How common is the announcement of a partnership done in tandem with a developmental biotech's first major trial results release? Do we hope for a good couple months of negotiation, pitting big pharma against other big pharma, after Brilacidin success is announced before a potential partnership is announced?

When mathematics and data are used in prediction we call this an 'educated guess'.

So, for those that might think I am daydreaming at $800 CTIX, please at least agree to call it 'educated daydreaming'.
