CRM's are not working. NotifiMED might have a slim chance..but months away!
No PR's for 4 months..not even mid sized companies or school districts...SAD!!
The reason Rory did a Video to this board..shows 90% IHUB investors, and very few outside investors.
Where are all the Family Funds? You would know if they were here via volume. No such Volume in the last 4 months!
You need to Focus on what we cannot control..the pps is neutral to things we cannot control..we need to be better at controlling!

You would think that even 10% of the Oracle reps are on board after all of this training..but still that is only 200 out of 2000..but still..that should produce more than 8K revs!
Rory conceded he has decided not to PR small stuff. Well., what about Ignite Visibility levels PR's?
Obviously, he does not have any PR's over the last 4 months at that level.
Mid sized companies and EDU advances warrant a PR..but Rory conceded they only have small one offs..and he is not going to PR them. Fine..what about other advances with at least some significance over the last 4 months.
Yes, we are waiting on SAP..but there has to be several Mid sized that can be reported. I understand not PR'ing very little stuff..but after 4 months we should have 20 Mid sized companies and dozens od school districts to report!
It is Not a Partnership. If were a true Partnership Oracle would have PR'd it. It is an experiment/Pilot trial, where Oracle will assess over time..at their measly 10% rate of return. No hurry for Oracle..no sense of urgency for training either! Sorry, that is a fact!!
From the sound of the Rory Video Rory seems far more excited about Notify MED than CRM! Another change of course and perhaps focus. He did hint that SAP is moving forward with some initial engagement.
CRM is a slow moving initiative. The only hope for this company is MD..shorter term. However, we are still months away from that coming to fruition!
Remember when the stock was on fire. Rory got cocky and put a twist on IHEART RADIO with his gun vent. If you listen to that broad cast Micheal Yorba was not impressed..as were so many shareholders.
He got away with it because the stock was robustly ascending.
My point is, Rory let's his over zealousness get away from him. I Hated that interview and the Sherriff interview!

IF they sign, no threat to their stock. Just bring on a penny stock and see what they can do. Just like Oracle is doing.

Investors that could have sold at 3 dollars, 2.70, 2.30.1.90.1.50, 1.25, .90, .60. .45...we all make mistakes. And so did Rory..except Rory's mistake was 1 % of his net worth!
This is ALL ABOUT REVENUES< ADOPTION AND SUBSCRIPTIONS!
If Salesforce signs on they may be another 4K to 8K revenue generator. They will have the same technology and traning as Oracle...8K revenue example.
It's no longer about new CRM's, it's about the new CRM's with the same product, same training and 8K revenues. Hell, sign up SAP, Microsoft and Salesforce...combined 20K revs> That is the problem!
Any company will partner with FUSZ. Oracle has nothing to lose if FUSZ does not deliver.

I remember Rory saying he was busy signing contracts in April/May. Yes, Contracts with an "S". Not to mention what contracts he should be signing in JUNE/JULY/AUGUST...But not ONE PR in over 4 months.
Why did he tell us this back in April/May? I admittedly was influenced by him saying, "I am Busy Signing Contracts"..Back 4 months ago. And Nothing, nothing at all.
Please don't tell me those contracts interfered with S-1..totally independent and may have kept the stock buoyant.
Rory should have 20 to 30 Pr's since he was busy signing months ago. S-1 has now been formally released, so NO more quiet period.

Sheriff Joe Looked like the WALKING DEAD! ANYHOO..it was all legal shorting and Huge Retail Profit taking(shareholders who bought between .08 and .20 cents) all the way down. Naked shorting is over exaggerated and no need for Barney Fife with his solo bullet!
I am glad I sold most if this stock. Wish I would have sold all of it and check it out 3 months later. No Revenue..No Subscriptions..No News!

If the S-1 goes through.."IF"..then we will be relying totally on Sound Concepts revenue..not FUSZ.
But here is the Kicker. If Sound Concepts posts a 10% gain Q0Q..the 30 employee expense, non revenue NFUSZ component, will bring the QOQ 10% gain to an immediate QOQ LOSS. 3 plus million in expenses, thanks to NFUSZ! Tell me where I am wrong here!

VERY OLD NEWS! What's New in the last few months. ONE School District. We should be at 20 by now! Seriously!
The BOD announcement will be the First catalyst for moving the pps upward.
Rory has already said 10 days ago offers to potential BOD prospects are already on the table. Caveat: They need to be BIG HITTERS...people that are nationally recognized.
Then we Need the SAP PR that K1200 is espousing.
Then we need some other large CRM's that Rory is proclaiming will happen soon.
Then additional PR's. It has been 4 months since we have had a juicy PR.
An Oracle Joint PR would be Huge!
All of the above can move us forward and Decrease the S-1 price tag and minimize Dilution.
If all of the above happens, then back to 3 dollars per share and a Transformational up list..i.e. Sound Concepts.
Of course, this may all be a Pipe Dream..but it needs to happen as Rory has spelled out. For once Rory..hit the Timelines..just for once!
There is no revenue here. QoQ ZERO PERCENT. Buying a company with empty shares is a desperation move! 20 Million is a way to get the Sound Concept Ceo to quick retirement!

The NFUSZ rule of thumb...add 3X the projected time line. Rory Has never met ONE Time line. He is operating this company like a Used car salesman>

I remember Rory saying he had an awesome meeting with Oracle (One of his SHAC's). That was back in the V1 days. If the meeting was so awesome, why is there no adoption and a V2 and now V3 upgrade?

What do you mean by that? Probably because V1 and V2 were non productive..via 8k sales and a need for V3. The question is, will V3 need a V4 adjustment. Upgrades are fine, but every couple months without results are disconcerting to say the least.
We now have exposure to 98% of the market. Nice PR this morning..growth coming!
What about Sound Concepts having to take on the burden of 3 million in expenses (30 new employess and little revenue). Nobody has addressed this issue. Looking for answers. One of the reasons I am staying somewhat on the sidelines. Will Sound concept make 16 million then have to adsorb a New # million against the books. Why would they do this at this stage in the game? I am diversifying for the next two months..FUSZ definitely in the mix. We will see. I see FUSZ trading sideways for a the next 50 days.pre S-1.
There are some other stocks that I believe can run in the next 30 days...that's all...nothing against FUSZ.
If Rory releases some big PR's in the next two weeks, I lose...but at least not everything :>)
I wish I had enough exposable funds to leave 400K here and ride this S-1 out, but I don't. Therefore, I have to make Hay on some other stocks and try to rebuild my position.
I still have shares here, just not enough to prosper if this takes off.

Does he unleash PR's leading into the S-1 to create a strong base?
OR
Does he unleash PR's after S-1 for support and possible growth?
Or sorry number 3
Does he sandwich the S-1 with before and after PR's..creating stability?
Or does he have any PR's to do any of the above? Depending mostly on the S-1 itself?

Chaka...I am fence sitting for a while. S-1 is not a slam dunk and Q3 will be very poor. Everyone told me I was way off base on Q2...actually I predicted higher. I may differ from some, but to me revenues and subscriptions are paramount. That does not seem to be happening for a while!
I want this stock to work out, but the Timelines are continually missed and the Parabolic pps may be off in the distance. Yes, if you want to get a good ROI months from now, that could very well happen. However, for personal reasons, I need to shift the funds into a few other promising stocks.
My timing may miss, but I am willing to accept that. I wish you well.

At this point, the Oracle and Marketo example is poorly timed. It doesn't matter when you only get 10% of 8K..or less. I am sure Oracle is thrilled with 800 dollars for a full Quarter (275 dollars per month). The Janitor is waiting for a pay check!
I am reaching out to anyone who has been through this type of S-1 scenario? Anyone? Just curious what the ultimate out come was.
I have not ever been part of a David/Goliath S-1...this will hopefully be my first..and Hopefully successful. Again..anyone??
