How about $10 a share and trading on the NASDAQ? I know that's probably a dream but given that we are getting 1 for 1000 and we own 20% of I-texts I would say there may only be 10 million shares in total
The fact that FINRA released the update on the dividend should have put everyone's worries to rest. Add in the great news for I-texts and I don't understand why this tanked. How much of the selling was BMAK?
Not the most well written press release but confirms the 11/25 date
Yeah Rakuten feeding them advertisers and Blackbaud helping to sign up charities. That's 2 pretty reputable companies to be working with.
Is "active supporters" the number of cell phones setup? If so 13,000 is much lower than I expected and more concerning is its only grown 500 from march til now.
Actually I-texts gets money for every text sent. About $35 a year for every phone number enrolled by my calculations. The Rakuten deal means more advertisers using their service.
Where did you get the 55% margin number? Ive seen that posted here before but was never sure of the original source?
Looks like news coming about I-texts based on their Facebook post this morning. Hoping its the dividend announcement.

Check out their Facebook too. Big names signing up

Well the news is about the Green Fund which they don't get a piece of by buying WNTR right now so yeah looks like the news is just being used to flip.
How long has BMAK been back? Just today or last week too?
Good to see a new name here. Can I ask what led you here?
Seems pretty quiet. Still expecting something this week?
I'm frustrated by the delays on the green fund dividend and audited financials but they shouldn't be that surprising - Frank overpromised delivery dates on things out of his control so that's his bad.
Im still here cause I can see how fast I-texts is growing through being signed up for the service and their Facebook page. Big e-tailers using their marketing $ on this. This company is gonna be huge and likely to be a future dividend. I've said it before but everyone should sign up for the service not only for DD but every text they send is more revenue.
Text SUPPORT to 70000
Yes! And the Rakuten network deal wasn't signed until July so Q3 will probably be even better! I'd be surprised if I-texts wasn't the q3 dividend
Shark - thanks for the tip on this one, followed you here from the WNT$ board. Bought in at .02 and doubled up when it went down to .008. Wish I had put more into it at those levels but pumped about my returns so far.
Any updates on WNT$ coming?
That would be a nice float! Awesome news despite the typo!

HP, JCPenney, Champs Sports, Florsheim, Hotwire.com are the last 5 companies that I got texted discounts from i-texts. Those are some big marketing budgets that are choosing to use i-text. Its gonna be huge.
Every long should sign up and click every link you get the texted. You know they measure click threw rates and marketing depts eat that crap up. Means more revenue for i-texts.
Text SUPPORT to 70000 to sign up
You still expecting big news this week? I'm assuming the dividend update wasn't it.
Do we freak out if they're not in our account in the morning? Or will it happen after hours? Anyone know how these work? My guess is no based on all the bickering about who qualifies for the dividend but figured I'd ask.
They have a lot of big names signed up. Text SUPPORT to 70000 and it signs you for the service. I get their emails and texts and there are big names involved.
Best Buy and Omaha Steaks too!

Thanks and thanks for posting the link.
Other thing I feel doesn't get talked about is having Alan Rude on board. Frank's past can certainly be looked at as questionable but from the digging I've done Alan looks like a legit big time player in finance and M&A. Has anyone else looked into him?
I never post but have been in WNTR since Feb of this year. Just wanted to call the boards attention to the i-texts Facebook page. Not a ton of likes or anything but the reviews and comments seem like real users of the service and not just penny stock investors to me that's a good sign. Plus it appears that Best Buy and Omaha Steaks are signed up! Haven't seen anyone else mention this, thoughts?
