Zenyatta has low grade and low tonnage. All smoke and mirrors from a closed down pencil grade graphite mine.
SEE YAH ZENNERS!
Madagascar faces struggle to restore mining industry

They were not on the list of presenters AGAIN!
I see overhead resistance at $0.20 and support at $0.12.
Another DRA cash infusion would add a LOT of credibility to the project. and what about Cliffs? They have been silent. Hmmm...
Energizer also has African-based DRA Mineral Projects on its side, which has built more than 200 mines and took a 1.6 per cent equity investment in Energizer last year through a strategic partnership, with the right to acquire up to 5 per cent of the company.
The bears are growling. They smell blood on the street.
50 MILLION shares at $0.12 would give them 6 MILLION (to start).
Maser,
Don't get too "diluted" (LOL) on that Russian vodka.
Just another day as an "Energizer Enthusiast".
From the Proxy Statement:
(4) Ratify and Approve the Company completing a private placement of Subscription Receipts where the number of Shares and share purchase warrants issuable on exercise of the Subscription is likely to exceed 25% of the current outstanding Share capital and where the purchase price of the Shares may be sold at a discount to market price.
The funds raised via this private placement will be primarily used for the completion of a Bankable Feasibility Study, which includes a comprehensive Environmental and Geo-Technical Study in preparation for finalizing mine design parameters and as a prerequisite for future project financing.
A portion of funds will also be allocated to producing larger quantities (40-50 tonnes) of Molo graphite concentrate to provide potential off-take partners with additional material for product evaluation purposes.
Maser,
I am not sweating the dilution. It has been a horrendous year for material producers. Even worse for junior explorers. Yes I would have liked it to be as it was in the old days when money was thrown left and right at these kind of projects.
Alas that elusive takeover offer at a 200-300% premium to the market value is just a fading dream.
Issue the shares and get the damn mine built!
Future cash flow from operations will take care of the rest.
PR said that "Company is targeting" completion...
a)Will be delayed until Q1 2014 earliest (as per my intel)
b)Currently do not have enough money to complete BFS
c)Need to distribute another 40-50 tonnes of product for customer evaluation
You are not dumb. The goal posts just keep being moved.
The last PP was $0.12 so I am not expecting much more at this point due to the fact that they need the money to complete the Bankable Feasability Study (and pay their salaries for next year). Reality is "No BFS, no financing." "NO financing, no mine." As speculators we NOW have to decide whether to go the distance or bail. This is a very hard decision and another reason you do not go "All IN" with these type of plays. We are at the proverbial "POINT OF NO RETURN" for this project.

Hajo, Camille and Roland put their heads together
11/15/2013 at 12.39 PM - Three important candidates from the first round of the presidential election, who polled a total of over 26% of the votes between them, could hold the balance of power for the second round on 20 December.
StoogeNo4 We KNOW we are in the right Company. All we have to wait for is the rest of the investing community to realize it.
Next stop $0.20 (and beyond).
MADAGASCAR
French prefer Robinson
French diplomats who are knowledgeable about Madagascar’s situation privately feel that presidential victory for Robinson Jean Louis would be the least-worst option.
Transition President Andry “TGV” Rajoelina is very annoyed at the low score his preferred candidate polled in the presidential election on 25 October.
As stated in the press release:
"Energizer will use these results to facilitate the advancement of agreements with potential off take partners"
From Company news release Oct. 17, 2013:
DRA Mineral Projects, Africa's leading mine builder has been retained to complete the Molo BFS and subject to project financing, will be subsequently commissioned for design, construction and operation of the future mine. It should be noted that the BFS will incorporate revised CAPEX and OPEX numbers generated from the latest enhanced and optimized metallurgical results versus the existing data that was used and reported in the Company's latest PEA study. This is expected to have a positive impact on the already robust Internal Rate of Return ("IRR") and Net Present Value ("NPV") of the Project.
80 pct of polling stations finish counting: Madagascar electoral commission
Nov 04,2013
ANTANANARIVO, Nov. 4 (Xinhua) -- Up to 80 percent of polling stations have finished vote counting since Oct. 25, when the Indian Ocean island country held the much anticipated presidential election to end a crisis since late 2008, the electoral commission said Monday.
Out of the 20,001 polling stations throughout the country, the Independent National Election Commission (CENIT) has already checked 18,000, representing 80 percent of all, CENIT media officer Valerie Andrianavalona told Xinhua in an phone interview.
The counting is on time because the CENIT has promised to publish election results 10 days after the receipt of the latest package from the polling stations, Valerie Andrianavalona said.
According to the results available, candidate Jean Louis Robinson temporarily took the lead with 23.98 percent of votes, followed by 15.17 percent scored by Hery Rajaonarimampianina.
Under Madagascar's electoral code, the two leading candidates will enter a run-off election if none of the 33 candidates in first round won 50 percent of votes.
The CENIT has the right to publish full results as it is the main organizer of the elections, but the Special Electoral Court is in power to declare the definitive outcome 15 days after studying the results published by the CENIT.
Next stop $0.20. Looks like they are buying the offtake agreement speculation. Will probably keep running up to the news.
Robinson to Win Ticket for Second Round Run-off
10/28/2013 at 2.36 PM - Based on a count of the votes from 20% of the electors by 28 October, Jean Louis Robinson, the candidate backed by ousted President Marc Ravalomanana, is set to get 30% of the votes cast in the presidential election on 25 October.
Mr. Maser One thing I've learned over the years is that if you do not fear speculative stocks (like Energizer) you will probably end up losing a LOT of money.
I like to do my homework in order to properly evaluate the risk/reward. You are the most bullish poster on this board and that is OK (for you). Others may not be as experienced or risk tolerant and should know exactly what they are getting into.
Just for clarification, the risk/reward profile is definitely improving, but we are not out of the woods yet.
Stay long and strong.
Once they get a credible government, investors will come back. The IMF hasn't given them a dime for infrastructure since the disc jockey took over the country in 2009. I know I sound like a broken record about this election, but look what happened to the platinum miners in South Africa, with some big operators getting fed up with the instability and pulling out altogther. Political stability can make or break your mining operation.
HEAVY overhead resistance at $0.15. If we can break through on positive election results, the next resistance level is $0.20.
Madagascar Hopes for an End to the Chaos
insert-text-here
Guess that's why they all have nicknames, but "Mamy" really?
MADAGASCAR - Maminiaina Ravatomanga, aka "Mamy", is a businessman who chose his side very early on, linking himself firmly to Transition President Andry Rajoelina aka TGV. His group Sodiat is in its best state since 2009 and he himself has become a key person at the presidency.
But all good things must come to an end. Since TGV was finally not able to run in the presidential election on 25 October, Ravatomanga has to bank on the last minute replacement candidate in this poll, the outgoing Finance Minister Hery Rajaonarimampianina, for his business interests and his privileged access to the inner circles of power to continue.
He has therefore placed his resources and his network of influence at Rajaonarimampianina’s disposal.
Maseraticoupe Just remember that life as an Energizer shareholder is like a box of chocolates. You never know what you are going to get. Keep the faith.
StoogeNo4 You are not alone. I guess management does not consider me an "Energizer Enthusiast" any more since they have not communicated with me for quite a while. That is why I look elsewhere.
I have been on this ride for over three years and definately have had my share of "saddle sores" (and disappointment).
My problem is that I am an eternal optimist and know that the resource they bought for peanut money is SEVERELY undervalued.
As I said before, you have to be very patient with Energizer. Let's add a "high pain threshold" to the list.
LOL What other choice does the retail investor really have? Management has intentionally stacked the deck against us, and that is how they want to keep it (closed shop). I will try to make it to the AGM in December (barring a snowstorm) just to see what questions the other big (fund) investors are asking.
The Organisation Internationale de la Francophonie (OIF) is to pull out all the stops to supervise the presidential election in Madagascar on 25 October, even though the country was suspended of its participation in this body after Andry Rajoelina better known as TGV took power in March 2009.
Well you got them a cent cheaper a share than Mr. Harder so you are doing OK. Picked some up myself for "The Stash".
Who called the price retrace to $0.12? They were right on!
Not a big deal. FS is OLD news. Pilot plant is OLD news. Presidential election is MARKET MOVING news. Mr. Harder just excercised 250,000 options at $0.13 on Oct. 9th so he is right there in the trenches with the rest of us.
StoogeNo4 I was made aware of this information on Sept. 30, 2013. My source claims to have received an email stating that the FS will be delayed until at least spring of 2014.
The source did not disclose what individual or company they received this information from.
I cannot dispute nor substantiate this claim at this time.
But I am working on it.
Not all good news. Feasability study now delayed to Q1-Q2 2014.
StoogeNo4 I'm with you. Solid hammer action at 14 cents. Volume declining. The sellers look exhausted.
Happy Friday and "Keep the Faith".
Spartex all Energizer needs now is a competent CEO to push the button.
Eindhoven47 you are correct about the ESTIMATE based on an upgraded road (which does not currently exist).
