I agree. I think soon after the FDA approval is announced, all of the massive retail deals with Albertson's, pharmacies, Kaiser, etc. will start being finalized. It's very very exciting times for the Schena family and for us shareholders.
Wow! Did not expect this PPS today. It's nice to see a good group of solid long investors here. I hope we're done clearing out the doubters. Can't convince people who refuse to believe in facts and DD.
Congrats! Those 100k shares are going to come in handy by end of summer.
Thanks for the link. I think this is where ARYC fits into the conference agenda:
Conference Objectives are :
• Identify current guidelines for food allergy testing and cross-specialty clinical practice strategies for management of eosinophilic esophagitis and celiac disease.
• Recognize the importance of new recommendations with respect to early introduction of peanut in allergy prone children.
• Describe the indications, appropriate patient selection and side effects of recent FDA approved medications in allergy, as well as emerging therapeutics for management of allergic disease.
This is the significant part of the tweet:
Arrayit CLIA clinical team announces attendance
Since they usually announce invites - but rarely ever attendances. Coronado is a beautiful place so I don't blame them for being so selective :)
I'm trying to shake some branches here (Kaiser Permanente) and see if I can get a hold of some regional lab directors about our (updates) potential use of Arrayit's blood cards. If a potential deal is in place, I doubt they will disclose anything to me so can't promise anything. Even as an employee I might have to wait for the news like everyone else.
This has SO much market retail potential with Petsmart, Petco etc.
Arrayit CLIA clinical team completes $191,950 canine allergy microarray overnight manufacturing run to commercialize a dog allergy test for the high-growth lucrative $140 billion per year United States companion animal pet food and veterinary care markets
The ability of our company to pivot into different industry fields with their science and technology says a lot about what we have in store
Exactly. Thanks, Mike
I'm here for the long run. Still up 556.67% so not bad. Would I love to be at 900%+? Yes! OF COURSE! But over the years, I've rode waves with different biotech stocks and I've always noticed this pattern of trading where a lot of folks jump in hoping for astronomical gains on FDA approvals etc, then sell immediately after periods of silence. Those who have done DD knows ARYC is a real company with real products and real potential for big revenues. I trust Dr. Mark and Rene. I believe they will be current this summer and things will snowball from there.
Good stuff, Mike! Thanks for the info!
I wrote Mark a quick follow up email and he responded:
Hey Mark -
Thanks for the update. With only 4 business days left in July, we are eagerly anticipating the release of at least the 2014/15 financials in the next couple of days. As for the FDA approvals, can you give any details about the next milestone in the approval process? Are you allowed to give a timeline for that?
Thanks,
Cary
His response:
Dear Cary, Thanks very much for your interest and feedback. The FDA approval details are confidential.
Thanks,Mark
For those who sold, I don't blame you. You probably needed the immediate cash for whatever life is bringing you or for another OTC play. We all have our own personal reasons for buying/selling. For those that are holding, thank you. For those that are still loading - I am jealous of you. $ARYC
Great insight again as usual. Thank you
Well look who's back! A quick click on your profile and post history on all your stocks reveals your intentions :)
Good morning Ace! I'm just checking in once in a while to laugh at comments waiting for more short-termers to sell because of these price movements. For those of us who are up significantly and have been here for a while, it doesn't really faze us, but I can understand for those who got in really late and bought in the 0.05s ~ 0.08s it can be disheartening to not realize the 900%+ gains that took us a couple of years to see.
very well put
Hard to say how any of the financials will impact share price. I can't predict how investors buy/sell based on the financial numbers they hope to see. As for me personally, just being current on financial reporting removes the CE (caveat emptor) on the OTCmarkets website - and shows investors that they are transparent with their debts and revenues. I think being current is just the beginning of bigger things. On that note I believe 14'/15' will be ok in terms of revenues but 16' and beyond will show ARYC taking care of a lot of debt and increasing sales. I have a very very positive outlook on this company and believe enormous deals are coming.
You're welcome. I trust the guy for how quickly he responds back to anyone who emails him. I even wrote him from my work email (@kaiser) just so he knows how serious I am. Here's hoping for the '14/'15 financials to be released in a couple of days!!
Mark just replied:
Dear Cary, Thanks very much for your support and feedback. Our financial team has provided all requested documents to RRBB and we have regular communication with the auditors. We are still anticipating the first financials to post this month and to be fully current by this summer. We will announce the posting of each audit (2014/2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 review) the day before via Twitter. We look forward to your continued support and participation. Thanks, Mark
I just shot an email to Mark asking for more specifics about financials - I'm sure he probably got a lot already. I don't expect a response. I'm still a long holder and wish I could load more at these prices before they go another 10x to 0.7+ and beyond. By September, we'll be wishing we loaded even more here - so good for all of you who are doing so!!! I am happy for you guys/gals
Your email from Mark himself shows how he directly compares Arrayit's valuation to Theranos. He understands the lofty goals Theranos had and is doing a much better job trying to achieve them
Just a reminder that Theranos' deal with Safeway/Albertsons was worth $350 million for 800 locations to use their blood testing technologies. That deal fell apart when the technology was proven to be a massive fraud. This time around, Arrayit accomplished the one thing Theranos couldn't do - transparency and tests validated by Albertsons chief medical officer. They are stepping in and will benefit from this enormous opportunity that Theranos blew.
Really insightful input - thanks for this
Every month, there's always a "Global Microarray Market Research Report" published by some organization that forecasts growth for the Microarray industry. Everytime it is published any generic "news" site just says that it is available and mentions the companies that are inside the research report. If you search "Global Microarray Research Report" there will be a ton of links and there are several "news" sites that report about it. There are bots that just "publish" it daily to make it seem like it's breaking news so you'll see it on strange sites that seem irrelevant like automotive or aerospace etc.
Don't brush off the tweets - read between the lines and see the stream of revenue:
$107,000 microarray life sciences instrument sales request from a top distribution company
microarray life sciences consumables sales request from $5.3 billion Masimo Corporation
services sales request from a top researcher at the prestigious $386MM Surface Oncology
life sciences sales payment from the biomedical research leading Institute of Neuroscience
life science sales payment from healthcare leaders Single Cell Technology
life sciences sales payment from world cancer research leaders MD Anderson Cancer Center
$8,800 microarray life sciences services sale to a leading genomics and proteomics research laboratory
The 2016+ audits will reveal all of these revenue streams and I'll be sooo glad to be holding stock when they become current with reporting
Absolutely. I think that's one thing many don't see - the tweets are significant because it shows business as usual while bigger contracts are in the pipeline. But their "business as usual" are THOUSANDS of dollars per sale - it shows steady income and revenue which will be revealed in the upcoming 2016+ audits.
On top of their REGULAR sales - the big contracts like you say (Kaiser, Albertsons etc. ) will be announced following the FDA approvals. IMO $$ARYC
There won't be much action until the next piece of news is out. Speculation and DD can only do so much to push more buying. Smart longs know what they hold and some will continue to add at these levels knowing that higher highs are coming inevitably.
I'm expecting the same which is fine. Unless significant news comes out a lot of inpatient folks will sell and regret it later on when waves of PR will come one after another. Been here for years and don't mind waiting through this churn like all the other ones I've seen
Gotcha
Thanks Directmoney. Although it's not factual yet, it shows the intention and direction Mark has for the company which is valuable
This should be stickied if it is indeed from Dr. Mark
FDA has purchased their equipment in the past. This isn't their first purchase from Arrayit:

He's waiting for another 20% rise in share price then will bring in his short traders. He only comes when there's a bull rush in share price
Excellent point once again, Mike. The promise of being able to use a SINGLE drop of blood was one of Theranos' downfall. 4 drops and proven science with the approval of Albertson's chief medical officer is phenomenal. I'm sure giving 4 drops is a lot more appealing than the usual vial blood draw for most people
Ignore him. If you want to laugh, click his profile and look at all his recent posts on every stock LMAO
He's mad he didn't get in early enough and is trying to get shares. Why else would he waste his time trying to get longs to sell lol
Twitter joke with government contracts

Sure buddy. Keep trying
Reached out to one of our (Kaiser Permanente) chief of medicines for Allergy department in San Jose regarding potential for blood card testing:
Hi Cary,
I hope you are doing well. At Kaiser, we have had IgE based testing for the full time I have been here. Most large medical groups and most laboratories have been doing IgE testing for years and years.
As a physician though, I have no ties with the lab. They make their own decisions about which testing equipment and lab reagents they use.
Good luck
Jim
So it looks like it will be up to our regional lab directors who will be deciding if Arrayit will be one our products soon
