Reached out to one of our (Kaiser Permanente) chief of medicines for Allergy department in San Jose regarding potential for blood card testing:

Hi Cary,
I hope you are doing well. At Kaiser, we have had IgE based testing for the full time I have been here. Most large medical groups and most laboratories have been doing IgE testing for years and years.

As a physician though, I have no ties with the lab. They make their own decisions about which testing equipment and lab reagents they use.
