Endless BS. It is a mine that was in the process of reopening, a mine that struggled to get to the gold but ... right now is ONLY 60 feet to GOLD!
Only after it restarts we would be talking production, ounces, $$$$.
Bon Voyage Linda!
The Chinese are coming! $$$
Sources tell of a high-ranking Chinese delegation down in Kali looking for mining investment opportunities. As y'all know there are very few permitted mining ops down there.
One that we all know that is ready to fire up its engines is the well-known Ruby gold mine...
Ya think? How 'bout we talk this in 2-3 months from now? Will see who was right.
Endless BS. Comprehensive conventional financing is in the works.
NBRI. Wait 'n see.
BS. All will soon be forgotten. A comprehensive financing deal is in the works.
False. The end of bad luck is near. Things should go up pretty soon once the financing deal is implemented imo. They are working on getting the deal done.
BS! The journey to normal would start once they announce financing.
Endless BS!
Endless BS.
Rumors flying around ... a Chinese company interested in gold 'n Ruby! They are shopping around for gold properties.
Ruby is one of the few fully permitted mining ops down in Kali.
Hmm...
False statements.
It doesn't cost more than what Perry had already stated i.e. $50k. That's it!
That Golder report is either the end of road (but could be the beginning of litigation for big bucks) or the beginning of mining in that area. The report will also make proposals as to mitigate the effect of mining on 'heritage' things if they exist. Therefore Golder would propose solutions to allow mining to take place.
The Golder report IS complete! My sources tell me that. Relax.
But it won't be released until the company makes the final payment.
As simple as that.
(Your) False premises lead to false conclusions.
Now to enlighten you:
Facts:
- NBRI dug the initial test pits and based on the results planned to start doing it on a larger scale;
- This larger scale project met some opposition which was dealt through scientific studies (archeological, heritage);
- NBRI did everything right including accommodating the opposition so the government has to judge the facts and decide upon granting (again, as they have already done that in the 1st place)the final permit or not;
- As expected there are NO real issues down there so that would be revealed in reports. The government cannot be biased so seeing that there are no real issues they have to grant the mining permit, OR to move and declare that region a reserve, park whatever to prevent any future mining of the area so to speak to satisfy the irrational opposition;
- Case 1: Mining permit granted = Cash flow into NBRI's treasury :)
- Case 2: The government declare the zone a park - it comes at a cost as according to regulations they would have to compensate actual claim owners according to the value of their claims (and this is another discussion).
- Note: Meanwhile this pro-mining government opened more land to placer staking around NBRI's claims and the company took advantage and staked some more :):):)
As simple as that!
What are you talking about?
Ximen's, the buyer of some of NBRI's golden claims, main listing is on TSXV. No change there. Still $0.13.

Fraser still flows down the same old valley. And there is still lots of gold and platinum down there on NBRI's tenements. As usual if there are roadblocks approvals are lengthy and expensive but this company means business so we'll get that up and running ASAP. Or if the government blocks the project it would pay a few millions of dollars in compensation to NBRI shareholders. It's a win-win situation!
What is 2M in mining? Peanuts! No worries will get that done as well.
Who cares if the gold rich terrace is 60 ft or 90 ft away? I don't. Point A to point B problem? 60ft vs 90 ft? LOL.
We need gold. That's it. Cash flow. And there is lots of visible gold in that terrace. That gold would be processed/sluiced and generate $$$. Placing things into the geological context, which is well-known at Ruby, is what matters. Ruby mine is on gold!
More golden eggs on the way! Agree.
Ask Perry for a map! Truth is they are only 60 feet away from gold!
Your post has no logic at all. What makes my statements false? Come again?
They are trading at $0.13 so what are you saying? $0.15 vs $0.13?

North Bay Resources Inc. (NBRI) Reports Visible Gold In Newly-Discovered South Terrace - See more at: http://globenewswire.com/news-release/2014/07/29/654122/10091589/en/North-Bay-Resources-Inc-NBRI-Reports-Visible-Gold-In-Newly-Discovered-South-Terrace.html#sthash.lUUqS39K.dpuf
As previously announced in a Company press release dated July 17, 2014, the recent underground drilling program at the Ruby Mine intersected buried river gravels in 3 vertical drill holes spaced approximately 150 feet apart, for a total expanse of at least 300 feet. The gravels are located approximately 60 feet above the adit level and 25 feet above the base of the White Channel, which is located about 100 feet away. The gravels are interpreted to be on a terrace or bench on the south rim of the White Channel. In the 1880's, a terrace on the north side of the White Channel, at the same elevation as the recently discovered terrace, was successfully mined for gold. The two terraces are interpreted to be of the same age, and have been designated the North and South Terraces, with the South Terrace being previously unknown and unmined
... a successful attempt was made to reenter drill hole C-2, which penetrated the South Terrace at the lowest elevation and remains open. The goal was to collect a larger sample of the terrace gravels than was collected during drilling. Using a string of one-inch diameter PVC pipe fitted with a 90-degree nozzle at the top and a water fitting at the bottom, the pipe was fed into the drill hole length by length until the top of the basement rocks was reached. Water was then pumped through the pipe, washing sand and gravel back down the hole where 5 pounds of material was collected and recovered. The coarser material was found to include rounded quartz and chert cobbles to 2 inches in diameter, the largest material that could fit in the drill hole and pass by the PVC pipe. The recovered sand and gravel was then carefully panned, and several small pieces of visible gold were found. The gold was elongated and little rounded, indicating that it has not traveled far from its source. Arsenopyrite and small quartz crystals were also abundant in heavy fraction.
The clear evidence of visible gold in the 5-pound sample demonstrates that gold is indeed present in the South Terrace, similar to the records for the North Terrace.
gold, Gold, GOld, GOLd, GOLD! Visible! Within a channel! I know gold!
Note: I am not an insider so any specific questions as to what happened to that or the other one should be directed to NBRI management. I know mining and geology, I am a pro so I'll leave it here.
NBRI would be around for a long period of time! They would spin the Ruby co in a fully fledged producer. They would keep the NBRI to acquire, explore and manage their other mineral claims. when they are ripe they would be optioned and sold or jv to other companies. Good business model
But first thing first. They need to get to the gold and they are not far away from it. Only 60 feet away!
Easter eggs and NBRI eggs! The latter should generate good profits later this year. Management has to do it the right way and they would lead us all to gold. Economic gold. Lots of gold still buried in NBRI's 3 miles of paleochannels. Good luck folks.
Ximen Mining, the company that is buying NBRI's gold claims from Vernon, BC is a stellar junior mining! NBRI would get a good amount of money and shares from them!
In January Ximen announced an increase of their latest financing to over 1 million dollars!
http://ximenminingcorp.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/NR-XIM-Jan-29-2015-PP-Increase.pdf
They're good and solid and NBRI is going to benefit from that as well.
Ximen Mining has a stellar roast of directors, consultants and management.
http://ximenminingcorp.com/management-directors/
That's why they are buying NBRI's gold tenements because they are able to recognize value when they see it! And NBRI is going to benefit from that!
Ximen Mining, the company that bought the Bouleau project from NBRI, is down ok but no more that the other 1,400 companies listed on TSX. They are ALL down that much in average because of market conditions. For now.
NBRI is going to profit from their relationship with Ximen.
I was talking bears in the general i.e. commodities and mining industry. We, the industry, are down 60-80% from 2011-2012.
XIMEN, the company that optioned mineral claims from NBRI, is a legitimate company run by qualified professionals enjoying a good reputation in this business.
Btw many would buy or option claims from NBRI. Once the bears go away expect lots of good deals.
Leo has the money already! You haven't heard this yet?
NBRI is a junior mining co.
Definition: "A junior mining company is an exploration company that looks for new deposits of gold, silver, uranium or other precious minerals. These companies target properties that are believed to have significant potential for finding large mineral deposits.
Junior exploration companies are a major source of future mine supply. They find promising properties, prove the resources, stake the raw material and bring mines into production. With highly trained geologists, geophysicists and engineers on staff, it is the junior mining company that typically is best positioned to determine whether a property is economically viable."
NBRI is no scam but a junior miner facing some temporary difficulties.
NBRI is ready for the breakthrough. All of its mining works are close to virgin gold rich paleochannels.
IN GOLD WE TRUST!
NBRI could recycle most of the water used in processing ore. Then they could use the effluent water that comes down the gallery. I could recommend them specialists that would design that.
This post is about NBRI. It is NOT off-topic folks!
1st. NBRI: is a junior mining company!
Definition: "A small company that is currently developing or seeking to develop a natural resource deposit or field."
"Junior companies are most likely to be found in commodity exploration, such as oil, minerals and natural gas. To a certain extent a junior company is like a startup in that it is either looking for funding to help it grow, or is looking to for a much larger company to buy it out. The cost involved in starting a junior company is grown signficantly but so has the reward for being successful. Junior companies still remain interesting businesses for those who can afford it."
2nd. They ARE listed is what matters. Public co.
3rd. There cannot be resources at Ruby due to the geological characteristics of the underground placer deposit. It is mine as you go - i.e. you are guaranteed to recover over 100,000 oz gold per mile of buried channel. You drift and when you find it you stope it. As simple as that.
4th. The aforementioned 5--600 pubcos are ALL operating with millions dollars in capital deficit (this is the mineral exploration business; you find it you go black).
There is no bubble. All solid here: gold, mining ops everything. And btw the gold price would be up this year. Just in time for Ruby's first gold production in years :)
Market cap, sp could go up or down. It doesn't matter. What matters is that there is so much gold left in the underground and some of it is within reach ... only 60 feet away.
The gold is in there and would be there no matter the season. Over 100,000 oz gold per mile of channel and Ruby has over 3 miles of undeveloped gold bearing channels.
There are 5-600 junior mining companies in red/trouble on TSX. Many of them would survive i.e. the ones with valuable assets. Ruby mine is good. A valuable underground placer deposit. Its potential would be unlocked later this year. Stay tuned. Or take a break and come back later this year.
Cee-it you're right! And BTW I have always appreciated your posts . knowledgeable and objective. Cheers!
