Until L2S is straightened out , he is very much relevant to this board. If he committed fraud, as other posters suggested by selling a product he did not have the right to sell or assign, then he committed fraud on all of us actual shareholders. That press was confirmed by cuzzola on the CC with shareholders. I heard him and the Dr. speak about the products and the relationship with FRTD and how excited both were to be working with the CEO.
Lot of questions to be answered if cuzzola committed fraud in striking this deal with FRTD. Shareholders need to be protected and FRTD needs to be compensated. JMHO

I am happy for you that you got in early and got out with a profit. A lot of others are holding a heavy bag, while birmingham and his family and friends lined their pockets. The only business norm ever runs is scams. PR's that mean nothing and companies that go no where, PGCX is no different for the all the pas POS he used to scam people out of their money or the next hundred that he will do the same with.
bought this a while ago at 15.85 - looking for $22 and out the door before end of this month.
Took a quick look at the L2 Play...
could be the guy at 49 sold half at the bid and then pulled back his other half and stuck a 680K block at 8. Need to shake that guy out at a lower price. Apparently some hostiles still remain. Stock really needs an infusion on volume after all the weak hands and hostiles are gone. Nothing to do for now but wait them out.
Primarq will most likely be the engine that drives this stock.
The medical deal may or may not proceed :
1) Maybe FRTD sells the license agreement to another party. Parilla and the Derricks may have been working this deal out for a while now.
2) FRTD sues Cuzzola for Fraud.
3) FRTD proceeds as planed hires a replacement for cuzzola to run medical division and the nasorcap deal stays.
