Looking forward to certification very soon.
I hope your information is a wake up call for the skeptics. I know someone who works there and your facts are on the money.
Hi gang,
Member's prdictions are just guesses and sometimes wishful thinking or an attempt at humor but what we should be looking at is the facts as we now know them:
Unlike several years ago Baltia now has an aircraft ready and willing to start revenue flights. They are also prepared and actively searching for additional aircraft immediatly following FAA certification. They are solidly established at two locations in Kennedy airport and in St. Petersburgh Russia, ready to start opperations.
Baltia has been approved by the DOT and is in the very last stages of FAA certification. The manuals have been critiqued by the FAA and the necessary changes have been made and now being reviewed.
Most of Baltia's employees have been working for restricted stock and no one wants to see this company start revenue flights more. Once operations begin the stock price will soar and they will finally reap their rewards for their hard work.
Baltia's management personel have a record of success in their previous endevoures.
Real and serious investors have done their homework, get direct periodic company updates and evaluate real progress rather than rely on hearsay and rumors.
Although the company has had to isssue an enormous amount of stock to maintain operating revenue there is still plenty of room for stock price growth, even for the many who purchased shares well above five cents.
Although FAA certification date predictions are really not possible it is obvious that Baltia's business plan will finally succeed and all investors that have done their homework and held on and even increased their stock positions will reap their rewards.
Go Baltia!
Hi Lieutenant!
I sure am glad to have you around because you are someone who knows how to find out what is happening with our investment in Baltia. Like you I have been buying in these times of low share prices. It seems that you have an excellent relationship with Baltia management. I too call Barry on a regular basis but have yet been able to visit Baltia's headquarters. When N706BL comes home to Kennedy I hope to meet you personally. Like you I am enthusiastic and patient about Baltia and am very familiar about the speed government agencies work because I spent 35 years as an aircraft design engineering manager where I had to work very closely with Navy, NASA and FAA officials. They are precise, technical and careful about giving approvals of any consiquence because their reputations are at stake and must always answer to higher level government management.
Thanks again for being on this board because we are in dire need of getting fact based information from a reliable source.
Any new news?
I have been loading up on Baltia stock because I am very confident that good things will be happening very soon and some sellers are giving the stock away at bargain basement prices. There has been a lot of recent excitement at Baltia headquarters now that the FAA has put Baltia's certification process on the front burner with the original lead investigator back working on their application. The recent activity of the stock proves that there is as many buyers out there as sellers. The sellers are losing their patience and the buyers are able to see the potential that this company has to offer. I am anxiously awaiting to see 706 land at Kennedy in preparation for the final phases of the certification process.
Every serious investor should do as I do and call the Baltia executives at headquarters for the most recent public available information on a regular basis to get first hand information.
I only wish that I owned a 1947 Aeronca 7AC. When it comes to airplanes care and condition is more vital than age. there are literally thousands of 70 year old private aircraft flying today. There are some 3 year old airplanes that I would hesitate to fly.
GO BALTIA!
Call the company's executive officers at 718-244-8880 and ask them about any questions that you have regarding the progress of the certification process and their plans moving forward. First hand information is always best. I for one never listen to hearsay alone. It is so easy to make the call. The people on the other end will graciously answer any questions that you have with factual information.
Thinking positive usually brings positive results! Lets all cheer the company on:
GO BALTIA!!!!
I think that the next couple of weeks may reveal a very positive surprise that will make many wish that they had hung on. Certification is now looking very close as the government agency is working hard to move Baltia forward. I'm enthusiastly anticipating watching 706 landing at Kennedy in short order and to a second airplane going to paint soon after that. Impatient stockholders is the main reason for the stock's recent bargain prices. Yes---I am very optomistic about Baltia's success and, although many give management a bad rap, they have actually been making some very smart moves. No one is ever flawless all the time, especially when so many decisions have to be made every day. (Even I made a mistake once but investing in this company is not it.). We are actually very lucky to have some well qualified and dedicated people leading this start-up high potential company.
If anyone would like to get information about the companies progress or verification of the above information I strongly suggest that you invest in a phone call to Baltia's home office
The excitement at Baltia headquarters can only mean one thing.
It's good to have you, a person with lots of common and business sense, back on the board. Your statements are sensible, logical and thought provoking. I too hope that Igor and Barry get to be filthy rich very soon.
Welcome back Lt., I missed you. Your intellectual inputs and thoughts regarding Baltia's progress and setbacks are truly appreciated. My sentiments are very much alligned with yours in that I realize that the Officers will only get their just financial reward if the airline becomes a reality. Like you, I often call the Baltia office and speak with the management, including Igor and Barry, so that I get the latest information rather than rely on heresay. Why more people don't do that I don't fully understand. As you have said many times, they are even more anxious to get their FAA certification than we are who also sit and wait (with lots of money invested). Certification of an airline is not something that can happen without long, intense and careful study by the FAA but I am confident that we are now very close to that happy day.
Those dollar amounts are only reflections of the value of the stock they received as compensation. If the stock goes to zero their compensation will also be $0. This is a great incentive for these gentelman to get this project in the air (literally). They want the stock to increase in value as much, or even more, than we do. When they begin to fly with the first aircraft, and the second one that they have a deposit on, we will see very positive movement in the stock price. With regard to the age of the airplane I have seen many private airplanes that cost far more now than when they were first sold new. In the 1950's I flew a 10 year old aeronca 7AC Champ that I bought used at that time for $500 and today (60 years later) that same airplane in decent condition will sell for an average of $4500 to $12,000 depending on system add-ons. The main ingrediant to the value of an airplane is the way it has been maintained and the compliment of avionics it has on board. I understand our airplane has been well maintained and is properly equiped for Trans Atlantic flight. It may not be as efficient as a newer aircraft but it can still be profitable with good passenger demand. The second airplane will be right behind our first one and the fleet will expand from there. Baltia will become a competitor in air transportation in short order or these company executives will have spen their last 20 years working for almost nothing. Their business plan includes them making money for all the work they have put into this project.
We are only 6 steps away from the inaugural flight but this present step of waiting for FAA approval of the manuals is very costly for the company. I hope that our management team has explored every avenue to help the FAA to be able to sign off our manuals with the confidance that Baltia will be a first class airline. This includes hiring whatever experts that are available and can help us move forward. As time goes on and more stock has to be sold to pay for every day expenses we watch our investment shrink to very scary levels. I bet there are many, like me, that have seen our paper losses exceed 65% based on the present stock price. It may take many months after the first revenue flight to get us back in the green but I am still hopeful that we long-time serious investors will some day be happy that we are part of the Baltia family. It would sure be nice to hear some positive comments and up-dates from the Lt and other knowledgeable investors. As always, thank you for your constant positive input.
Can someone explain what this means?
BLTA goes to Pinksheets today;
07:55 BLTA Baltia Air Lines, Inc. Common Stock 7/23/2012 100 Ineligible for quotation on OTCBB due to quoting inactivity under SEC Rule 15c2-11
http://www.otcbb.com/asp/dailylist_detail.asp?d=07/23/2012&mkt_ctg=OTCBB
Good luck
Baltia has completed 31 of 38 steps towards their first passenger flight. I'm anticipating some exciting news shortly.
Strange that he is bailing when we are so close to getting the manuals approved and on the way to certification. I bet he'll be kicking himself next year.
Notice that most of today's .032 transactions are very low volume. Could someone be trying to set the stock price at a better sell point?
Just can't wait to see the fireworks when the FAA signs off the manuals. I'm loaded know but still have some more cash on the sidelines waiting for a nervous seller.
I helped a little today with my purchase at .04. I've been buying every week for the past 2 months, often well below .02.-------What a bargain! This company will make a significant change to my financial life and give me pride in sticking with this great management team for more than 4 years. I have always been optomistic and am confident that they will make a significant impact on the airline industry in this country with their business plan.
Go Igor! Go Barry!
3:45 PM --- Bid .039, Ask .040
I just bought a bunch more at .04 and feel I'm still getting a fantastic bargain.
GO BALTIA
Thanks for your post. I could not get to the site via the link or copy and paste. I went to the basic site (www.timesunion.com) and searched 'Baltia Airlines' and got it. Thanks again.
I think that you are very conservative at 3 cents. I'll bet on 5 or 6.
WOW!---Can you believe the trading price of Baltia Stock in the .016-.018 range? What an opportunity to average down after buying at .05 and .06 a few years ago.
*****If you're selling I'm buying in minimum lots of 25,000 shares at .015-.016.
We are very close to first flight and soaring stock prices.
I assume the one where 706BL lands at Kennedy. Likely within the next 1-3 months. Get ready to finally watch your investment grow.
Baltia is already seriously looking for another really good flight-worthy aircraft and private placement stock sales are still underway.
Recently spoke with Barry at Baltia. Still waiting on FAA. The people at Balta are going through the same agony as we are waiting for the FAA to complete their job. They are doing all they can to move things along but the government works at their own speed and can't be pushed. Senator Schurmer's letter didn't seem to have a major impact on the FAA's speed in processing the certification process. The FAA has only sent one person from the original crew back on the job. This only helps a little but its better than nothing.
Private placement money is still coming in. That's good news because it shows that there are still serious investors out there that feel that Baltia will eventually succeed and they will profit from its success.
I hope we can hang on long enough for the FAA to finish the certification process. Even staying in the holding pattern costs money. I also noticed that the list of Baltia Officers and staff are not listed on their web site. I will be asking about this and a few other questions when I call again. As usual Barry is always quite courteous and a real gentleman.
Real price today seems to be a little below .02. Occasionally someone trades small lots at .02 but the real investors are trading between .018 and .0195 today. Guess some people are losing their patience while others are buying in cheap. Can't blame them. I'm holding on and will still be buying shares at rock bottom prices so if and when the good news finally breaks I'll be holding on to a substantial basket of shares. If not, then I will look at this adventure simply as a lost gamble but I really don't think that will be the case.
Try using your telephone.
Baltia Airlines is on its way to becoming a first class US airline regardless of those that continue to try and discredit the company and its fine leadership. It was my oppinion that bashers were only here for fun but now I actually think that they are either trying to drive the price down to get in cheap or put in place by competitors in the airline business. In any case serious intelligent investors see them for what they are and are keeping their eyes on the real target. FAA approval and the first revenue flight to Russia.
Cheer on BALTIA and its executive board!
PS; I'm still accumulating shares that others are giving away for a tiny fraction of their future worth. Remember-for every seller there is a buyer.
Well said and carefully thought out. I agree with your oppinions and statement of facts. Thanks for such an intellegently prepared input to this board.
Why is the board so quiet this week?
.004 X 75,000 = $300.-----Enough for a great dinner out with my wife.
I agree with you that a phone call from investors lets them know that we are paying attention to the latest developements and appreciate the work they are doing. I call Baltia at least twice a month just so I get any available information from the source. They are always forthcoming and polite. I have never been brushed off. In my oppinion we have a great team heading this company and they will not fail.
I am very impressed with the new web site and Igor's message that he include in the site. I feel that we're very close to being approved by the FAA and I am looking forward to the next step towards the first ticket sales. Baltia has a super team of executives.
Darn! ----- I missed that .021 price.
In response to your last sentence I just suggested that my daughter and my grandson buy more shares at these rediculously low prices. I've been picking up shares at .02 & .021 over the last month. This is the right time for those of us that get afford to buy more. Rewards are not far away.
Geez.....if the market only knew what (I think) I know.....we'd be at 4 time the pps we see today.........
They already have a deposit on another aircraft.
Many thanks to you for asking the Senator to get involved.
Great Job Lieutenant!!!
I'm sure glad that you're aboard to help negate those who are trying their best to discourage sharehilders. Please keep up the good work. I have great respect for your experience in the aviation transportation industry.
I've got a ton of Baltia stock that I wouldn't part with but I don't mind making a few bucks now and then. It provides me with more cash to buy more stock as we approach fly date. Keep selling! I'll keep buying. Thanks again for your generous contributions to my cash account.
I'll be waiting with cash in hand. Thanks again!
Buying at .02 and selling at .03 = 50% profit.
(Not bad for an old guy)
