Well said. I think that concludes our lessons for today.
Wow! You mean I have the power to actually extend the life of a company simply by posting an idea? I must be one bad dude. No idea I had it in me. Thanks for the confidence booster.
I think you might be giving me too much credit. You see, this was not my brain child. This is an actual fact. Anyone that looks at the recent quarterly report and actually READS it will understand that Bruce is buying his own stock. By the way, there is absolutely no proof whatsoever that promissory note conversion is the culprit in this situation. That's simply wishful thinking and an attempt to reduce a factor that is very meaningful in this conversation. Bruce is buying his own stock, and it raises one's curiosity to the level of actually asking pertinent questions. Why? If this guy really thought that this ship was sinking, he wouldn't continue to fund its demise.
Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to move on and influence the continued survival of other penny stocks. It's awfully hard work being this much of a bada$$.
But what about Bruce gobbling up his own stock? Aren't any of you at least intellectually curious about that? Whenever I bring it up, everyone seems to ignore it. Why would he be purchasing significant chunks of his own stock if the company is dying?
Okay, so if nobody knows how many shares Bruce has been accumulating over the past six or seven months, can we at least all agree that it's a good sign if he is accumulating large swaths of his own stock?
Did I just see someone post that Raphael Gorgal was actually paid for his endorsement? That's rich! Forget about actually having any evidence that this payment happened. Raphael gave his endorsement of Bruce's product just as we all concluded that Validian was out of money. I believe they had roughly $160 to their name as a corporation.
Do you think Rafael Gorgal insisted on all $160 in a certified check or cash only?
By the way, has anyone checked to see how many shares Bruce now owns of his own company? Just saying that if I were the CEO of a company that I new beyond-a-reasonable-doubt was about to fail, I'm pretty sure I wouldn't buy shares of my own company. In fact, I believe that if Bruce has shown any significant increases in his own position regarding Validian it's a strong indicator that he knows something big is on the horizon.
Naaww...... Nevermind, that doesn't make any sense.
So Bruce is a b******* artist. It's incredible that he was able to fool one of the world's foremost cyber forensics experts.
How does a guy that's a complete b******* artist somehow garner the full throated endorsement of a guy like that?
How is a guy with no product somehow able to fool a cyber forensics expert into believing that it has passed every test it has undergone so far?
How does a guy like Bruce somehow bypass a real cyber security expert like Russ Heal(who continues to be oddly absent) and pick up the endorsement of chopped liver like Raphael Gorgal?
I couldn't agree more. The handwriting has definitely been on the wall for several years. I'm thoroughly amazed that this thing still exists!
We've heard for years that Validian is running out of money and time. But this time it REALLY REALLY IS true. They'll probably be out of money by the end of the month. Forget that they had less than $200 in the bank way back in December. That's meaningless. Their ability to survive the last 7 months is also meaningless. They're almost out of money and the writing is on the wall.
I think it's time for everyone to dump this thing and get out while they still have no trace whatsoever of dignity, revenue, contracts, endpoints, or even a rolled out product. Every man for himself! Abandon ship?!
You guys are absolutely correct. The product being used, the existence of a service contract, the rollout of any product including Ganthet, and the existence of material revenues have not yet been announced.
Well, he certainly has given no indication that he was successful in any of those endeavors.
I think I know EXACTLY why we haven't seen a real signed agreement. I'm no longer interested in sharing my idea on it. However, it's absolutely brilliant and it's the right way to harvest fruit.
Yeah, Raphael Gorgal is in on it too. he seems like just the kind of guy that would risk his reputation completely and utterly destroy his business in order to conspire with Bruce Benn to sell shares of a penny stock.
If he's diabolical enough, he might actually make 75 or $80, 000. Who says crime doesn't pay?
If you don't know already, Schmitty, I'm sure you will be told. Inside business is probably just a mouthpiece for Bruce and his merry band of con artists.
I'm sure they haven't done any due diligence required to verify the legitimacy of Validian. Anyone that knows anything knows for sure that Bruce and his little company are all a scam.
Nowhere in that filing does it say he's going to announce anything like that.
Shows who reads the filing and the question.
The lights are out? He's not in his office today? You have access to his office? Verify that please.
Thanks for filling me in on that. That's definitely information I hadn't heard before.
Yep, 10-days to go. Still looking for a "real" contract like everyone else.
The clock is ticking......
Yeah, I'm surprised there's any trading at all on this thing right now.
Quick question for the group. Is everyone else showing zero volume for the day?
Uhh.... I know for a fact that I have been accumulating. I guess you could also say that there are those of us that are accumulating and that it is also correct that distribution is happening. I have been accumulating shares. But in order for that to happen someone else has to distribute their shares to me.
Not difficult to understand
Big Babs..... Looks like we might be locked out today. Holding at a penny. Uggh!
You might want to get a hold of Raphael Gorgal and tell him that his expertise in cybersecurity and cyber forensics is meaningless. After all, what does a guy like that know?
As far as Bruce goes, I would be very interested in knowing how he was able to increase his current position in VLDI by at least 10 fold without actually making a purchase. I want in on that action. His increased position might be a stronger indicator of what he thinks of the product viability than the unsubstantiated ramblings of someone on the iHub.
It's funny how Bruce's minut position in the company was always used as a bludgeon to try and convince everyone that the stock was worthless and that the product was ineffective or unsellable, but now that he has increased his position it says nothing about its effectiveness or viability. Strange how that works
Powder is dry and ready to buy. Good time to get in. I believe that we'll see revenues by the end of June per the recent K. Bruce is buying in and this may be the last real opportunity to get in at the sub-penny level.
Well, no contracts and no money coupled with no financing should mean inevitable failure. So, when is Bruce going to close the doors?
Oh my God, Bruce actually bought some of his own stock!?
The spinmeister is so good he actually talked himself into buying this worthless pile.
I'm sure his statements in the Q that he expects revenue this quarter paired with his gobbling up in excess of 50 million shares is completely meaningless and is no indicator that something favorable is on the horizon.
Will someone please explain to him that the CEO of this company has proven to be completely inept and incapable of making any real sales with real clients with real endpoints? We need to warn him before he wastes all his money.
You're absolutely right. All those indicators indicate nothing but a downturn. Pretty easy to put it together when you think about it. Therefore, tell us what's going to happen this quarter. A simple task
Yeah, that's all fascinating! Tell us more.
Certainly nothing new there. I think this guy would probably be late for his own funeral.
Either that or he would just rename himself and rinse and repeat, right?
I wonder if we'll see our after hours buyer today
The big buyer is back too. Enjoy the hot tub
Panic button!! Aaaaaaaagh!
Haha! I kind of noticed that too. I guess this board is experiencing its own quiet period.
I wonder if we can all still consider this to be a meaningless Spike on paltry volume numbers?
Yo Big Bab's, TPP, and my buddy JS, see you at the Moon!
Oh no no no! You should know by now that a company's Financial Health is contingent on its stock price. I guess Validian's Financial Health is getting steadily better.
Maybe THAT'S why none of our experts can designate a 60-day timeframe of VLDIs financial demise.
Mystery solved
That's what I thought. With all the expertise on this forum, no one has the guts to make a prediction. Either that or they don't know. The price of the stock has nothing to do with any impending Financial fate. The stock price has a lot more to do with the level of faith on the street.
Plenty of expertise when it comes to the interpretation of the 10K. Plenty of Doom and Gloom and lots of red flags. But no one wants to go on record predicting a date for the fall of this company
Seriously, $160 in the bank, not a single client, a CEO that has no level of expertise whatsoever in this field of endeavor, a product that has proven to be unsellable, and yet none of the experts can come up with a single 60-day window? Highly disappointing.
Ok, does ANYONE have a 60-day window that they consider VLDIs financial collapse imminent? ....Or are you all under an NDA?
Well, anyone that is so confident in such a prognostication can surely give us all an indication of when they will financially go under. What say you?
Wow! That kind of fired me up this morning. I may not need my typical pot of coffee in order to get things rolling today.
I think that most of us can agree that an update on current activities via press release is long overdue. Bruce has always been very deliberate regarding news. He doesn't bend to pressure from shareholders or the experts on various forums.
With all this in mind, it's frustrating to see no indication of the "strategic partnership" promised six months ago. The Gorgal endorsement, while having no diminished import regarding product effectiveness and sales potential, has yet to produce a service contract.
That's the key. If a large service contract is produced, we can forget about all the grumblings regarding dilution and operating cash. It just takes one, but we're still waiting. Go VLDI.
Yeah, nothing to support the recent upward movement of the stock. Makes you wonder how it actually experienced any upward movement. Odd
I've read your post several times and it doesn't look like you mentioned the volume anywhere to me.
I would say that it's equally amazing how quickly the losses have added up.
Still a Believer, just being intellectually honest.
Deep dish pizza and a good squeeze on shorts..... delicious
