Let's hope!
Now THAT is a boosh.
It will absolutely pathetic if Megas can't get his company trading again. With all the time, consultation, and money he put in this? What a joke.
And why is he talking about suing brokers already when the holdup is the DTCC?
alrighty, nice close!
Then prepare yourself for another wasted month.
Have you emailed him that? You probably should. I'm about to email him myself.
Because things are still pending. Doesn't make sense to keep telling us that so he'll wait for right time to release the first PR.
JJ, could you or somebody point out the email when he mentioned 'eruption'? I don't bother reading this board much anymore.
I would like to see this though so i have a better idea what people are talking about when they refer to that email.
Nobody talks about the Ameritrade lawsuit vs. Pino and gang that Megas mentioned several months ago. Couldn't that be a reason for the holdup??
When was that posted? Don't see it.
Will he need all 60 days?
Wondering the exact same thing. Anybody?
Nope. I highly doubt it.
They're accepting orders too!
EP: bought that book a while ago but never got around to reading it. Thanks for the reminder. Great time to finally get around to it.
I'm just curious what you think would be the motive for fabricated TM emails. I can't think of any myself. Seems like a lot of trouble for nothing.
Can't pm b/c I have a free membership. Can I email?
CEDA - Has anybody been buying this? Any guesses where it's headed? I'm not sure if I want to buy it again after last earnings.
Well, according to this email it doesn't sound like he plans to drop us. Personally, I don't think he has the gall to do that b/c that will create a huge legal mess for him, no?

Of course if successful in the judgement bcit since at that point it acquires a new set of shareholders it will have to be mindful of this in how it actually proceeds so as not to antagonize what could possibly be a new pool of capital.
And the fact that he has been respectful and communicative to us this whole time makes me think the plan from the very beginning was to keep us as shareholders.
I totally agree. And I happen to believe that those emails are valid, and that he is being honest to us.
Thanks. So an 'invalid' ruling is what he obviously want, not a 'valid' ruling. Common sense tells me it would be the other way around, but whatever.
Or rather no short squeeze, just dilution to pps?
Harry Von Zell(or anybody else)
Question on imsoweary's post:
Now consider this; the brokers must either buy back the pseudo-shares or purchase genuine shares directly from the company to replace the pseudo-shares. Which alternative is in the best interest of the genuine shareholders, because that is the course of action Megas will be taking?
So if I understand this correctly, if the judge declares our shares invalid (in other words Megas wins) then the brokers have to cover there FTD's by buying them back from us. And if our shares are ruled valid (Megas loses) then the brokers will have have to buy the shares from the company, and no SS?
Question for anybody: If Megas loses the judgment...
Will he forced to issue shares to cover FTD's? And if that happens will we get a SS, BUT with dilution?
Still confused on this.
So you still think it's a good idea to sign for his help? Based on what he said?
Kodiak
I talked to the lawyer on Wed. I sorta called him w/o thinking through what to ask him specifically, and he was not really a talkative type, but he was willing to speak to me which was good. He said he was representing us on behalf of Fidelity, not Fidelity itself, so I said I would probably use his help even though I already sent in my answer. He really wants to challenge the jurisdiction for anybody not in Oklahoma sate. I wish I asked him something like "do you think our shares will trade?" but I didn't press him on that. I'm pretty sure he was hired to address this lawsuit specifically. Marianne was supposed to fax me that form but it hasn't shown up yet. Anyways, just thought I'd let you all know that I spoke to him briefly, and that he is worth calling.

* The South-of-the-Border Herb Seed Kit which features herbs for the authentic flavors of Old Mexico, including epazote, cilantro, globe basil, parsley, thyme and oregano.
The new Seed Kits and accessories join AeroGrow's existing line, bringing the total number of Seed Kits offered to 22, all with AeroGrow's 100% germination guarantee and Plug & Grow™ simplicity.
What do you think?
BCIT is no longer on the pinks.
X-F, when you say "us" does that mean all Fidelity customers are automatically represented? Or do we have to request help individually? I'm about to call them right now.
Kodiak, do you have this woman's name? Should we all try to get in touch with her you think? Thanks for posting this.
Only if you had certs in your possession and confess, I imagine.
B/C there are probably shareholders on the list with less than $10 worth a stock. If it saves a sell transaction, then it would be worth it.
Thanks alot Mike.
nice one / thanx
Question about the AMEX transfer list in Ibox:
this link right here: http://members.cox.net/vmcspace/AMEX%202005-6%20Transfered%20from%20BB%20or%20OTC.htm
I'm not sure who compiled it, but I was wondering if maybe there is a recent list to be found.
thanx
