No PSPF is an empty not reporting shell. However on Feb 14 2012 Bank of America filed a 13g with the SEC letting them know that they have gathered 4 million plus shares, or approximately 5.7% of the company. If you go to the PSPF board the filing is in the news section.

Nice move for MRIB, but check out PSPF similar situation, with the exception of PSFS has a global leader named Bank of America who purchased over 5% of PSPF.

No questions there will be news sometime. I have nearly 500000 shares, and I wouldnt even sell any of them for .01. This is a slam dunk imo, Bank of America osent mess with pennies unless there is some cash to be made. The best thing about this is it is official BAC is in PSPF and it has been filed.

With this spike in volume, the MMs putting a big spread on and trying to shake out shares along with no one selling makes me feel ike there is some PSPF news on the way shortly.
