So OS doesn’t matter to YOU! It matters to others. Apparently it matters to HC. You agreed that OS matters to the guy that didn’t keep pace with dilution. It seems HC didn’t do that.
Yes, the buyout price matters most. But depending on one’s buying pattern, OS may have a huge impact on one’s potential gains.
Like you, I kept buying as our price was falling. I may still buy as we are heading up. With more dilution coming, that is the only way for me (and you) to maximize potential. SO OS STILL MATTERS! And for those longs that bought awhile back and are just sitting on it, it turns out that plan is not the best plan to maximize gains. So OS matters to them.
SCOOOOOOOOP YOU FRIG’N NUDNICKS!
On 100k shares ownership and a & $5 bil sales price I’d much rather have $5 million at 100 mil OS than $2.5 million at 200 OS.
He is right. OS matters!
I’m okay with it BigT. I’ve factored in most of the dilution. Just making a statement that HC is not wrong on this point.
BO matters too. But the OS affects your ownership percentage if you don’t keep buying at the pace of dilution. If we’re bought for $5 billion in a few months, and you do not keep buying, you’re much better off at 100 mil OS than 200 mil OS. OS matters!
But were you there when John Hargrove drove the dagger in our momentum? That was well before the RS. We watched our accounts disappear in front of our eyes.
I do agree with this. HC is right. Total OS is what matters. Continued dilution is a slow killer that creeps up on the value of your investment. It’s getting harder to stay ahead of it as PPS increases.
You weren’t here 6 years ago when this crashed down on us were you?
Right!
Typically a buyout plan is announced and it then goes to a shareholder vote. The M&A process can take several months so let’s hope some of it is being worked on now (ie Valuation, etc).
Well, this thing needs to pop if they are about to announce a buyout. I think you are jumping the gun a bit. Hoping it comes by 3Q!
W O W !
Congrats KAVLeers!!!!!!
Agree! It is night and day compared to where we were in Spring 2020. We were all waiting for a Fire Sale. While I still HATE dilution, it appeared on the surface that this company was pretty much on life support not long ago.
Still a bit confused on the catalyst for the recent climb. While I am sure there are many new investors coming to TMDI every day, I do not believe it is simply just “market awareness.” What is really driving it?
Right on BigT!
Thanks again for the heads up on that stock. Great find!
Roll is right about the higher Beta (5). Bigger swings are in order.
I’m now up over 300% on KAVL too!
Go Titan!
Blue Ocean Strategy!
With all the political turmoil and unease in the world today, watching this ticker climb is a much needed distraction.
Very interesting!
Then you should’ve made that point in your first post. My point is the technicals are quite similar and there was a false sense of security due to speculation about JnJ. Did you see a $200k+ investment slowly dissolve to $18k like I did? That’s why I am cautiously optimistic. There IS NOT a buyout until there IS a buyout.
Well you are wrong. Do your homework. Look up our market cap and PPS in July of 2014. John Hargrove, former Ethicon executive was CEO, FDA was a year away. JNJ was a logical suitor. Then look at how it began to unravel a few months later.
I am more confident this time around because Medtronic is actually working with us. Just trying to bring some level-headed thought to the pre-mature exuberance. I am happy. We are moving north. It appears 2021 is going to be our year. But I will always remember, 2015 was also going to be our year.
Not at all. I am in the black on TMDI for the first time since late 2014. Why do you guys ALWAYS pull the negative out of what I say? Tell me BackFur, did you read the entire post or only the part that made you stop and remember the bad times? My position is locked in. Just pointing out it isn’t a home run until it is. History has a way of repeating itself over and over and over again.
Actually some do.
I do remember. And it eventually dropped to .13. Do you remember that? You and I have both purchased more since then, haven’t we?
I am excited and feeling good about where we are and where we might be headed. But I must remind those of you who have been here for at least 7 years or more... we were in a very similar position in 2014. At that time we had roughly $260 mil market cap and we were headed north. We thought we were no more than a year away from FDA clearance. We thought our man John Hargrove was going to be the mastermind in a buyout scenario with JnJ... well 7+ years and many offerings and a 30:1 RS later, here we are. Back to that same scenario. Just keep it in perspective before counting those chickens. I am optimistic but still cautious.
GLTA
Yes speculation but very coincidental that the release and the spike in share price happen on the same day.
Thanks brutha. Feeling a little better now that we are hovering around $2. When I was down over $230k I was not feeling too confident.
I don’t know. I use TD.
I’m more worried about the Dems jack’n up the cap gains rate. Or worse, the commies decide on universal income and take away our property and $.
We are at war folks.
Welcome to the Grand Illusion!
106k shares and 55k warrants.
82.18M according to my TD account.
Thanks!
USD OR CAD I mean?
Are these strike prices in US or CDN?
Very sorry to hear! Prayers for a full and speedy recovery.
De Novo was expected. Not a shocker.
You didn’t answer his question. Your cost-basis?
Agree! I think we see this thing pop during the first few weeks of 2021. It’s getting more and more attention and “newbies” are realizing the potential.
I still think the TTLLF warrants are a nice play even though the strike price is a bit high. Best bet to be in position for the buyout. May try to load up a few more.
