Any profit on a pink sheet is a success..Everyone here knows that. I would have taken a $700 profit any day when I used to play these unregulated stock. Promotion can end any minute and your profit could be gone
I actually did take the time to look into this company and that is time I will never get back. Everything I found points to just another pink sheet pump n dump dilution scam. Everything was worded very vaguely and deceptively just as all pink sheet scams do. I found no ties to any about manufacturer, major tire manufacturer, or auto industry. I read a lot of weightless claims here as every dilution scam carries. There is nothing but hype and this stock has over 300 million in volume and traded essentially sideways during its promotion..hmmmmm..must be a lot of selling among all the buying. All IMO
What isn't real..haha..what is. What have they ever produced?
What isn't real?? It's a trip 0 trading in an unregulated market with over 3 billion shares outstanding. Anyone know the float?
Definitely something worth looking into. Thank you
No negativity taken
I do not hold a position with this company and have no intentions of buying any this or any pink or OTC stock. I played a few of these and made a little money, but then the reality of what I was doing set in and my conscience wouldn't allow me to make money based on lies and deception. I learned to play the market and make money with real companies by doing work and research, not following weightless claims of company touts in the unregulated markets.
To anyone thinking about getting in this..ask yourself this..if this was a real opportunity to get in with a company that has new technology, why didn't a major manufacturer of tires get in with this company. Also, none of the auto manufacturers have done any press releases about any testing with this companies ideas. Keep in mind the 500:1 reverse split done in 2009 and the fact that some online trading companies are allowing sell only at this point of the game.
Did say they have mentioned, said they might use false claims like that. I will agree that every once in an extremely great while a stinky pinkie turns into something..but 99.9% of these are dilution scams. If this was a real company with technology worth developing, it would have been picked up by a major tire manufacturer for further development and marketing. I really do wish the best to all that "play" this stock, but likelihood of anything other then a pump n dump and reverse split is 0.01%. IMO. Best of luck to you
Solid disagreement considering the last reverse split was 500:1. Lots of bagholders lost big in 2009 and the same will happen in you get in this stock now. IMO
Lol..ok, whatever....wait until the next reverse split..lol
Kwayne, be very cautious if you buy this. It has been my experience with scottrade that they allow sell only when the dilution begins with these stinky pinkies. Just my experience, but it has been 100% accurate with these .000's that the price tanked once scottrade would not allow buying. That was always my sign to sell when I used to play these scams
How about this
I have been in contracting for 12 years and I fully understand how bonding works. My point was for a contractor to do government work, they must be bonded. For those who don't understand how bonding works..a reputable contractor with a good record of completion will get bonding power from an insurance company. Should the contractor walk away from a job incomplete, the customer will pull the bond and the insurance company will pay another contractor to complete the job. Bonding is basically an insurance policy to ensure a project will be completed
If CCI's contractor walked away from a government job and left it incomplete, the bond would have been pulled and a different contractor would have finished the job.
As far as you not giving a name, its a public record of who does government work. I could find no record of CCI doing any work for the city of Columbus or any connection to the Columbus Center of Science and Industry. And if CCI was doing this job they claim and your contractor walked away, someone else would have finished it and been paid by the bond, not CCI. There is nothing like CCI claims they built in the city of Columbus.
If you have any credible info to the contrary, please share. We would all be happy to hear something good
Could you provide the name of the contractor. To do government work, contractors have to be insured and bonded. If your contractor didn't finish the work, a bond is pulled to pay a contractor that will
You asked if the contractor was ever paid
If the history of Bill's ways holds true, he probably paid the contractor with diluted shares..that could explain this last pump to 5 cents..give the contractor a better price to sell.
Cassandra, could you please explain the meaning of today's (August 21) PR?
Reading the post on the boards of these dilution scams is like listening to a broken record. When the promotion is over and the sell off is on..whenever someone offers the advise to sell, get out and move on, the replies all accuse the wisdom of the post of just trying to get cheap shares. If you are in this stock and think its an investment, its not..it's a "play" listen to the advise of anyone telling you to get out. And now the B side of the broken record will play with the touts attacking this post. All IMO
Thank you for taking the time to inform anyone who read the PR and/or your reply of what the PR was all about. To further show proof that this is a bogus PR, go to Level 3 communications website and you will see nothing in the press releases about a contract with CCI.
Homework for your maybe new hobby
This is what due diligence is all about.. Go to Level 3 communications website and look the companies news and press releases. If you really want to know what your getting into, go to the contact us link and email Mark Stoutenburg at investor relations.
Let us know what you find out
Cheers
If this was Facebook, I would definitely click "like" for your thoughts about a special place for Bill and Steven. Perhaps Bill has purchased one of Stevens brain stimulators or pictures of fairies dancing on waterfalls and thinks he is doing the right thing. Steven should have stuck to the CCI scam and not tried pushing that other garbage of a rock burning and his lame ass voice in the background. I had my suspicions of this company. Steven tried to get me to buy into that trash and hearing about what a joke that stuff is was enough proof of what that guy was all about. He is a scammer and he makes money telling lies

which is probably why it was released on Accesswire (a cheapie Canadian PR service with few standards and limited feeds) instead of their usual PRNewswire.
Guess that could answer my question I ask a couple weeks ago about if anyone knew where Bill and Steven did their last pump promotion.
Just wondering how y'all are making out with the stock certificate issue. I know I had to pull teeth to get mine issued. They came with a six month restriction and I threatened SEC action if I didn't have my stock cert for selling the shares after the six months. It worked
Does the SEC really care about OTC companies?
You need to fully understand how to trade these scams. My best advise is don't get greedy and don't ever get attached to a stock. Make your money, get out and never look back or wish you held longer. These scams lose most of there value within an hour of the promotion ending. Find a formula that works and believe nothing that is posted by the paid company touts on these boards. Once the promotion ends they all disappear. I found a board that did a great job of laying out how to play these scams. They're not for me, but I will get you the link so you can educate yourself on how to not get taken for your money.
Upgrading is a personal choice to play the junk stocks down here in the unregulated markets. Don't take this the wrong way, but if you are ok with making money based on lies and deceit, then there is some money to be made here.
I personally choose to make my picks based on hard work, research and information. I am 100% opposed to those that tell lies for profit..hence my disdain for Bill and his hack Steven.
Also know this..down here in the land of scams, you could turn that $10,000 into A LOT of money if your on the right side of the hustle. You could also lose all of it in a matter of an hour if your on the wrong side.
Best of luck to you
Market makers (commonly referred to as MM) are in business to make money. You will hear many paid company touts In these scams blame the lack of stock performance or declining share price on market makers..this is a lie. Buying and selling is what drives the price up or down, MM's just make a market to trade shares.
Also look up, naked short selling. Look into and understand how a short sale works then educate yourself how the naked short selling works. Market makers will often sell shares they don't have in these OTC and pink sheet companies because 99.99% of them are scams. MM's know the price will decline to probably a lesser price then before the pump and they can replace shares at a much lower price then they borrowed and sold them at.
Market makers don't artificially raise the price. A paid stock promoter or some other form of touting the company entices buying through what are essentially lies, which drives up the price. The dilution is what collapses the price. If you can put 2 and 2 together, you come up with Bill and Steven paying someone through printed shares to pump the company and price so they can all sell off for a profit.
Pete, that's not how it works if you sold through an online trading account. Your shares were purchased by a market maker. What they do is too lengthy to explain so go to investopedia.com or another source to explain how market makers work. That site does a great job of breaking it down into an easy to understand format.
Also understand this..CCOP is a dilution scam. Bill will never purchase shares from anyone. He prints shares from the authorized shares (look that one up to along with outstanding shares) to sell to the market makers or anyone he or Steven can sell their package of lies to. People can also buy shares directly from this company..I highly recommend not doing that. But back to the point, if you bought in the open market and sold in the open market, a market maker got your shares, not Bill or anyone else in the company.
Does anyone know where this last promotion came from? Went over 5 cents before sell off occurred. Most pumps have only gone to around 2 cents. Anyone know where the latest round of buyers was found?
Steven is a complete lunatic who is probably crazy enough to believe his own lies.
Pete,
Never get attached to any OTC or pink sheet stock. They are plays, not investments. If your only keeping this to feel like your part of a group, I would strongly advise to sell what you have left. This bottomed out in the last 52 weeks at .002 and will likely go lower then that during this round of dilution. Make your own decision and best of luck to you
Take a look at the quarterly report and notice how many shares were printed last three months. Around 25 million if I recall properly. The pattern I have noticed is all those shared will be sold before next 10q and next round of dilution. It has been consistently around 25 million shares (hmmmmm. Wonder where Bill is getting his paycheck). Notice how little selling volume has occurred and how small bid size is given shares available. Bill will sell all shares at whatever he can get before he dilutes next quarter. The drop to .004 was a market sell and look how low it went to find a market maker that would buy so few shares. GLTY
Mouse,
What I meant is there is no volume between pumps and dumps..aka Bill and Steven rounding up their next group of people to lie to and scam..there is no volume, and why would there be. This is a dilution scam run by a man of no integrity and his little stooge Steven.
Everyone knew this was coming. Hope you sold and at least broke even or only lost a few bucks. If Bill or Steven contact you and want more money, hope you learned what this is all about and don't give those two weasels a penny.
This stock is still trading. Whenever Bill and Steven find a new group of suckers there is someone buying and the stock trades. That is of course followed by the sell off of diluted shares and the stock once again trades. It's between cycles so trading is stagnenet.
Don't apologize. You bought this stock to make money. Don't know what your exact intentions or expectations were, but if you are averageged where you said you were, you made money..good for you. This stock was going sub penny and back to the levels it was at regardless of who sells
Looks like back to sub penny tomorrow or next week. Quite a run this little scam had..all the way from .002 to 5 cents. Someone made some money..hmmmmmm..who could that have been
There is nothing real about anything in Columbus. Bill and his stooge Steven claim that the center of science and industry have conducted a test with new 4G wifi speeds. There is nothing from the COSI on its websites press releases that mentions CCI or CCOP. It is a phony press release from CCOP that was used in another attempt to pump the price so Bill, Steven and their cohorts can dump more diluted shears.
I used to hope a lot of others were wrong about Steven and Bill too. But this stock is going down and will once again soon be a sub penny stock. This same pattern has occurred two to three times a year and will continue until authorized shares are maxed out. No shareholder should vote for another increase in AS just so those two can lie and steal and continue their scam.
I don't know if this is personal or not..I just don't want to see Bill and his stooge Steven profit another single penny from their lies.
How did you hear about CCI?
Ok..you mentioned your a newb. These boards are full of paid promoters and people that bought into a pump and are stuck with essentially worthless shares. It is obviously in the interest of the bagholders (slang for those stuck with shares at a loss) to pump up the price and try to cut losses or at least break even. Anybody can write almost anything here. I could make a claim like, I heard from a very reliable source within the company that the contracts with a major carrier are almost finalized. That statement holds no truth. I would only say that in hopes others would play along and hope newbie's buy the lie and buy the stock.
I really hope you find a way to make money. I agree with you that we should all make money playing stocks through hard work, research, and good decisions. I will never want to profit from a fraud or help anyone like those two creeps make a penny from lies. Unfortunately with these scams a very few profit from the losses of many.
I would strongly advise doing some more research on this company and the people involved. If you happen to dig up something promising..please share. But remember, 99% of company's that trade down here in pinky land and on the OTC are scams.
I'm assuming you purchased your shares right before this last pump. It is my opinion that if you have 1 million shares at .008 that your are going to lose your money. I would also assume you bought your shares directly from the company or is .008 your average? You probably won't get a bid size big enough to even begin to sell your shares and others will do market sell offs and get whatever a market maker will give them for their shares which will drive the price down very rapidly. This opinion is based on the 5 year pump and dilution pattern CCOP has maintained. If Bill or you heard of press releases from another source..don't expect them. Anyone that has been involved with this stock has seen this many times before. Steven used to sent emails and phone calls promoting press releases and then follow with the same lame excuses about why they didn't happen. it was really pathetic and only a fool would believe his nonsense. Check out last September when they did a press release and shareholder letter announcing and weekly update for 15-20 weeks. Guess what happened..nothing. A slight bump in share price and you guessed it..sell off. Check out the CCI dilution history Cassandra posted. Do some more research about the truth of this company and the people involved and come to your own conclusion. Best luck to you
Steven is Bill's little stooge. He is a complete psycho who sells garbage and promotes scams. If you don't believe this is a scam..here is a link to Stevens website and you can see the trash this guy tries to sell and understand what kind of people Bill associates with th promote this scam. www.transformationalbreakthroughs.org
A while ago I mentioned building a case against these two and anyone who has posted on this board over the years should get in on it. No interest
