I don't recommend anyone invest in SPCL, the ticker is less than a month away from being revoked!
Only people holding shares at this point are tinfoil hat investors banking on Pixelmags!

In layman's terms, most longs here are waiting on revocation to conclude. We expect it, and are still going to be holding our shares. Revocation is not the end game! If you hold shares and believe it is the end, why not sell?

It's a complete fabrication. Etrade would owe me my investment cost plus transaction fee if my purchased shares were not real. Remember, matched trades only. You have to have a seller and a buyer at an agreed & unquoted price.

No other company can "pick up" the share cusip number we will hold for our shares in the company. Only the symbol will be up for grabs & will have no tie to our shares or the company at all.

You've said that before, but I've thus far been unable to verify it. Best I have been able to confirm is that the "company" can most certainly apply for relisting with current shareholders intact. Regardless of whether or not they respond or not to the current court issue. I'd prefer they do it the way you have stated, hell any word from them would be welcomed by me. But I will hope for the best regardless, and join any class action when and if necessary down the road!

This is one possible scenario, and the one I am expecting.

It's simple, I wouldn't recommend SPCL on this or any public forum, but I will stick to what I believe is going to happen. If it does, I'll see a good roi, if it does not happen I will lose my entire investment. My risk, going in eyes wide open!

Several here have tried, and I'm sure are still on the bid from 3's to 1's. Bought 4's myself just yesterday, and I'm fairly certain I could have gotten more than 350k shares had I bid for more. So basically my limit buy was matched with a standard sell, not an all or none.

The SEC has spoken.. SPCL has not. It does appear that Nov. 5th is the day SPCL will be revoked. There really ought to be a massive selloff leading up to that date. Unless the majority of shareholders believe revocation does not mean the end of liquidity in the future for their investments. That's what I believe, and I expect communication to shareholders shortly after revocation. In it to win it, all or nothing!
