Oh definitely I agree this is good news for the future of the company. Based on results I think they will be able to show Aerosurf to be statistically more effective than control in future studies, with eventual approval. Definitely will go on "very-long" watch.
Because the results were nothing important. It told us Aerosurf MAY work, and future studies need to now be completed to find out if it actually can be proven to be definitively effective. The results today were just a basis to find out how to structure future studies.
There.. added another ~900k. Anyone else want to help out? :)
So I haven't looked closely at AEZS for awhile... at least since it failed to hold 10 cents.. and noticed now this new name Zoptrex? Did they change the name Zoptec to this new one? And any reason why?
Pull up the daily on this thing... There was a nice pop end of July, one at the end of August, a beautiful one end of September (which I myself caught a nice scalp off of)... and now we are coming up due for another... Sort of like an earthquake.. lol. The news of recent is pretty positive, so a good pop should be coming soon. Will this be the big one?
So we are hoping the escalated and increased doses actually produced an observed, improved different between the treatment and control groups. If it does, without any more adverse events than the first results, they are golden. We'll see..
Yep... Had to kill time somehow while waiting on "the one other" to pop. lol. I was about to give up here today until I saw that 20mil buy-in. Now it peaked my interest into holding for a bit more.
Ok, so I'm going to post this again.... look at 12:20 today. A 20million share buy. It took out every single 3 at the time. I've never seen a buy that big at once on trips before. Someone getting in before incoming news? Any thoughts?
He was right on the money with almost every PR prediction. Don't believe me? Pull up his posts along side HCTI's newsreel.
woah where'd that 20mil buy come from....?
umm... this does: "Under the terms of the agreement, the distributor will place and pay for a preliminary order of one 20 foot container of coatings over the next two weeks for $160,000."... I'm just trying to create discussion... Though your point makes sense, if I knew I had a F500 company payment upcoming, and I had 160k now, I'd use it to pay off something. Just saying. But I'm not a business person so whatever. I'll be quiet now. Now I know why that wolfe guy stopped posting here.
If they received 160k with the past 2 weeks, can't they just pay off the notes and stop the bleeding? Or did Kristul go buy a nice new car with it?
Time to start picking up some sub-20 shares today? :/ I'll continue to average down and give them a one more month to breathe life into it.
Firstly... everyone... chill. We were taking shots and giving high fives a few days ago. Let's see what the 10Q says before rushing to decisions. Remember, you haven't lost anything until you've sold. So don't look at the red. Let the notes run their course. It's been rough but we've had some massive T-trades. Average down if you can. Almost there. IMO, I still expect a couple pennies by year end. And that's low-balling it. Try to go play with other stocks in the meantime... If we're still sitting here beginning-mid December, then I'd be worried. But for now, breathe. :)
Wow, this finally made it the very bottom. So sorry to all involved...
What is this? Throwback Tuesday HCTI style? Lol.
Haha. Yes, they're a joke.. but yeah, found that link, saw that comment, and just wondered how people made SW connection then... I'd love to go back and comment on that article if it is SW... since they basically sarcastically said no way ever. lol. thanks.
According to this HotStocked article from this past August: https://www.hotstocked.com/article/90919/hybrid-coating-technologies-inc-otcmkts-hcti.html , there were "unsubstantiated rumors that HCTI is on the verge of announcing a deal with Sherwin-Williams Co."
Does anyone know how those rumors emerged back then, and/or what led people to point to the specific company of Sherwin-Williams in August? (Of note, remember, August 13th SW did their anti-grafitii spraying demonstration, which at the time, no one knew of HCTI's involvement in anti-grafitii coatings.)
I know we've established multiple "coincidental" occurrences leading us to point to Sherwin Williams within the past week, but what evidence back then caused people to point to SW back then as well? Was it just a random guess and pump? Or something more? Or was it the close vicinity of HCTI's August PR release with SW's spraying demo drawing interest? My thinking is two rumors don't arise for no good reason.
That seems more like they use the phrase "hybrid coating technology" when describing their product, and it is coincidently HCTI's name. But I could be wrong.
Could have ate through 100% in the first 2 hours of trading if the PR came out Monday morning 830am. But oh well, I'll still take it. Grabbed another mil from good ole' bmak today. He's so giving.
These last two Friday PR's were just teasers... a "last call" per say. I honestly feel these articles were meant to be under-the-radar FYI's.. mainly for the ones in the know, the longs. Cause seriously... who puts out Friday evening PR's? If these guys can get F500 companies to listen to them, they are smarter than that. Maybe too smart for us to realize right now. Don't be discouraged it didn't pop. Now go snag a couple more million. Good luck.
Gonna get some nice new faces in here soon talking some smack, acting like they own the place....Oh well.
But imo, even though this past Friday's PR was beautiful, it still reads as a teaser. No F500 name. No official product launch. It's almost as if they meant it as a "last call" for longs. Honestly, the next two days may even resemble the last PR pop and drop, but probably bumping us up into a little higher holding pattern like the 30's (or maybe 40's) when the early week gap/smoke clears. I'm OK with that.. Want to stuff my face with some 20's/30's one last time.
But the day they finally release a first F500 name, when the first product officially launches, and when that F500 acknowledges our involvement... it will be a whole different ball game.
Also agree with BASF... Check this out too: http://www.nationofchange.org/2015/09/24/nine-massive-us-companies-pledge-to-go-100-percent-renewable/ Nike was one of nine F500 pledging to go green. Hmmm... Maybe not directly related to foam, but it shows that Nike (and these other massive companies) are starting to think of ways to "go greener."
Nice find. Again, Sherwin Williams, on the same day as HCTI press release. Where there's smoke, there's a fire.
EXACTLY... and that's what hit it home with me...
Sherman Williams article: "pressure-wash spray-painted graffiti away within minutes"
HCTI PR: "The anti-graffiti coating based on Hybrid's technology can be cleaned using high pressure water spraying and does not require the use of any solvents in the entire clean-up process"
"Hybrid will work with its Fortune 500 partner to modify and then commercialize one of its products based on its non-isocyanate polyurethane platform technology." - The current anti-graffiti formulas probably don't have anything to do with HCTI. The modified product (whatever company it may be) is being finalized and tested under wraps.
I can see the PPG idea being floated around.. but..
I can't get over the increased press from Sherman Williams as of recent..
from touting their anti-graffiti agendas this summer with a live demonstration (Sherwin-Williams’ live power washing demonstration — held Aug. 13 at the company’s John G. Breen Technology Center in Cleveland, Ohio — brought to life how the coating could help municipalities protect and enhance aesthetics citywide.)...
and this November 3rd article in Progressive Railroading: http://www.progressiverailroading.com/rail_product_news/details/SherwinWilliams-Antigraffiti-coating-for-rail-and-transit-applications--46326
then this November 4th article in Masonry Construction: http://www.masonryconstruction.com/coatings-and-sealers/anti-graffiti-coating-from-sherwin-williams_o.aspx
followed by the November 5/6th PR anti-grafitii announcement by HCTI...
All in the same week... Really? If it's not Sherman Williams, that is a highly coincidental occurrence.. lol.
http://www.hybridcoatingtech.com/bio_lupo.html John Lupo, Director of Sales... Was employed by Sherman Williams... Hmm... Also was employed by BASF... Hmm... Sorry if this had been mentioned before. I just noticed.
Combo Hitter probably should have just tried out for Shark Tank instead. I just don't get the reasoning of making a bad deal with a debt ridden, penny stock, shady mining company.... What?! Like.. Isn't there profitable fitness training equipment companies out there that would have chomped at the bit for this product? Am I missing something?
Nice. HCTI really knows how to brighten our weekends... PR officially on wires.
http://finance.yahoo.com/news/hybrid-develops-anti-graffiti-coating-213138294.html
"Hybrid’s Fortune 500 partner is finalizing certain testing on the coating after which it will launch commercially" "Traditional removal methods are expensive and time consuming often requiring the use of toxic solvents. The anti-graffiti coating based on Hybrid’s technology can be cleaned using high pressure water spraying and does not require the use of any solvents in the entire clean-up process."
"Representatives from the Ohio Department of Transportation, the city of Cleveland and the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority recently witnessed a coatings specialist pressure-wash spray-painted graffiti away within minutes. Sherwin-Williams’ live power washing demonstration, held August 13 at the company’s John G. Breen Technology Center in Cleveland, Ohio, brought to life how the coating could help municipalities protect and enhance aesthetics citywide."
Statements from both PR's... hmmm... again, I'm speculating, but what are the chances...
Here we go... hold on....
Coincidentally, I doubled my position today before the news. Go figure... Bout time for some luck.
I mean the coincidence of them both releasing these separate articles days apart are highly unlikely unless related... imo.
Isn't it Sherman Williams based on the article amisa posted earlier.. read HCTI's press release: http://www.otcmarkets.com/otciq/ajax/showNewsReleaseDocumentById.pdf?id=17648 and read this: http://www.coatingsworld.com/contents/view_breaking-news/2015-11-02/sherwin-williams-enables-cities-to-wash-away-graffiti-with-ease/
Sounds exactly alike..
An FDA approval is an FDA approval.. Future PR releases by company can only be moving in the positive direction. May have some toxic debt, yes... but after many years of trying, the goal has painstakingly finally been achieved. What debt it has now (even if unknown to us) may mean nothing to a big company looking for a big-time buy-out. And don't just limit your thinking to the US market. Infertility is an issue worldwide. Opens the door to approvals throughout the world now, and opens the door to larger companies to come in and help them market and distribute this.
I know it's been almost 2 weeks but I'm still scratching my head why they would release a positive PR on a Friday night... isn't anyone else still perplexed by that? Is it all part of the master plan, or do they have no idea wtf they are doing? lol.
Hmmm.. maybe you were NITE. Where'd ya go?
you're welcome.. wanna go to 25?
the party went elsewhere... a nice PR would stir the pot... otherwise we are gonna sit.
