The market and technology past SFOR years ago! That's why no buy out! Mark wants to wash his hands of this company but can't. So he's left with pumping and dumping to survive!
How is there any confidence in the other cases? They may just be hoping to get them dismissed without paying out any money? They may cost SFOR!
They don't have patents on keyboard encryption or dual whatever! Their patent is on how they do it. Many companies have the same security features they just have a different process that doesn't infringe on how SFOR does it.
I should short the crap out of this pos!
Tomorrow will be bad, after the 8k news is digested tonight!
This will be back to the trips soon enough! Confidence in the SFOR attorneys has been shaken, not to mention the confidence in the patent!
It beats me! But one thing is for sure the SFOR attorneys don't know!
I agree! Rope-a-dopes for sure! How many times have we heard that the attorneys wouldn't take the case if they couldn't win! Well It sounds like they feel lucky to get it dismissed without having to pay, except for attorney's fees.
Again, the product sucks and won't sell! There are several better options!
Pump pump pump
Um......
BTW were you here when Ed told us the we had over 1 million in revenue? Then we found out he sold a licensing agreement to himself basically and counted it revenue. Then he couldn't pay the fee so he bought it back and no revenue.
Exhibit A is worthless without the numbers plugged in. All we know is what Ed has said. And so far he's not been very truthful. Of course I've seen the exhibit, I meant, has anyone seen the actual numbers. The ones that have been redacted! You know what I'm saying.
But 4000% of what? Where did we start? Ed could enlighten us.
$0.11 x 4000% = $4.4.
$1,000 x 4000% = $40,000
$10,000x 4000% = $400,000
Exactly! My point. All we have is what Ed said. And what he says is hard to believe.
Do you have proof anywhere that we are actually making .25 or even .11. I know that's what Ed talked about, but we have yet to see any contract with actual numbers. I remember Ed talking about a lower fee for a higher initiation fee, and vice versa. So somebody please show me a contract that actually states what the fee structure is.
Has anybody seen exhibit A (license and fee structure) of the contract? I never have.
They aren't the same by any means and I just read the contract again and I don't see the .11 fee anywhere in it. Maybe you can post the link?
6. LICENSE FEES AND PAYMENT. The Licensee’s Customers shall pay the license and transaction fees for the Software set forth in Exhibit A (the "License Fees"). All fees hereunder exclude all applicable sales, use, value-added, property and other taxes, including duties and similar mandatory payments, and Licensee will be responsible for collection of all such taxes (other than taxes based on MyECheck's net income), and any related penalties and interest, arising from the payment of such fees, the delivery or license of the Software, or the provision of any services to the Licensee. The Licensee shall be responsible for: a) the invoicing and collection of all fees; b) providing MyECheck on a monthly statement of all fees collected; and, c) sending a remittance, in U.S. dollars, to MyECheck for its share of the fees, less expenses that have been mutually agreed to by the Parties. Such remittance to be received by MyECheck no later than ten days from the date the fees are collected subject to the availability of US dollars in the Territory. The Licensee will make all payments of amounts due under this Agreement to MyECheck free and clear of, and without reduction for, any withholding taxes. If the Licensee is legally required to make any such withholding from any payment due to MyECheck under this Agreement, the sum payable by the Licensee upon which such withholding is based shall be increased to the extent necessary to ensure that, after such withholding, MyECheck receives an amount equal to the amount MyECheck would have received in the absence of such withholding.. MyECheck reserves the right to charge interest on any overdue amounts at a rate of one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is less, from the due date until paid plus reasonable costs incurred in collection (including reasonable attorneys' fees). This right shall be exercisable only upon established cases of failure, negligence, omission to act or an infraction on the part of the Licensee.
I've been here since 2013, so I consider myself a long. I've never sold or added since.
One week he uses the language "growth rate". The next week he says "revenue" or "transactions". If its revenue then that's great! If not, it means didley!
38% increase in Transactions or revenue? If the service charge is a percentage of the transaction, then the 38% means squat! Only fins will ease everybody's mind.
Less than one million sold of a 3 billion float and it's a sell off?
It's not really an interview, it's just a few question shouted at him as he's led off to jail! ??
What separate case?
It was never heard because it was settled.
Of course not! He conveniently left off the date! This was all settled.
If you call .0180 quite a bit! Microsoft didn't think it was worth buying!
A patent that doesn't bring in revenue is worthless.
You mean the DOD doesn't see the value in the product? What about the safety of our troops?
How many copies did the DOD purchase from HSN?
No, they've actually done real DD and know what going on! ??
It was an insider selling.
What? You mean this isn't going to get to .50!!!!!!
Guess what, there are some still holding those .025s from the last run up? Some will still be holding the bag after this run up!
Exactly! And those insider loans will be converted to stock and sold during the hype just like the last time. Same scam as last time.
Why does everybody think this settlement will be more than the Microsoft settlement? Microsofts revenue is a hundred times more! And remember the lawyers will take 50 percent. Then they will raise their salaries again! What do the share holders get? A hyped up PPS that will slowly bleed back to the .00s.
Small buys, large sells, what could be going on?
Well Microsoft's income in 2016 was 85 billion and they settled for 10,000,000. That means maybe a 71,000 dollar settlement here.
I'm guessing this will be less than the MS settlement.
How much did share holders get out of the last settlement? You know the one announced right after the 1/1000 RS!
