The last I checked , a few minutes ago, NONE of the new Yen or RMB have been accredited to our future and we now its greater than $0.00 , and as I looked , NO $$ have been credited to us from Pnokio or MSFT and we do know they owe IDCC now or in the future....lets see Pnokia wants others to pay for their technology and they refuse to pay for IDCC's? How will the judges and commissioners see this?

This review is not uncommon, we have a ban over the head of MNO/Nokia as well we have 4-5 other patents to litigate---
remember no $$ have been accounted for, any revenues are new found money.....if we lose the remand , we simply reload at the district court....later this year.....if they lose they get the PR of a ban and maybe a settlement--the Commission is interested to know the terms that were offered, and I suppose why someone can't make a deal on those or close to terms----we might be in arbitration soon with Nokia/MNO----
