you literally have no idea what you are talking about. The money raised is at a fixed price for a fixed number of shares.
Any internet search for the definition will clearly show your ignorance on the definition, for example:
A toxic financing is convertible debt or preferred stock that allows the financier, the holder of the debt or preferred shares, to essentially receive an unlimited number of free trading common shares when they convert their debt or preferred shares to common stock.
gullible, hah! No siree, yeah things have taken time, a lot a lot of time, but we ain't done with this, not even close. This is clearly a unique investment that requires a ton of patience, as do actually a number of my other investments.
I think it will be a non-event, I'll continue to trade buys and sells keeping a core position. I am expecting big things here with the gaming payment processing initiative.
I have had to work very hard to get that average price, I'm not bragging about anything, the fact that I started at much higher prices and have been able to achieve my current cost, I am not sure what I would have done different.
well, today was a big day, I crossed 20 million shares owned and a lifetime avg of .0046. How do I feel about it? Well, I feel that I have traded the stock ok, not great, but not terrible. The real question is where to go from here, average down further, I dont know, I want to b/c I feel like the price is so darned cheap. The company has to be worth more than this though, that much I believe.
I put up my money, granted it was only 115 bucks, but if we can get that seller to be a bit more desperate, maybe get a fill at .0015. Cash flow positive, thats all they need is to pay the bills, it will be a slow grind but I'll take it. So when the filings come, and they will come, we'll be able to see where they stand, but as long as they pay their bills, minimal to no dilution, I'll take it.
I liked what was covered in the podcast. So we have oil and gas along with cannabis now, and cash positive. I am definitely a buyer here and if I had a large amount of free cash, which could change at any point, I would take out some of the 3 million shares at .0018 and bid at lower prices.

lol I dont think anyone here helped, she's proven herself completely ruining things all by herself. It's breathtaking. How we could be in this situation with the amount of revenues that we have is mind-blowing, I am at a loss of words. I hope we can get ourselves out of this mess.
theyre going to have revenue at end of this quarter, and a lot more by end of the year, thats why
My buddy advising me all these years on Mirage has this to say:
"So AMLO has a very contentious relationship with the press. And he very frequently does this where he just lies about things he has said or done in the past.
So I am pretty sure Michael is right. But it is a little disheartening to see it in action. But it is kind of par for the course and a byproduct of him holding these daily press conferences and the press constantly trying to correct him.
But if the president is a liar about something almost everyday. Then how do you know what to actually believe when his permission and decisions are so important to this project.”
The number of people involved with this deal from the government and their level of importance is very significant. They would not have gotten themselves involved if they thought it was some kind of sham. Could the tables get turned, sure, but I dont think so. If anyone talks to Ward this week please report back I would love to hear what he tells you (as much as you are willing to share).
I am confident where things are headed. I maintain a buy under a nickel, if things stretch out to the end of the two weeks, then it could slip down under 4, but in the end it wont matter.
I really like how the company has pivoted to a business that should be profitable, while also keeping the original plan in place as well. Thats called adapt and overcome. Very bullish here. In the meantime I have continued trading as opportunities have allowed.
I'm noting that Adolfo left up all the FB posts except this last one, while also changing his FB profile photo to be the one from celebration, so he's taken precaution but left a lot of evidence up there as well. So its probably more of a going forward that they will be more cautious.
Appears volume is dead. Probably will remain as such until we get some more publicly facing exposure.
Its odd but again you have to ask yourself this question, why in the world would they post something fake, publicly for that matter, at a prestigous law firm with lots of important people, and think they were going to get away with it. You cant just bully your way into a position, it doesnt work that way. In fact, AMLO could deny it and would never himself get in trouble for it as it could simply remain an unresolved issue even as Sergio takes office. I am not concerned but admit its strange, a lot of political menuevering behind the scenes for sure.
Lets also add to the mix here, its not just Pemex, but the Navy (military) is involved here, as we saw in one of the pics in the one press release we have gotten. So Mirage, Pemex, Navy, hmm, should be really interesting to see how it all shakes out. Then theres always Cenegas and CFE on the periphery or not, I dont know.
Wow I have never heard something so stupid on this board (besides the normal obvious stupidity that nobody would take seriously) than that. And for someone like me who gives a lot of leeway to conspiracy theories to even bother responding, wow, wow, wow. That statement is stupid, its flat out reckless.
Thats a hellava storyline you put together.
I have heard that both Octavio and Sergio get along, and so not sure how much of your analysis is correct, and truth is none of us know, but its fun to speculate keeping in mind a positive end game for everyone.
I have heard also some drama about Manuel Bartlett (crusty old CFE boss) disturbing the storyline, but no matter, it will all pass.
I figured they'd be taken down sooner than later, so I saved copies locally of all the 6 pics, but I wont re-post them here since they were taken down for a reason and we need to respect that. With all the turmoil the last couple of days with that letter and fake news, he probably got his hand slapped, even that planned celebration they had at the law office (and it was planned) may have caused issues I dont know. Anyway I'm hearing that we'll probably not see any public pics probably to avoid anything that will interfere with our deals or even Sergio taking office. All good, we just need to wait things out through these next couple of weeks, but I still woudnt count out getting some kind of news in this period, lets see.
yea sorry I was off by a decimal
Yeah I read that in the course of doing due diligence on Octavio not long ago. But I think also there may be some more hard core corruption taking place as well, besides good ole nepotism.
One thing to keep in mind is why are these projects so important, obviously to Mexico as a country, but also to Pemex. We know that Pemex is the most indebted large oil company in the world, around 12 billion I think. How do they get out of that? Is Sergio so smart that he can make things more efficient, cut costs, make better decisions? Maybe, but on the scale required by Pemex no. That's where our projects come in b/c they are so so profitable and dont cost Pemex anything, THAT is the real value of what we bring to the table in being able to execute on those projects. And Sergio collaborating with Mirage is the key to that happening.
Also my take on the transition ... maybe it is not so friendly, maybe Octavio dragging feet, certainly a question I might ask though whatever it is, it shouldnt be longer than the 15 (business) days that has been announced.
So here is my take (part of which I guess I have already said today).
Sergio taking over for Octavio is definitely real, and I feel what we're seeing here is that its possible that this news that has been put out is premature (whether by accident, misunderstanding, or otherwise I dont know) in the sense that they dont want official messaging until it is complete, and so their choice is to just deny it outright, and then when it does happen they can just fall back on the point that it wasnt official yet at the time it was leaked and that their denial wasnt a lie but simply stating current fact and the responsible thing to do as a large govt institution.
What I have cobbled together from sources is that the announcement of Sergio taking office was imminent, and whether the change we are seeing now of a couple week wait for the transition is unexpected or was baked in to the cards already I simply dont know. Additionally, once he is in office, then my understanding is that our projects can be announced very quickly with PRs from both Mexico and Mirage, that is, not the long waiting as one would normally expect with a change in administration especially Mexico.
But I want to make clear, this is largely "speculation" in that I dont know any of this to be necessarily what is intended to happen or will happen, but it does make sense to me based on the sequence of events that has taken place over the past few months and all the due diligence that we have done
Disclaimer:
Please dont "hassle" me or give me a hard time (not that you would but some might) if some or none of this comes true or does come true but on extended timeframes or in different forms, I am just relaying what I have put together. I have no agenda except for the thrill of learning how these kinds of deals develop and to put pieces of a puzzle together, to help others here as well as myself to make money. And as I and others such as Macod have said repeatedly, it's speculative and it's Mexico, as we are all learning realtime.
Finally worth mentioning, not that I need to, but I believe Ward is doing everything in his power to make this happen, and that people need to appreciate what he is trying to do for shareholders, call out his mistakes fine, but the spirit of what he is trying to do is nothing short of amazing. And he does appreciate the shareholders I can say that as a fact - treat him with respect and it will be reciprocated
honestly we're lucky in this case in that I bet the part of that article that we can read is what we are actually interested in, specifically:
"Yet, local energy news site Energía a Debate reported that anonymous sources confirmed that the Pemex administration is readying a series of financial reports and documents to complete the transfer.
Neither Pemex nor the federal government have issued an official statement on the supposed leadership change, allegedly planned for end-month. "
I think that article summarizes things as best as possible at this time thanks for sharing. this stuff has been, is and will continue to be real, amid the political jockeying. Is it any different here in the US?
I continue a buy rating under a nickel, my buy order was skipped over on the open, gotta love the OTC.
Hot! - Mirage ranked 5 on the Breakout board today
Correct I mentioned that in another post, he was reading the declaration. Seriously how bold could someone (like Adolfo) be to be publicly reading something that he knew was flat out fake. The only other possibility is that he didnt know it was fake, and if that is the case, we have some real serious issues on our hands!
No, this is all fake news with underlying politics playing a role
I expect it to be cleared up in the morning or soon afterwards. Maybe AMLO can clean house himself.
ok I see I wasnt looking at that section of the text, not sure how I missed that.
Well then I guess they will need to issue a correction to that once this is all cleared up
So we wait for that. But clearly this huge cohort of people would not get involved in something so blatantly false that would be kabashed by the government, their careers would be severely damaged, or at worst toast, for what reason? Certainly Ward wouldnt knowingly do so, but they wouldnt either. Just put on your logic hat, but then again, it's Mexico I suppose anything is possible. But in some ways is our own govt political parties any different, both sides calling the other sides liars constantly, there's no end to it.
where does it say in that article that the document is forged?
it says that Octavio is firmly in the position, which is technically true, until he is no longer in the position.
Just a lot of hot air about nothing on the internet. Often we call that fake news.
Thats how I read that, well, a maximum of 15 business days, but I think this will be pushed through sooner than that, that's just the maximum
Its back up again, lets capture the content now in case they bring it back down lol
Sergio Ayala Salvio will assume the General Directorate of Pemex
In the coming days, Octavio Romero Oropeza will leave the General Directorate of Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex), and the national union leader of the oil company, Sergio Ayala Salvio, will arrive in his place; according to an official letter signed by the president of Mexico Andrés Manuel López Obrador
Said document confirms that the appointment of Ayala Salvio has been in force since July 24 of this year, the date on which the federal Executive sent the official letter addressed to the Jalisco to inform him of his recent appointment. However, Sergio Ayala will assume the position until the current General Directorate of Pemex presents his documentation and reports in full order regarding the delivery-reception process by the Romero Oropeza team , the letter reads.
Thus, dated August 14, 2023, a new term of 15 days was established to culminate with the delivery of the position that Octavio Romero still holds.
"Once the maximum time is up for Eng. Octavio and his people to work, have everything ready to proceed to deliver the position of General Director of PEMEX, you and your work team must attend to carry out in an orderly manner the transition and assume the position referred to above ”, requests the president of Mexico.
--------------------------------------------
He’s got body guards as does Ward but yeah if they want to take him out they can.
Thanks a lot I was hoping Adolfo would post a video. He’s reading that declaration from amlo. Note the law firm name in background they are specialty law firm I believe one of the guys in one of the 5 pics on adolfos post (which I mentioned this morning that I wanted to confirm who he was) is one of the partners of the firm.
If people haven’t caught on by now I
Am not sure they can be helped we’ve laid it all out here for weeks months for that matter
thats fine, but regardless of the reason and for that matter I would say we have established a better standard (Private placement) for raising funds rather than toxic lending, so going dark actually worked out for us
thats completely an untrue statement. The entire OTC is run on selling shares, Mirage is no different EXCEPT that they havent done any toxic debt for a few years, take that and stuff it.
For the last couple years, all money for all expenses including travel is raised by private placement in exchange for stock in the company. You can find that in the filings.
While we wait for official notification from Mexico on the transition of leadership (I guess its not immediate or as simple as I had originally thought), here are some pics from Adolfo's FB post from this morning taken from celebration at the venue last night, you can of course recognize his wife Jeny by his side everywhere he goes. (I'll see if we can get some additional ones as well to give more color). Michael does look a bit tired, do you blame him.

go to the facebook page to see the other photos of other attendees. I do think I recognize someone else there in the pics (besides Adolfo's sidekick) but will not mention that yet here until I am able to confirm it
The fact that Ward is invited as part of the mix is very significant - out of all the people that can be invited, ask yourself why they would invite an american businessman to be a part of these celebrations.
I am told that everything has gone according to plan, we just need to trust the process (which as we are learning obviously none of us are completely clear on).
Maintain a buy under a nickel. In my opinion its worth way way more, thats my personal limit, each person needs to decide for themselves based on their situation and risk/reward.
Im hearing real good things, to answer your question, my take, very very very soon, and i dont mean tomorrow (well actually my guess is we see things over the next few days but starting now)
Can someone help Nacho with the puzzle pieces, I am busy monitoring multiple social media accounts.
Looks like the reporter posses at the National Palace caught Octavio going to give his resignation now to meet with the "executive boss" (AMLO or otherwise) (someone else found this a moment ago). We're close, very very very close.

he's taking Qs now which will take forever, I dont think the morning conference will yield anything, and I cant take watching AMLO babble on the way he does. On the topic of AMLO, my advisor for penny stocks who is down in Mexico right now on vacay gave me his take on AMLO for what its worth:
"I have had some good conversation about the political situation lately. Almost everyone is pro AMLO and his political machine.
But they don’t really trust him or expect him to get anything done. And as much as we seem to think he has a lot of power. It s clear that he needs permission from a lot of different groups to push his agenda. But they don’t really trust him or expect him to get anything done. And as much as we seem to think he has a lot of power. It s clear that he needs permission from a lot of different groups to push his agenda.
There are big chunks of the country where the oligarchs find him annoying and just choose not to follow him."
