Casual..folks it's public information
FDA and the Freedom of Information Act
Gentleman..we have a right to know and everyone one of you should help me get this.
http://www.fda.gov/RegulatoryInformation/foi/default.htm
FDA has a agreement to meet the public information act..sorry you are incorrect. Ask them and they will tell you, also you may want to help me go through this database so we can figure this out. The nice lady at the FDA provided it to me. Every clinical trial in the nation is listed.
http://clinicaltrial.gov/ct2/results?term=Aplastic+Anemia&pg=1
Number for the FDA
301 796-3603
also, orphan drug 301 796-8660
Any other questions gentlemen? Really I thought I was helping us all out by taking my time to find out what I could. I am in for the long haul gentlemen... so let's all get along. Oh, one more thing..I do not lie, cheat or steal..I'm up front and I think we are in this together we better stick together and get the management to put something out there for us.
I am a she and I am not making anything up. I waited several hours to share the information because I could she the childish behavior that would occur. I just ended up thinking I should tell you what I know, we are all in this together.
Folks I have no reason to lie about the call. I am staying in, I think this thing will be a hit. All I have to go on is gut, I'm in and by Gosh I'm staying in. So as far as me lying about calling the FDA, I called and have no reason to lie.
Just spent 1 hour on the phone with the FDA, according to the very nice ladies I spoke with IND approval is complete on HemaXellerate. Also, Orphan drug status does not mean the clinical trials will take any less time. I spoke with the lady on the Orphan drug group and they have never heard of this drug. I called Bio-Matrix and left a message, nothing.
Tried again today..still no deal
Great advice... it is long term.
In 2003 this stock sold for approx $3.50 per share. Considering the current climate in the medical industry, could this happen again? you better believe it can. I teach health information technology for a living, yes it's dragging, something is going on.. what? who knows, but for a few hundred bucks, it's worth the wait.
Thank you so much. I have scottrade and they can be a little weird sometimes also.
Tried to buy some shares yesterday, guess what..no deal.
Mine too
I think you are on the mark
I used sharebuilders and it tells me they do not allow purchases of this stock. Can anyone tell me how I could purchase it? Thanks
I'll buy...
I have so much to learn, but I am really enjoying it and everyone is nice enough to answer questions.
I'm new to posting, only because I'm new to all of it. I was always taught to sit and listen until you learn.
Thank Zoom, thought I was having a senior moment
Maybe one of you can find it, I sure cannot

I'm right there with you.. for richer or poorer ;)
Lotto Play... I love it...well, if you win I will be right there with you.
Volume today 1 million...someone invested $100.00
It's funny you should say that, I tried yesterday (late) in the day and never got filled. The first buy filled in minutes. Something is going on..
Almost too quiet about this one. Usually there is some little trail you can pick up..but nothing. Really makes you wonder. Nice thing, not like it was $100.00 a share when you brought it, right? So looks like hanging in is the thing to do. Was reading last night how before they do a buy back or a take over things seem deadly still, trying to scare stockholder into dumping stock for a cheap price.
Thanks, great article
I think Hemp will be BIG!!!!
My 37 Cents per share is looking really good.
Glad I dumped it at 37 lol
What does add on dips mean? Sorry I'm new to all this
Thanks I was just looking at that
