I feel like an 8k will be filed soon. Fallacaro has filed 8k's for much less monumental company events so if we don't see an 8k within a couple of days I am going to start thinking something is wrong with the deal as well... as of now, I have no reason to doubt Jim... he messed up by not filing the financials but the rest of the business plan seems to be on target. Step 1 accomplished... aquire MSE.
I feel like the risk vs reward on GTGP still make it a no brainer. If/when Ash Grove contracts start hitting this is going to skyrocket, grey market or no. I believe there is an axiom that money abhors a vaccuum and there is always money ready to flow into an undervalued company sitting stealthily on the greys ready to make those who persevere some serious coin.
I believe you are the only people saying the process will not work? Have a link for that? I'll assume not since you never have any corroborating info, just links to other iHub posts that link to other opinions on other posts. I tend to think that the agencies in the US government would not have let the MSE sale get this far without serious vetting and that Jim Fallacaro wouldn't be aquiring MSE just to keep the scam going on... there's some serious business about to happen here. Just my opinion of course... at least, I note in emails when I opine and not try to pass it off as facts.
I'm not the least bit worried... and I'm not wearing rose colored glasses. I say this because I look at this like a trip to Las Vegas and visiting the casino. You can't win unless you play the game and the odds are always in the house favor (kind of like how the odds are in the SEC favor) but there is always the mathematical chance that one could take a bit of money and through skill and luck turn in into a great sum of money. I came here after reading the extensive due diligence on the stock and have stayed and added as I could. If it turns out I was wrong and I lose every single dime, then that's on me... better luck next time. I won't be sad because like the trip to Vegas I've already written off that money. It sure is fun to dream of what one could do being wealthy but until it actually happens it's just dreams and in my eyes at least, I think the odds of this going up a lot from here far outweigh the chances that it's going to go sub-penny. Just my twelve cents.
Scottrade also told me they would be able to give a bid and ask. Guess there are a lot of brokers that don't know the rules. haha
On the contrary, it would appear that James is doing all he can to build the juggernaut many here think GTGP is destined to be. He is currently in Butte seemingly on the verge of wrapping up the MSE deal which when finalized should launch many subsequent positive news releases regarding hot run results, MBS benchmark and contracts.
oh wait... I see I didn't meet my quota of the "s" word enough in this post.... picture a group of burly Vikings sitting in an English pub singing
"scam scam scam scam.... scam scam scam scam... scammity scam, scammity scam..." haha
I hope that met the quota. ;)
I remember seeing many posts during the suspension that opening on the greys we would immediately start trading between .01 and .05 on 10 million volume and descend into sub-penny pps shortly afterward. Pardon me if I think for myself and not just accept spoonfed opinions of what should happen.
So very true. I was just about to post the same thing. I remember many, many low volume days when GTGP was trading in this range pre-suspension. A 200K volume would've been considered great back then... but of course we can't trust our own experiences. The experts tell us that volume is drying up and we are heading to sub-pennies. haha
What? PPS hasn't desended to sub penny yet and has actually more than doubled since Monday's close! We need to increase posting the same information ten fold... we have to save these foolish dupes from their investment! ;) haha
Go GTGP!
good for you, my friend! If I had any extra money I would be adding as well. I just feel blessed that I don't need the money right now so I just have what I have locked up for now. No panic selling at these levels when should be going much higher when news is released, imo.
Having dropped 90% I'm pretty sure existant longs are loading their existant boats.
was there a trade go through at a dollar today? I've been trying to keep an eye on it and the pps has been at a dime... highest I saw it today has been .11. Hope I'm wrong though!
a buck... wow! my screen shows a dime. haha
I'm not pumping... GTGP is a risk but also has lots of potential reward. Put your bets down as you will.
why place them @ .05 when trades have gone through at .10 and .11 since you posted you couldn't get rid of your .09s. Don't automatically half the money you could make.... seems to be plenty of buying interest in GTGP at these levels.
I'm keeping lots of shares to hopefully sell at 100 someday.... I guess we will just have to wait and see how it plays out. GLTU!
Wish I had extra money to load up down here.
Can't sell my stocks at $0.70... help me! haha
I have an open order of 51k shares sitting at .70... I feel like it will get filled in due time. That's what those shares are worth to me and if it doesn't get filled then so be it.
I don't believe volume has dried up yet. I think those whom wanted out have sold and the remaining shareholders are looking for higher prices. Buyers are seeing if the price will drop any to pick up cheapies. Too much interest here for the volume to have dried up in 2 days as is evident by the ongoing reminders that GTGP was suspended, trading on the greys, bound to hit .0001 within days.... and so on. I guess we'll see... I have my bets that positive news will propel the pps fairly soon. just have to be patient.
I think you'll make lots of money from here, my friend. GLTU!
The way I look at it is I sell way down here I will just end up probably losing it on some other stupid pinkie or end up blowing the money on something stupid I don't really need anyway... so might as well just hold on these shares and see what happens. We are all gamblers or we wouldn't be playing these types of stocks anyway... we may go all in and lose it all but that's the risk. There is also the possibility of hitting the mother of all jackpots.... even trading on the greys, I like GTGP more than probably 99% of the pink stocks I've looked at on the hub.
Conspiracy, eh? The principle of Occam's razor states that amongst competing hypothesis, the simplest one should be preferred. Some new people show up on the board the week before the suspension stating that GTGP would be suspended soon and like magic the following Monday it was suspended. My logic would find that there is little chance of a coincidence in that happening... but what do I know... I'm not a coincidence theorist like many.
Still holding all of my shares. I had a sell in at the open to sell about half of my position @ .70. haha... I guess I was thinking optimistically.
At this level it seems pointless to sell... might as well sit and wait and see what happens.
I'll think about it... I need to sell some though... I'm going to need the money soon. If I sell, I'm not going to sell much... too much potential here.
I've been debating with myself since the suspension what to do... still haven't totally made up my mind. I just don't know about trading on the grey markets... I've never traded a grey before and I'm not sure how enthusiastic new investors are going to be to jump in. Hopefully everything will fall in place and GTGP will take off like a rocketship. Still, since I went all in with GTGP quiet some time ago, I feel like it would be foolhardy if I don't try to take some profits at this point in case (on the slight possibility) that things don't go the way we think they will. I'm still bullish on GTGP... just believe in being as honest as possible and if I can get at least my initial investment back with a few shares... I won't be greedy because I think in time GTGP will still make many here incredibly wealthy.
I'm thinking of selling some of my shares soon... I haven't locked in any profit yet and it would be nice to do so if I can hold on to the majority of my position. Of course, if it dips down too much I'll just hold on to all of my shares... no sense on taking pennies on the dollar when GTGP has such huge potential, grey market or no.
I also called and talked to my local Scottrade office yesterday. They told me that orders would need to be called in and that they would be able to call around and get the current bid & ask and amount of shares available. Commission will be $27 for the phone order.
I agree... we need news and I would tend to think we should receive it before market open on Monday. If we get no news then the PPS will like take a hard dive... with news (depending on the actual news) I would think we would go up but who knows? I'm just going to wait until Monday and see what happens.... no sense spending all day on a message board arguing about it when it isn't going to matter until Monday anyway.
I'm sure they did look into them for if you were going to take the steps to suspend a company they would want to have their ducks in a row. The fact is they most certainly looked into those 8k's of published company news results and found no reason to say that they had any concern about accuracy regarding GTGP. The sole issue the SEC gave for GTGP was for adequacy which would seem to point towards the financials that need to be filed.
Very true. It has been noted many times by the good samaritans that the SEC only suspends companies after a thorough investigation. Since in the SEC's own words they only had adequacy issues with GTGP (unlike the other 15 stocks suspended on the same day which had adequacy AND accuracy) it seems logical that the SEC (being the thorough investigators we are told that they are) would have looked into all aspects of the published 8k's dealing with their business developments and all must be on the up and up. At least, that's how I read it. I'm not worried at all.
That's a very good point, Gomez. It can only be considered that since the SEC only included the term "Adequacy" in relation to GTGP and not "Adequacy and Accuracy" like the other 15 companies suspended on the same day that they must have overlooked all of the 8k's filed and found them to be accurate. Very good point indeed.
He also said that GTGP are cement makers. hahahaha
And we are supposed to trust these people when they can't even get the most basic facts right. These who come out of the woodwork must be sharing their DD... cement maker... geesh....
(FYI... GTGP is in the business of aquiring licenses for environmental cleanup and remediation.)
POS scam companies run by criminal CEOs always seem to massively dilute. Have you seen any signs of massive dilution? Me either... I've only seen what appears to be the building of an actual juggernaut of a real company. Just because we are going to be on the grey market now it is still going to be trading and when the expected multiple huge news releases comes out that may even work to our advantage as those who want onboard are going to have to guess high to grab shares.
I agree, my friend. Money makes a lot of things happen in the world. Should have huge revenues coming in soon. There's certainly no reason to believe that the setup at the first Ash Grove plant was disassembled and there quiet probably is a huge contract just being held until the perfect moment to drop... maybe a couple of days before trading resumes? Speculation but that would be awesome :)
and may the force be with you, master sctts :) Trading on the greys is going to be crazier than a party at Jabba the Hutt's Tatooine pleasure palace but much like how eventually Han Solo was thawed out of his carbonite tomb, GTGP will also arise from the ashes to strike down the darkside
While I haven't totally figured out my gameplan yet regarding when trading resumes (right now leaning towards either keeping it all if any of the great news comes out before 10/1 or no news trying to get the best price for some of my shares... have dry powder just in case it heads lower to load the boat some more. I don't have any doubts that this is a real company and if any of the 16 suspended companies has a chance of returning from the dreaded grey market, it will be this company... and even if it is on the grey market it's at least still tradeable. All of the people who suddenly showed up out of the woodwork to try to protect us from our investment (like most of them don't have agendas of their own $$$$)... we all know the risks of investing in penny stocks; long term I could far better be able to cope with losing a few thousand then I would be able to deal with missing out making millions. If the fearmongers are right and GTGP is a scam and the pps sinks to .0001 I still will be ok with it... life is about taking chances. I think it's a far smarter bet that the MSE aquisition will be completed, benchmark status granted to MBS by the EPA and lots and lots of huge contracts from concret e companies forced to comply and MBS offering the only solution to meet the mandates. I know we all have to do what we have to do but my advice is try to keep most of your position and don't give it away to those who use fear. As master Yoda might say, fear leads to anger, anger leads to hate, hate leads to the dark side. ;)
True! I should correct myself... news of the MSE closing is about to be released! :)
Hypothetically I can jump to any wild conclusion that I wish but that's not changing the very real facts that the MSE closing is about to be finalized, the EPA is very likely to designate MBS as the industry benchmark to remediate mercury, huge contracts with Ash Grove (the largest cement producer in the US) are going to be announced with other companies in the PCA following afterward. This doesn't even address the cement plants in China and India or the even bigger power plant markets. Also, the huge numbers of brownfields that need to be cleaned up and the huge DOE cleanup at Oak Ridge, TN. We are so money we can't even begin to fathom how money we are. :)
Only a shetland pony gets shaken out and sells at these levels. I'm holding for Clydesdale levels. GTGP... be like Clydesdales! Not shetland ponies!
236T258... that is your opinion of course. I prefer to follow the impressive DD assembled by the longs here that has shown to be spot on so far. You expect to show up out of nowhere with no verifiable info (only your opinions) and expect anyone to listen to you? It certainly appears you have an agenda.
thats not the only possibilities.... you make it seem like the SEC is knocking on GTGP's door at this very moment. The financials will be updated in due time or GTGP may merge ino Global Holdings or GTGP may get bought out by one of the big boys. Lots of money to be made here... unless you're short and then one may lose a significant amount of their money.
Without links to verifiable information why the MSE deal will never close your continuous proclamations must be considered your opinion. Many longs have the opposite opinion that the MSE deal will close soon, the hot run report will be released with the expected spectacular results, benchmark by the EPA and huge contracts coming from Ash Grove (and thats just for starters). Reward vs risk... huge reward.... low risk... unless you are short and then I would probably be panicking posting all kinds of fearmongering on the message boards. ;)
