Last year they squeaked in by the 90 day deadline March 31st.

They have also issued PR's with sales estimations earlier than the sec report submittal in the past...

I remember really enjoying looking forward to the 3's - this is great! I get to look forward to them again, hahaha. We all know volatility is part of this game - we'll be above $5 in no time.
Isn't there always a significant drop before massive news so that the smart money can accumulate at the price they decided to drive it down to??? Hehehe Major business announcement next week??? Ah ha ha... only kidding ;) Seen it many times tho... yep, glad I bought today!
Blessing in disguise! Just made my Roth contribution for 2015 and got all mine at $3.16 - did not see this opportunity coming! Now as long as I hold all my shares till 2016 I won't have to remove it all for making a contribution when my income for 2015 was way over the contribution rule limits... Partnership early 2016 would be great for me.
Funds quickly acquired without warrents, used for trials, ops, and expanding production capability for anticipated increasing product demand, looking good CTSO! I bought all the shares I sold in the 11's back and then some.
Ha - now we know why your angst is showing. You traded in at the high pre conference and now your day-to-day view cannot reconcile with it all. There's a simple solution - wait until the price goes well above where you bought, but then that would require the waiting part I do enjoy how traders facilitate the transfer of wealth from the impatient to the patient. I believe this is along lines with the point of BioHedge's recent post.
Three words: Top Line Data. eom
The CTIX effect - I started suffering from this counter-intuitive illness years ago, best years of my life!!!
Right on NR - and if he says to refrain then I'll be happy he has something in the works, and if he says go for it then I'll be happy he appreciates our activism. I would like to be there as well, I do live in the bay area, but skipping out on work to go to a talk oriented toward my ability to never work again seems like a conflict of interest
My thought is just that Leo is more connected than any of us and if he wanted an article to be written by a major source he knows what strings to pull, which reaearch hospital medical doctors that he wants quoted in our 'coming out' article, which figures he wants included in that article, etc. If someone jumps the gun and we get a fizzle instead of the bang that Leo wanted I guess it was meant to be? Comments are fine and I've posted them myself - contacting media oulets directly and pushing for articles without Leo's blessing I question.
I'm not completely sure how I feel about activist investor involvement... I can see the benefit, I can also imagine some problems. Mostly I worry that Leo's plan, whatever it may involve, might be thwarted by us do-gooders unknowingly. Usually you don't put up sails without word from the captain and the information he has regarding the weather on the radar. Has anyone asked Leo about how much social media coverage he wants?
Leo didn't respond for his sake - he responded for the sake of concerned investors that contacted him over the weekend. I think it is great that we have a CEO that respects his shareholders so much. As for confidence - that info is the actual numbers in the PR. No longer can anyone make the comment that not once has the company reported actual clinical numbers. Good day today - I started getting filled at 4.13 and finished at 4.12 - cheers to all the longs!
Brilacidin - a first in class bacterium blebber, causes all your uninvited biotic trespassers to bleb a most blebby death! Ha
Too funny - nice catch Minotaur, liked your usage of the new word!
I'd call that a successful NASDAQ début after a rarely seen successful strategically implemented reverse split. I think it really says something about the legitimacy of our investment in CTSO.
Haha - and I reserve the right to refuse a kiss from anyone... but of course at $800 CTIX I'll probably be running around kissing anything that moves!
It's great to think about the massive market proliferation potential of a compound like Brilacidin. A whole new class of drug that will be able to penetrate so many market segments is going to provide huge revenue for many years to come. Almost hard to fathom.
Do you actually believe that we think you don't wish you played this differently back when you made this comment in July at $1.70?
MD Anderson, Dana Farber, Beth Israel, FDA QIDP - I guess some people just like the taste of foot. I'll take the sweet flavor of oncology and infectious disease breakthrough - oh, and money!
Feels like it should run hard to TD's 5.11 target. This weekend is gonna be sooooo long.
Dragonfly doji says reversal? eom
Ahh Yeah!!! Very nice
Closed at .212*25=5.30 yesterday, up 3.77% today. Not too bad.
Word. Guess it was just my wishful thinking that there may have been some precedence with the SEC where something like 'tangible research property' could go to book value and proven trial drugs would qualify. Oh well - guess we just need a partnership, that'll do just as well! Come on Santaclaus!
When the FDA provides their affirmation of Brilacidin's value, does this not also convert Cellceutix's intellectual property of the B platform into actual equity property? There can arguably be set some nominal monetary value to B given the foreseeable partnering or sale of this property, a value that at a minimum would put Cellceutix into immediate qualification of the NASDAQ Standard 4 Financial Requirements. Can anyone confirm this thought?

Haha, BS - they're not all doctors. Dr George is actually the boogieman, who walks around hospitals claiming everyone is in dire straights because their drugs can't work by themselves. He will be banished to a far off realm at the moment Kevetrin is released to the public and cures at least one form of cancer ALL BY ITSELF! Hehehe
Shoot! You're right - My infrequent posting has led to my laps of posting savvy. I forgot the rule: Don't reply to the degenerates - my bad! hehe
I think it is great that the original errant argument:
I couldn't help but tack on one more reply
I think it gets presented to the would-be board members, who then must navigate into position for a seat - navigation that involves opening their deep pocket backing institutions. Catapult not only by way of pps, but by way of appropriate business supporting contacts. Leo seems to be pretty smart about this whole game, and perhaps this revelation to potential deep pockets happens after FDA meetings being prudent not to jeopardize the fantastic progress being made by CTIX. But then, I really don't actually know what I'm talking about, just thinking out loud. Does this happen? Will institutions (i.e. Baker Bros. or Pharma Co.) pay big to be intimately involved? I think they will if they're smart.
Yep - NASDAQ.
- First board member addition has experience with infectious diseases.
- PR info that explains the anticipation of excellent results out of the Brilacidin trial.
- The laps in fees to maintain OTC.QB inclusion followed by a PR that states final Brilacidin data is imminent.
- Correspondence with noretreat from Leo stating that final Brilacidin data will be revealed way before the January conference session.
They (Leo and Company) are not worried about a thing - this Brilacidin data reveal is going to catapult us deep into NASDAQ territory. And soon
Get used to frequent alltime highs eom
Nice! Zero SAEs for Brilacidin, six SAEs for Daptomycin? Been away all morning, love to show up with this news. Leo has been true to his word all along. Will we ever know if all 6 SAEs were the known side effects of Dapto, or will that info be kept private? I'm guessing private because only Brilacidin was 'on trial' here - and B passed with flying colors!!!
How common is the announcement of a partnership done in tandem with a developmental biotech's first major trial results release? Do we hope for a good couple months of negotiation, pitting big pharma against other big pharma, after Brilacidin success is announced before a potential partnership is announced?
Did a cytosorb cartridge just save an ebola patient somewhere? Regardless, some body wants some of this investment for some reason - nice. Hope this accelerates up some more!
She wants to run. $1 mill plus traded for the last several days - I love all this churn near the highs. I think Leo and Co. are going to have their way with the market. Have any of you ever seen another security this primed for prime time?
Ha - don't let etrade 'pscyc' you out! Oh, almost forgot - get rid of that 's'!
Taking this one step deeper - beyond the fact that antibacterials are not known to treat viral infections such as ebola - patients having to deal with the virus likely have immune systems that are over-worked and highly compromised. Perhaps victims would live to fight the viral infection to its victorious conclusion as long as they did not also need to waist immune system resources on fighting the plethora of bacterium that begin to thrive when over-worked immune systems leave them unchecked - in steps Brilacidin to save the day!!! I hypothesize that giving some doses to everyone who is having to battle viral infections may just benefit their fight.
The only gap that I can find which needs to be filled is the big bluesky gap between $3.10 and $800 ! TOB, what is that - a W99 bar on the annual chart?
AHaha- thats petty goood, youcan type well an drink at te sametime!
Goodnight - see you all at 2.77 tomorrow!
