What does this mean? Why would a pinksheet company be so eager to get onto the OTCBB?

Is audit a good thing?
« Thread started on: Today at 08:37am »
Is this going to mean the company will trying to go to BB and be fully reporting?
Further the Board has notified the present Transfer Agent, 1st Global Stock Transfer to do a full and complete audit of the company and/or will have an independent auditor audit the company and as soon as that audit is complete the Company has retained Pacific Stock Transfer, Inc., to become the new Transfer Agent for CMKM Diamonds, Inc.

Everyone keep in mind that we have to file with the SEC before June 23rd. Pinks have to file once a year. CMKX balance sheets will show where all the revenue is coming from (Gold, Diamonds, Uranium, Zinc, etc). We should have a great financial report, and move to the OTCBB.JMO
Final Countdown/Perfect Storm!

Melvin this ones for you bro!
I know what you meant today on IBC Radio. And I know you are even surprised about what you found out today. I just played your IBC Recording for Sterling. He was listening while on the road.
Sterling said he would like to add to your announcement!
He said call the puppies out of the woods! Now!
Congratulations Urban and all CMKX shareholders!

P.S. Sterling is on his way home, and said he will be on the board soon.

Hello everyone, a few things...
My son is graduating this weekend and there is much that have been and will be going on in preparation to include entertaining visiting relatives.
I will be mostly out of pocket for a while. I will get caught up on the boards and emails in the near future.
I was going to go over to read the CMKX board, but a friend caught me ahead of time and told me I should not do. He told me to trust him and consider that is not worth it. I'm thinking that they might have forgotten about me as of now.
About the interview, I went back to listen to it. Did I say "specolate" that many times? LOL
I was asked to explain what I meant about the dividend in referring to that post called the "Perfect Storm." I was referring to actually having both, a cash and stock dividend.
The tender offer will in essence act as if it's a cash dividend. The CIM re-issuing of shares is what will act as a stock dividend. This would allow for many shareholders who have bought CMKX after 30 Sep 03 to be able to have re-issued CIM shares.
The thought is that the cash dividend is what will stop the MMs from shorting it back to nothing again after covering.
The stock dividend is to allow for all shareholders to receive ownership in CIM shares to increase the opportunity of shareholders for CIM that had not originally existed. This way, many other shareholders won't miss out on enjoying the zinc find to be included for CIM shareholders. I hope this helps.
Sterling
have a geat weekend!

Check out the report on Kensington Resources Ltd (KRT-V): Also in Fort a la Corne (FALC)
http://www.kaiserbottomfish.com/s/CompanyProfile.asp?ReportID=59388&_Type=KBFO-Directory&_Ti...
Key Excerpts:
"This property covers almost all of the world's biggest kimberlite field."
"Skyline Matrix Footnotes Factor Description Rank Comment
1 Typical Target Sizes (gold oz equiv) 4 Keninsgton has a 42.3% net interest (50% working interest) in the Fort a la Corne diamond play in Saskatchewan, Canada. This property covers almost all of the world's biggest kimberlite field. Micro diamond testing has demonstrated that most of the bodies which represent billions of tonnes of kimberlite are diamondiferous, albeit low grade. This play derives its world class potential (5 million plus ounce gold equivalence) from the sheer volume of diamondiferous kimberlite. FALC might be called a "diamond porphyry" in the sense that this deposit has to be made into a mine through measurement and engineering. Because the kimberlites are covered by about 100 metres of overburden they have to be viewed as large tonnage open pit operations whose large scale compensates for high stripping costs. Development of the FALC kimberlites has been hampered by problems prioritizing the bodies and understanding their complexity.
2 Property Portfolio Size 1 Keninsgton is all about the Fort a la Corne play and nothing else.
3 Frontier Bluesky Potential 3 Despite more than $20 million exploration over a 15 year period the FALC kimberlite field still qualifies as underexplored."
