Good morning WAFR fans !!
777 I cant find it now it's gone, but I know what I saw two days ago and the press release tab said news coming soon. I am baffled now still looking.
I believe it is on the news and press release link icon.
WAFR Finalizing merger, won lawsuit, and has been very bullish the last few days.
The GRPS / Aeroquest website says a PR is coming soon!!
http://www.atpanels.com/
I guess it was whatever was in the I hub database still learning how to use it.
WAFR is Bullish today, first resistance is .061 which goes down pretty easy in the past.
I like how you "worded" that post too. LMAO
Very Nice!! Go WAFR!!
Sounds to me like APII were holding back shares until the lawsuit was settled so they would have those shares in case they lost the suit. But they didn't and i don't think that it matters much anymore.Lawyers talk around a subject, knowing what we know now the interpretation seems pretty clear. IMO
I really don't have anything better to do today than keep the moderators busy. LOL
The news from the PR stated why things are this way:
Gary Polistena, CEO of COREwafer Industries also comments on these latest developments, "Clearing up all of these outstanding issues has been one of our top priorities," states Gary Polistena. "We needed to be sure that all legal obstacles were eliminated related to this transaction, and as they are now resolved, we can now issue stock to Core Wafer Systems and execute and file the merger certificates for the acquisition of Core Wafer Systems. We're working very hard behind the scenes to execute on our announced plans, and we will continue to keep our shareholders updated as we can. Due to specific non-disclosure requirements, we have been unable to notify shareholders of all issues impacting the company; however I am glad that many have stayed with us throughout the acquisition process. We continue to keep our filings and financials current and will continue forward with seeking listing on a higher exchange as discussed."
Semper Fi Devil dog!
Lets say Maria just for a moment you were going to purchase a company and they were in the midst of a lawsuit over their main intellectual proprietary property, would you not want that resolved before you paid them for their company?
Well dog the shares came from the people that sold as this stock started going down from like .09 cents a couple months ago best I can tell. I wish the MM would show up and run this stock up were it is supposed to be at. Two months ago this stock went from .05 cents to .08 on 45,000 volume. That's how I remember it.I don't see the scam.
Lets go back to the moon Lt. General Stafford lol.
Congratulations all we are on our way back up Go WAFR! I still believe in the Lt. General thank you sir!!
Hi Bri and welcome to the world of pink sheets! Like you said sometimes companies that are going under are in OTC pinks because their PPS is sub penny. Some don't make it back up like the one you mentioned sorry to hear about the loss.
WAFR on the other hand at this point is a no brainer, Monday when the chart gets straightened out(because there is still a large amount of volume from Fridays buys unaccounted for IMO)We will move up Quickly. I have been here for about 6 months with WAFR, and I am here for the long haul. Some people here bash the company for reasons that most can easily see they are typically shorts hoping you take a loss.
WAFR has been very quite for about 4 months we were awaiting the merger details and some good news which came yesterday answered alot of Questions about whats going on.The company can now move forward with the technology that was previously in question as being proprietary. A Q3 will be out soon and we are off to the races PPS IMO around .20 cents.Go WAFR! have a good weekend Bri welcome aboard!
Some quick reading for any newcomers to WAFR.

Good to hear from ya been pretty quite lately
It won't matter much cause this thing moves up on a small amount of volume. Long and strong here.

I wonder what Lt. General Stafford has in store for news. IMO this stock was at .17 to .20 before the merger and Core has been very quite about its deals. I would say that with Corewafer being their cornerstone and the Q3 coming soon which should include the merger financials from Corewafer for the first time,This new streamlined APII is set to blast off!! Expect good things here I predict end of the day .085 to .10. Long and strong here folks!!
I know one thing for sure TJ there is very weak resistance between .045 and .08 I would say that the smart money will be here today Sir!
I'm sure Philcheese is watching from the Ban booth right now smiling from ear to ear. Here we go mister gonna fly today Weeeee.
Thanks sir!! Go WAFR!!
You know it will be good.
The web site is back up and has been updated.
http://www.apii.com/index.html
All I can say for sure is that WAFR has been eating my lunch about 6 months now.
Sure would be nice to finally see one way or the other cause at this point in time looking pretty fishy. One thing about it Dog was right we will probably see penny or sub penny by November if this keeps up.
I just checked to see if any news came out yet and discovered that the old APII web site is either taken down or under construction, http://www.apii.com/ maybe Corewafer is finally setting up a new website. Would be nice to see them update us and launch a new website.
I still just don't get this PPS moving up and down the opposite from the buy and sell indications in the level 2. People buy at the ask and it doesn't move at first then someone will sell and it moves up. 6 months now watching this one and still leaves me bewildered. Don't get me wrong with buy volume steady this thing is a rocket.Hope we get some news soon.Go WAFR
Uneasy, if they ever report again is the question, I believe the stock is of value. I don't have a whole lot of shares but even if it goes up a little this winter I will be happy.
Someone sold 47000 shares at the bid. Wish i could take that loss but not going to do it. After my last stock debacle if this one doesn't go back up I am done trading.
Kinda sad isn't it! well it's to be expected cant go any lower than the ask today lol. Maybe we will hear something from UNGS soon.
Lots of buy volume today.
There is no deception here just a normal penny stock. If what you allege is true where is the volume from them scooping up cheap ops.
Must be safe to say that around here. GO WAFR!! Maybe we should make up a enigma code for positive company information. Get ready for a big upswing. The WAFR is going to the moon!! well not really today but soon.
The Q2 told me that the NEEL operations are not doing as well as the company would like. The Q2 didnt have the WAFR industries figured in, that deal will be completed sometime in the second half of 2012 then we will see the real value of APII (NEEL) and WAFR (Core wafer industries) and Northeast expedited Logistics. No worries here still holding.
I guess I am still here because the PPS is down and can't take that loss. No sense in selling. The Q2 is of no big importance the complete details of whats going on won't be until the second half of 2012 as per the merger details. This Q2 showed no asset increase except for about $45000 in Neel Trucks. Surely they got something when they purchased Corewafer they want to hide this a while longer for taxes maybe who knows.Just my opinion. still holding Go WAFR.
I don't see in the Q2 where they listed any different assets than in 2011 except for $42,000 in trucks. This Q2 if i am understanding correctly doesn't include the Corewafer Assets. Only the expense they incurred during the acquisition?
I think this is the explanation of the Agilent dealings:
Core Wafer was the sole supplier of technology for Agilent semiconductor test equipment as an OEM partner until Agilent exited the OEM Market.
Core Wafer ensures these components, created by leading semiconductor manufacturers, leave the factory in a working state after having been tested and proven. Core Wafer helps ensure that products are manufactured within specification and won't suddenly fail for the end consumer. We announced the execution of the merger agreement with Core Wafer Systems, Inc. on April 19, 2012. The Company is working to integrate the operations and financial records of Core Wafer with those of the Company and anticipates having this integration completed in time for its next quarterly fillings.
