Agreed.
Not much talking. Everyone must be busy putting in their sell orders.
Might be easier for Jenny if we just gave her our bank account info. Then she wouldn't have to play all these middleman games!!
Got a few day and swing traders that bought within the last six months pretending to be financial whiz kids. LMMFAO.
All the wheeling and dealing throughout the Summer for a reverse split and these clowns are going to go bankrupt anyway.
Exactly!
I have been waiting six years for this stock to really move, not as long as some, but it still feels like a lifetime. I think part of the problem is we have become a nation use to instant gratification - myself included.
Forgive the grammar.
I'm not certain. I just remember a post a few days back defining when a company needs to report. I believe it was based on the companies market cap.
I was under the impression they had forty days after end of quarter to do so. Wouldn't that mean by the ninth of November. Correct me if I am wrong.
Walked away for three hours. May as well been a lifetime. Already started on the vodka tonics, wife isn't even home yet.
No more sittin' back and being nice and quiet. If you sold today, I hope there is such positive news next week that you can't catch this thing with a friggin' rocket!!
I have been pissed all day, but that just cheered me up a bit. Thank you!
Not one of these milktoasts selling today ever dreamed of buying at six cents!
Yup. Or a meteorite could stike the Earth tomorrow. Or, the sun could begin its life as a red giant and boil away the oceans. Or, the moon could slip further away and throw the Earth into a catastrophic wobble. Or, the Earth itself could loose all of her residual heat ceasing tectonic activity.
Hopefully, the only thing that 'goes away' on this board are the traders and the shorts.
How's that short position working out for you?
How's that short position going for you?
Love when first and second quarter earnings are nice and all the milk toasts sell their stock before third quarter release. If you did that, no cajunas and probably should find something else to do instead of playing the market. Sorry, it had to be said!!!
Don't beat yourself up too much. Most US citizens probably don't know that.
Mexico is part of North America.
In this business it's more lucrative to be lucky than smart!
Preferably before the shorts drive the price into the ground AGAIN.
I have a sure fire way to get Apple to use BMG. Let Samsung use it first with a different process from CIP. Then Apple will use it the following year, put on a big show at their conference, acting as though they were the first and did something spectacular. As per usual! They are becoming masters at the smoke and mirror campaign.
What good does a BOOM do after a 350:1 RS? Let's see, price would be ~ $21.00 a share. Let's say the so called boom takes it to 30. Big f'in deal, that's like the price going from 6 cents to 9 cents currently - woooohooooo!!!!
If I wanted free money I could always become the new CEO of Delcath!
Right. Formulations are not really key as much as the actual processes to make BMGs. Processes are what is difficult and has kept this from the market.
I don't believe we have come anywhere near the top yet. IMO.
Sure hope we hear of a nice contract and not a Matching LM compass to go with the knife.
Some of these folks are good at what they do - true artists. However, most stick out like sore thumbs by repeating the same drivel over and over. No imagination.
That was the best part.
I agree. Apple's current business model has worked great so far. I think a big part of that success with the smart phone was because they were the first in that market. However, as your competition grows, the technology and raw materials begin to be snapped up by competitors. Owning some of these key supplies outright may be a new paradigm for Apple in the future.
Gonna be all set up for shorts to prosper again. The real villains in this circus.
You sure there working out of New York and not some warehouse in Jersey!
Kinda of looks like they knew the whole time. Also, our good friends at HB - forgedaboudit! Could possibly go somewhere in the future with new shareholders that haven't been burned. Gonna take a lot of work, luck and hornswaggeling on Simpson's behalf. She isn't great with the first, ok with the second and an expert at the third. I think she was underestimated. Hope it works out for her. Karma is a bitch, too.
Thank you for this explanation. I had read through the MTA before but my legal skills are not Top Notch.
I'm not trying to be negative. On the contrary, I want LQMT to succeed as much as anyone. I just like to cover all bases, no surprises, unless positive for us.
That's my point.
My issue here is, if you can consider the case of a phone a consumer electronic, then why couldn't you consider the shell of an electric computerized vehicle a consumer electronic?
Not suggesting GM CEO is wrong or that he may not see the big picture. But, I once saw an interview with Michael Dell when Apple was struggling. He suggested that Apple should just give shareholders their money back. Sometimes things are not as cut and dry as they appear.
Thank you, Rige. I knew they bought mostly tech and software and that others manufactured the final products. I just thought it might make things smoother for them and those that manufactured for them if they controlled BMG. I can see from your reply that it may not have been legally feasible or even effective in the end.
Thank you, Rige. I knew they bought mostly tech and software and did not manufacture themselves. However, I was just thinking if they controlled the BMG material it would give them and those that manufacture for them a great advantage. But, I can see from your post that legally it may not have been so simple or effective.
