Yep. Bellissima is only in half the states that it has licenses in. 2 more weeks of sales left in Q 1. It's the calm before the Perfect Storm.
2017 is gonna rock and I'll be drinking Bellissima on the back of the boat all Summer.
Exactly. Todays small add helped my .016 adv. and then there is still tomorrow.
I like the price here so I'll keep adding. It's going to be different when those other orders for 14 more states come in.
ICNB will be the only one I hold and add to this summer once boating season gets here. The rest will be gone.
Sell on Thursdays and take Friday off. I like it. Thanks for the shares.
I have and am watching a few other tickers to add to today. Honestly adding to ICNB is the best shot I got at a decent return. The others have been doing nothing for months, can't even find a good exit.
Easy double and then some from here.
Added a few more. I love buying on Thursdays sell offs. Enjoy your beer money.
Going to nice watching those orders come in from 14 more states.
Fill my bid, you know you want to.
Used to be Friday sell offs but lately I have noticed if no news shows up by 11am Thursdays people start selling to avoid the Friday rush.
Who are your brokers ? I got a bid in lower waiting for the Thursday beer money sell offs. .0151 come on down, lol
Heck.... that's just the wine itself. I forgot the fundamentals about hiring Bianco and an IR team. Next up is an Auditor and a live website, SEC compliance and an uplist to QB while continuing to expand in now 30 states and other markets.
Sounds like a very busy 2017 already.
11 months ago CB announced to People Magazine the launching of Bellissima. It was an "Exclusive" at the time.
http://greatideas.people.com/2016/04/15/christie-brinkley-prosecco-bellissima/
Followed up a week later in April with write ups in popular Bev magazines. A few more articles over last summer and then launched in TX in November.
Iconic got on board in September and now only 5 months later we are talking Cali. Keep in mind that most of the 5 months were Winter Time.
5 write ups in November alone.Ranging from Tx to Philly to NY and a spot on CBS Sunday Morning.http://bellissimaprosecco.com/#/press
So now it is mid March and a fresh batch of Sugar Free is either here now or will be in weeks. 7 months to ferment and conservatively 30 days travel on the boat. http://bellissimaprosecco.com/#/organic-zerosugar
Cali/ bevmo could be days away and initial distro for the fresh Sugar Free is already in hand.
Following up previously announced news, the company is pleased to state we expect to finalize the distribution agreement with Young's Market in California literally any day now, www.youngsmarket.com, and will begin immediate distribution to Bevmo!, www.bevmo.com, for an initial exclusive period for two of our Bellissima expressions, and we will have our third expression, our Zero Sugar, Zero Carb, available initially on an exclusive basis with Erewhon Natural Foods Markets, www.erewhonMarket.com, and thereafter will open our distribution to additional retailers throughout the State of California

Shirts about to get real in here.
Totally agree. Just launching in Cali is a major feet in itself considering the Shipping Ports are on the East Coast.
Like Big Juan said earlier this is not a mere 7/11 or Walgreens launch either.
Well said and a nice summery.
I think she got snowed in and was bored. A great time to take some pics of Bellissima. Always working it.
Bingo, I can remember in an old ticker they used to throw around 10 mil in sale just to get attention of a buyout. It was not a wine but you get the idea.
If you build it they will come. Cheers, the Bulliet Bourbon is working.
I think it was a Email message and not a tweet.
I saw that and started reading post there from this morning. All caught up now.
Just got in and not reading 780 post. Looks like lunchtime was exciting and it closed green.
Did I miss anything ?
Shhh, trying to add more down here.
Kinda like those so called Divi shares to DKTS holders. Has it been a year since that announcement ? Working on that still I guess. How is the Audit going ? Did I miss that ? Sorry but I have been numb for a while.
Don't get me wrong... I would love to see this Besado succeed but so far it's the same ole same ole as the old days.
Do or do not, there is no try. Cheers, drinking bourbon tonight.
lol, storm is skirting just an hour North of me ( I hope ). Just another rainy day in the NN of Va.
Hope you get your Bently, convertible to cruise around Italy in. Bigger boats cost more per year once you break above a 13 foot beam and about 38 foot. Then you have Diesels and oil changes ain't cheep, neither are the slips or the fuel if you are cruising 30 knots plus.
My 32 is big enough for now and I can Single Hand it. Bigger boat requires a good First Mate. All good things come in time.
If Bellissima follows through like the Total Gym and the Skin Care then we are good here. Kinda waiting for confirmed bottom but not afraid to buy up to .02 until more info is released in time.
Regulators and other Fla boats are built for business. Pricey but worth it. Pursuit makes some nice ones. I toured their factory on the East Coast Fla several years back.
If they stick to the plan and people like it then everyone here can get a newer boat. So far so good.
Hmmmm, wonder how the LOC is progressing ?
As well the company is pleased to announce closing in on 1000 US retailers for the Bellissima brand, and are in the process of facilitating a Letter of Credit with the manufacturer to streamline the financial process for production; this will allow the manufacturer to procure on an as needed basis all the raw goods inclusive of bottles, corks, decorative, and cages.

Parker Boats with Pilot house and rear helm station are popular down here where the Potomac hits the Bay.
Won't be long till the Stripers start running. I like to Cruise but got plenty of friends with Fishing Machines.
This will get back to 3 plus soon enough. Heck, RMH* has been at it for a couple years and is around .10 now.
Like most Bev plays the initial pop is over. Waiting for expansion and numbers.
I agree with that but once she gets going it will be good for a couple years at least.
Nice ride. The Black hull sides is a give away. Got a 2000 Chris Craft 328 Express with 100 hrs on a complete re power. It will do for now. Looking for 46 to 54 footer in the future if these pennys ever hit.
Thanks for sharing. Is that a Regal as your Avitar ?
Typically the Annual is audited and the quarterly's are not in a pink sheet that has an auditor.
Just read a few other filings from pinks that have an auditor. It is disclosed weather they are audited or not in the first few pages.
Like I posted a while back... this Annual may not be audited when it is posted end of March as they have yet to disclose the Auditing firm. But it can be audited this year when it is really needed to uplist to QB or higher.
Seriously there is some good stuff in there. Just scroll down to whatever Month you want to look at. Late filing dates are in there as well.
A must have in your Trading Toolbox.
When are filings due???
http://www.edgarfilings.biz/calendar/calendar.pdf
Save this link for when all filings are due along with SEC Holidays for 2017.
Just drop it a couple cents at a time till they take it. Scottrade has a lower % of what you can set a high sell for compared to other brokers. They have a % figure built in so call your branch to see how high you can set it.
ICNB holds 51% now. Just enough to wright it on their books etc. I am not an expert on that maneuver, however there is upside from here even at 51 %.
Many reasons to claim 51% and sell stock in the open market. It's business.
It's bouncing off the bottom Boli. Said a few months ago this is a .015 to .03 stock till distro expands and real numbers come in. I have factored in .005 to .008 just for the CB factor.
Other than that it's behaving strong for what it is and where the fundamentals are. Only going to get better for the rest of 2017.
We got IR now and an auditor soon to be announced. Kinda exciting to watch this play out.
Was in another ticker that started from scratch and then played by all the rules. Was a great 2.5 year learning experience watching it grow but the end game for me was 30k in the hole. Oh wellah.
I like the set up here and the product/ endorser. Don't want to bumm yall out but 2017 is the building year and 2018 is when it really kicks azz. IMHO
Ummm, they just started selling this in September. Now Rich is really pounding the pavement to the point where he needs help on the back end of the the company.
Even if you don't invest a dime, keep this on your radar for future plays as it unfolds.
I like it a lot but then again I liked the last one too up until I lost 30k. Cheers !
LMAO, Yall are killing me. Was a bit disappointed but not surprised to here NOTHING about ISBG shares being issued to DKTS shareholders in the last PR.
Is it still thumbs up on the Audited Fins coming Imminently ?
Here is an idea... How about pulling up the NOBO list for DKTS and send us all a free sample of Basado ?
Thanks Steely, been out of pocket last few days. I'll have an eye on it tomorrow to see whats up.
Well today was the 9th and just like Finra said, the Short Report has been updated today. A whoping 65,000 shares as of Feb 28th
Ain't no shorts around here. http://otce.finra.org/ESI
Just got home and I am not about to read 900 + posts. Anything good happen today ?
Good news indeed. Zero Sugar takes twice as long to ferment. Was wondering when a new batch from the 2016 harvest would hit the streets. I'll try to find out later after work. Maybe IR can answer that.
