Now we have both price and volume building. The pressure is building.
Me like-y.
Another suspense filled, media pumping week like this and this puppy is gonna blow.
Oh well, I shouldn't sound bitter, I've been holding and averaging down for two years. It's logical to assume that I am enjoying the ride.
Looks like they're scheduling another pump and dump for later this summer
I think that way because I put myself inside the head of the CEO.
The boutique CEO (somebody like Mr. Chain) is going to have an organic growth strategy that would include partnering/acquiring companies like ILNS. They are more interested in the 'vision' than the share price.
The conglomerate CEO (Glaxo, Phizer, Eli) is going to set out to crush a boutique like a bug under foot. They have shareholders to answer to. They have to increase dividends. They don't care about organic growth. They will crush the small start-up and then send the splatter to their lab's to check for surviving remnants.
He has said it before and had his lowball orders filled.
This is the first time (during my tenure here) that price resistance prevented the fill.
This is good news. Stop being negative about it.
Maybe if I had said 'cash-heavy'? I'm sure there are dozens of poorly capitalized companies who would drool at the thought of magically acquiring the IP of ILNS.
However, is there a well funded, perhaps cash-heavy company in the arena?
And....by 'arena' I mean the small or 'Boutique' bio-med arena.
The real news. I haven't seen any news yet. I've seen PR pieces, no news.
News is revenue, profits, MONEY.
News is the company being sold or a major European investor coming on board.
I'm not a scientific person, I'm an investor.
News to me is in the business section of the newspaper, not in the science section.
The base has firmed, the pressure is mounting and when the news drops then, well, you'll know 'the' news.
He would seem to be a disciplined investor who is sticking to his lowball bid price. I see it as a positive note for the share price that nobody rushed in to fill the order.
Tells me that we have pressure for an uptick in the price. When news drops the price will pop.
Wow. You always manage to find the negative's and then try to nurture them as if they were pretty flowers. So sad.
I see the town as being place that has hit rock bottom and is now sewing the seeds of a turnaround.
But don't let me stop you from living in your land of misery and defeat. Christmas must be a real blast in your house.
The ideal suitor would be a well capitalized boutique bio-med similar to ILNS. Not sure any exist so I'm betting 10% probability of Viropharma deal and 90% probability of vultures picking apart the assets piece by piece.
Nothing personal, but for the sake of the share price, I hope your lowball order goes unfilled
I would tend to agree. Companies like Evli don't sign a contract and put their reputation at risk without significant DD.
Maza is probably as good as an insider at Evli and he was probably on the phone wirh them while the ink was still drying on Chain's resignation letter.
Though I don't think that Viropharma will be our white knight.
Mad angry or mad insane?
Hi Deals, are you sauing Duocourt was done at a pps of .70, and ILNS could fetch a pps of .31?
Is there anyone on the board who is reasonably qualified to give a rapid analysis of Duocourt vs ILNS to come up with a relatively accurate compariiitive price tag for ILNS?
Hope there is a spill over effect for the shareholders. More than that I hope for an exciting roller-coaster ride over the next few months. Sell on the highs, buy low on the lows.
ILNS is heating up, do you have a target price for this?
GoOd MoRnInG Mr LeGiOn
Good to see you back deals. It just got interesting.
They don't do well on treadmills?
When does the judge render his verdict?
Thank you for your input. This is far from my area of expertise.
Hi Trimmer, please see the following link.

Is this bad for POSC?
I was having fun. I cannot allow your nonsense of humor to interfere with my inherent right to have fun.
Sorry, I should have said, " If I could engineer an outcome..."
I'm usually in and out of a stock in a few months.
This stock has become too personal.
I want a big bang to close out with so that I can say it was worth it.
There are multiple possible avenues now.
If I were able to speak to Mr. Rooney, I would say that only cowboys can create industry where none existed before. It takes vision and big balls.
People in Pin Stripe suits can't create industry, but once a pioneering cowboy has done his thing, then it's time to move aside and let the pin-stripes take over.
I think that the continued appreciation of the business can only happen after a leadership transition. That is because of scale.
It's time for well financed suits to take over. I believe that would be best for all.
Most of the work done by Covington seems to be in the M&A arena.
I do see instances where the work done was to attract capital inflows, but it does seem that their strength is selling businesses to businesses (with the occasional merger thrown in for good measure).
And they do alot of deals.
When I posted about POSC performing to a shit list, I estimated we would see a result by March 31. I was off by 9 weeks.
I think this is going to get exciting in a very short window. I am going to help start the rumor mill with a best guess of POSC being aquired by a Russian entity, on or before August 31. With a strike price of 11 cents per common share.
Either that or the butler will do it in the library with a lead pipe.
Great close. To hell with the volume. Let's burn the shorters and wait for the rumors to start. Buy on fact, sell on rumor, then re-buy on fact.
The news just came out and I'm excited. I believe my red ink will turn black on this stock.
This is awesome news. A few months ago I posted that it appeared as if POSC was performing to a shit list. A reputable financing company would want all deficiencies corrected prior to signing an agreement.
What this release tells me, is that the finance company now considers all deficiencies cured.
This is the best news this company has uttered in the two years that I have been a shareholder.
This is the first buy signal that i have seen in that time.
It means that Covington now considers POSC 'worthy' of presenting to their investors.
Dear King, we are all aware of your narrow minded and negative view of POSC.
I'll keep it on my streamer. Thanks again
Thanks Pop. Very short run on microsoft pr.
I think that I won't buy anymore shares.
I'll go into my garden and I'll bury the shares I did buy. Maybe I'll dig them up in 10 years and they will have grown into a stock that rivals Google or even Facebook.
And maybe not.
Hi Poker, I've been studying this stock for a little while. I haven't made the leap yet to purchase.
Did you buy this one? I see it dropped recently from .30 to .08.
Is the free fall over? Is there a turning point here?
Hi Pop, I bought this stock several months ago. The commentary on this board Has made me not willing to buy more.
Is this a viable company? Is there a point in the future when the stock will move upward? What or when would that happen?
Welcome to POS....c.
That is why I decided to be a silent long term holder. Ignore the manipulation and wait quietly for the day that this company develops real sales and profit.
Well, we will see.
You're partially right. A year could add another 0 to the stock price. As in .00095
