Time for SUNW to use ENPH
This video is AWESOME!!!
Oops was "it" wrong about the liquidation?
Eeyore
Unless this falls after the earnings CC it will be very difficult to average down from here. I expect a slow steady climb through eoy with some nice pops upwards at times. Not sure about financial stability long term, but I think all the heavy lifting may be behind us. This could be my best performer over the next 18 mos.
Don't think they were or are at risk if that happening. Love being in the BLACK again!
Oops! Sounds like it is backtracking! Will announce it sold its position next. It has a history of not being able to prognosticate well. Garbage in and garbage out.
Obviously common and not a big deal. Only to people looking for something to pick at to satisfy their own delusions. Shouldn't pick on SUNW if it's a common event. I would love to see perfection in every aspect of all I see, but then again I read all the posts on this site. I can't expect correctness here for sure.
Yea, sure, that's what I meant. What he said...
Again, Oops!
Oops!
What then would Eeyore have to talk about?
Item 3.01 Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard
On June 23, 2017, Enphase Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) was notified by the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) that for the previous 30 consecutive business days the bid price for the Company’s common stock had closed below the minimum $1.00 per share requirement for continued listing under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5450(a)(1) (the “Minimum Bid Price Requirement”).
That notification of noncompliance has no immediate effect on the listing or trading of the Company's common stock on the Nasdaq Global Market.
Under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5810(c)(3)(A), if the minimum bid price of the Company’s common stock meets or exceeds $1.00 per share for a minimum of ten consecutive business days during the 180-day period following June 23, 2017, Nasdaq will provide the Company with written confirmation of compliance with the Minimum Bid Price Requirement and this matter will be closed.
If the Company does not achieve compliance with the Minimum Bid Price Requirement by December 20, 2017, the Company may be eligible for an additional 180-calendar-day compliance period if it elects to transfer to the Nasdaq Capital Market. To qualify, the Company would be required to meet the continued listing requirement for market value of publicly held shares and all other initial listing standards for the Nasdaq Capital Market, with the exception of the Minimum Bid Price Requirement, and would need to provide written notice of its intention to cure the deficiency during the second compliance period. However, if it appears to Nasdaq that the Company will not be able to cure the deficiency, or if the Company is otherwise not eligible, Nasdaq would notify the Company that its securities would be subject to delisting. In the event of such notification, the Company may appeal Nasdaq’s determination to delist its securities, but there can be no assurance Nasdaq would grant the Company’s request for continued listing.
The Company intends to monitor the closing bid price of its common stock and will consider available options to regain compliance with the Minimum Bid Price Requirement, including a reverse stock split.

What, what I miss?
It would be moronic for any investor (active or potential) to continually find fault with SUNW and yet remain invested.

Liking the dip
Just seems like nobody cares.
Just an embarrassing stumble out of the starting block, but SUNW will regain composure, get back its stride and look better into the turn. Expect growth in '17 over '16 and for years to come. Not an enjoyable start to the race, but we will finish strong.
Only lists areas which utilityapi.com has in their site. Not directly related to Sunworks locations it seems.

I'm not sure why it's even an issue of concern. I know from experience that businesses have employees come and go frequently, often due to changes in technology, business model changes, market penetration, market trends, competing offers, cost reductions, increasing production output and a LARGE number of other factors. In our case the employment numbers have grown with the business. Just because we may have 500 employees (just picked a number) this week, month or year doesn't mean we have to keep that number and not change up or down based on factors effecting business. Outside of conspiracy theories, let me know why it's a major issue.
Remember also that we are courting all of the old customers effected by the change in NV. If we have been able to or are able to sign them over that could add to the bottom line especially for Q1-17 to diminish the effects of the rainout felt by most CA Solar installers. Would love to know how that's going...
Wow, 01/04/17. That's in Q1-17 not even in Q4-16. Imagine if they had expanded into the described area back in Q4. Even If it were a matter of setting up shop or getting prepared to that would be a huge deal. To go from 3 Stares to over a dozen since the last CC would be something to get excited about. I guess it makes sense now why the Institutions have quietly built up their holdings. I really hope it amounts to something positive for SUNW. Only time will tell.
Seems like a non-committal reply

I wonder if I should sell all my Solar City/Tesla shares and gobble up all the SUNW I can?
Decent PR
Anyone notice the trends here for SUNW sentiment? When the SP is up and there is general excitement around the company the downtrodden sentiment all but disappears, but at lows or quiet times when some seem to question their investment in SUNW the negative or perceived negatives about the company, its stock or management come flooding back. Why don't we get the same messages when the company and/or stock is performing well? Where do all the naysayers go at those times? Seems fishy to me. If a company is bad when its down it should be bad when its good, but yet the perceived negativity wanes. Hmmm...
