A little perspective.
Just Google: "Faruqi & Faruqi, LLP, a leading national securities law firm, is investigating potential securities fraud at"
You'll see 510,000 results. How often do you put any long phrase in quotes and get that many results?
For instance: "Apple expects China to overtake the United States as its biggest market" 4,790 results.
Or: "President Obama will take the oath of office for the second time using historic Bibles belonging to former President Lincoln and Martin Luther King Jr." 377 results.
This firm is trolling.
I forget. What were we talking about before these miserable excuses crashed the party?
I love lawyers. I filled out a short form to request information about their claims and was presented with this retainer (already filled out with my information.) Notice the phrase "...represent you as a named plaintiff in litigation for breaches of fiduciary duty against the board of directors for the Company named below..." is not followed by an actual name of a company.

Dear Client,

LM2002: Thanks in advance for reconciling the difference between your statement:
If you read the SEC filing PRE 14A, dated 12/27/2012, you will see that Visser Precision Cast owns 45 million shares (18.3%) and Furniture Rowe owns just under 53 million shares (21.5%).
I don't know how you do math, but to me that adds up to 39.8% of the common (I.e. voting) stock in the control of Barney Visser.
I am not hysterical. I cast no aspersions. I do not wish to upset anyone. I was just sharing a thought or two. Is all. Sorry if you take offense.
Regards
LM2002
All 3 of these are visser however as you see the 3rd one is Visser total combination of the top 2.......I think thats where people are getting confused. Visser has little over 52 mill shares.

Did anybody else join the class action lawsuit?
How will the market handle a Visser investigation? Will we be made aware of who hired the Faruqis? Any thoughts, anyone?
RR: Thanks for the PM and all the insights. Interesting stuff. I may have to upgrade with you posting from out in the ether. If only I had something to contribute.
When did dilution become illegal? Got anything else? LM has gotten pretty good at dotting i's/crossing t's. Suspicious.
Anyone familiar with this area? Ambulance chasers?
Hmm. One of the good guys in my book.
Anyone know what happened to Oracle? All posts have beeb deleted. Didn't know you could do that.
I guess I got so used to seeing that failed concept rendering months ago I didn't consider it.
Are we now citing articles that don't even mention us?
Picked LQMT up on radar...looks healthy here~
Freshcoat, F-15-Retired, jaspirsin
You guys just got in town didn't you. Other than a recent hire there ain't no new news around here.
Wayerd you strangers come from?
Barnie transferred to his manager, at current price, $100,000 in shares. Was this guy's salary backed up that much or is this an opportune time to reward him for a job well done? Hopefully the latter.
Payment to VPC manager for services.
No offense but charts are worthless with stocks like this
The chart is looking very positive at the moment...
No comments on 10% seemed strange..
2. These clubs can't be used on the Tour.
The first question John Kang ever asked me was: "What is your average cost and how many shares do you have?"
The first question Tom Steipp ever asked me was: "What is your average cost and how many shares do you have?"
Anyone care to explain the significance of the question and why they both asked the same question, 9 years apart?
And Merry Christmas to you, too!

To my mind the video meant absolutely nothing anyway.
The biggest problem with amorphous metal (its more proper name, and yes it is metallic) is that since it doesn't have a crystalline structure it didn't have any sort of scratch pattern to the edge. It was just smooth, and would just slide off of things. It would push-cut very well, however.
A silver lining to the Apple contract? I begin to understand why a smart guy like you is still here. Thanks, jp.
LM isn't fooling anyone. There's still promise but it's a small company on life support with few resources in tough economic times. Your investor questions probably got triaged. No excuses though. He needs to return every serious request for information. Otis, you reading this?
Otis S. Buchanan (he hasn't been fired yet) which means Steipp is still controlled by John Kang) spent 20 million dollars on LQMT GOLF CLUB infomercials two years prior to the IPO in 2002.
...You are now back in my TOP 5 LIST of Posters.
We all look forward to your frequent rankings. Thanks again!
There were a lot of pump posts about Denver, but none accurate. LQMT I HUB never had a spy in Denver. Another empty post. Get off your arse and drive to Denver if you are so excited, and see what that will get you.
I differ with you IC. It's like watching grass grow but it is growing. The daily random trade generator is crazy but the resistance near .10 is obvious. Keeping life support maintained until that uh... 2nd paying client comes online is a big question. By the way, what ever happened to our spy in Denver? Is he hiding in a witness protection program after his first Visser encounter? I'd still like him to run screaming through the front door and out the back door snapping pictures as he goes.
I'm sure a number are still here due to the partners and not the CEO (although I think he's made progress in tough times.) I don't see this group of world class corporations wanting anything to do with that CEO described by some here.
Probably a market for both. I believe IM is better suited for the manufacture of solid pieces.
And a very Merry Christmas to all not included in the previous post.
Impressive piece but...
Page 17 states "Visser Precision Cast- An INDUSTRY LEADER in mold manufacturing and injection molding post processing."
A curious statement about a company that doesn't yet have their website online.
A little runup, volume triggered some alarms, crazed LQMT fans charged the sales racks and Voila!- a big day. Glad I had some stock left so I could see green numbers on my page for a change
You're saying LM doesn't get a piece of Materion's profits?
"Apple can do what they want with it and they do not owe LQMT anything if they do use LM."
Apple may use Materion (or even VPC) and there may be revenues to LM there.
I don't know when this was written but it's a glimpse into the qualities of our metal. This poor guy is a custom knifemaker trying to tool the metal. The writer states:
"The ability of this material to be cast into a finished blade will probably be its biggest selling point to the commercial cutlery industry. That, combined with its extreme stainless qualities will likely make it popular for mass produced kitchen cutlery. But for the custom knifemaker I believe LiquidMetal(R) will have only a very limited application."
