filing is a major piece of information.
How much cash did NGW use in the last quarter to run their operations????
If you look at the Consolidated Condensed Statement of Cash flow we see the detail, for the last 3 months.
It shows that they used $4,862,484 dollars.
Ok, $ 5 millions dollar to run their operation for 3 months.
Big question can we generate enough production to make available to sale $ 5 million dollars so that we can break even next quarter.
One weed plant produces approximately one pound of weed. NGW grows 240 plants per planting. Selling price per high quality indoor grown weed is approximately $2500 per pound.
So 240 plants x 1 pound of weed per plant x 2 harvest per month x $2000 per pound of weed= 240 x 1 x 2 x $2500 = $ 1,200,000.00 per month.
Three months sales of just weed should bring close to $3,600,000.
Hopefully they expand their sales with clone plants and CBD oils to get near break even.
This is the reason for the current financing at a costly and share count dilution basis. But NGW needed this cushion so that they can continue operation as the increase their sales and production. This give NGW some more time to expand their sales and start up of other revenue production besides just weed alone.
Yes, we are down but not out in my opinion.

Painful day.
Hi Guys,
Just a thought about NGW ...….
I just believe that the contractor that built their current facility was paid mostly in shares at a higher price point. And he/they accepted this form of payment for some very good business reasons.
For sure the company that built the factory is run by experience and professional business people.
For sure that they were very close to management and just had to feel the real potential of what they were getting paid for their hard and professional work to build the facility.
These thoughts continue to give me a comfort level for my investment.
Yes, we are very early in the game. But this early financing could/will easily be paid off with a couple of healthy earning report. My thinking that it will all be paid off by this time next year.
GLTA
Most manufacturing companies have work in progress, and finished goods inventory.
So having approx. 1 MM products for sales account for approx. 2 weeks finished good inventory.
Weed needs work in progress to cure properly.
So for me 1 MM in finish stock inventory if reasonable.
If we are still forecast for a 30 MM sales year in 12 months,
then 1/30 = .033 times 52 is approx. 1.7 weeks of finished goods on hand.
This does not seem excessive in my opinion.
HD,
I agree with you 100%. The statement about cash flow positive in the first half of 2020 is a major point.
It shows that the business plan is in place and working.
For me I added a bit more to my position this am, given this news.
