I see Minerva Works has 19 clients on their website. Has it always been that many? I want to say last time I checked there were only 5 or 6. I could be wrong.
I am as far into this as I go as well. We'll see something soon I think.
I really wish someone would buy 200k to drive this over a penny.
Just put my shares up for sale at .10 and it came off what ETRF had showing on the ask instantly.
Would you look at the shaking and baking going on here. This must be ready to pop soon.
XALL tweeted that Minerva signed a new sales channel agreement for the brick on April 29th. Connecting the dots makes me think Argus was who the agreement was with.
About time. F'ers almost had me selling yesterday.
I did some digging and the company was formed on the 23rd of April. So basically, it was three weeks old when Xalles bought it, which makes me think it was formed as a sort of sales division. Both of those guys seem very well connected.
Correct me if I'm wrong here but it seems like Argus is a newly formed company that was specifically put together with two high powered and well connected individuals for sales purposes.
I changed my mind. I think I'll just ride these shares I have out. Seems like they are eager to buy when it gets below .005. Gotta be a reason for that.
You may be absolutely correct. Just saying at the present it can not go anywhere but down. CDEL has put the cap on tight.
It's been fun. Good luck everyone. I'm taking my 20% gain. I might be back once CDEL is done unloading however many shares they have to get rid of.
I will say, the fact that CDEL seems to have unlimited shares for sale at anything .005 or better does not make me feel warm and fuzzy.
These market makers have a grip on this and just won't let go.
Happened last monday.
Just have to wait till they are ready to run it.
Finally. Maybe we can get to 70 today if CDEL backs off.
420k already went into it. Hopefully it moves off.
CDEL doesn't seem to be moving off that .0056 for anything.
Yeah. Just spelled it different way back when I created the account. I actually can spell though.
I hope you're right but we'll see. I think there is tremendous upside here but there is also a concerted effort to keep it low for now.
I wouldn't be shocked to find news in the AM after that take down. Congrats to those who were waiting at the bottom. Nice gains already.
I think a few stops got taken on that little dip.
Quite a little push to the downside there.
They seem to be holding it down just fine. Every time it gets close to .01, BAM!
I just thought it was funny that the second I submitted that order the ask disappeared. I thought it was 300k on it but I'm not 100% sure.
Was there just 300k at the ask at .0071? I put a GTC sell order in at .05 for my 300k and it looks like the ask at .0071 disappeared and jumped up to .0079 immediately. Those bastards at etrd better not be using my shares.
I wouldn't hold my breath for either one. If they can't find some kind of structured financing to go with this increase it will get shorted and converted into oblivion.
Yes we do. Without either one this ticks back to .0001 x .0002 and sits there again.
I gotta say this looks like bad news is on the way after the bell or premarket tomorrow. Bummer.
No dilution. OS is maxed and they aren't current. Impossible.
Do we seriously have a trade of 125 and 5 shares on this?
If we get some positive news I agree, many people seem to have large holdings and are waiting for much higher prices to unload. We need something good and solid from the company to get this going though. I'm here till we get word either way, win or lose.
No it isn't. The longer this sits without fins or an update, the more .0004s will hit the ask. Then .0003s and so on. No news is bad news on this one unfortunately. The fins are there, they just aren't filing them for some reason. Personally, I don't think we'll see them until some sort of financing is done because they don't want anyone to be able to convert.
Looks like everyone who wanted out is out and now it's just going to sit idle until OCLG releases something.
You have to remember that currently TCA takes whatever they want without notice to the company. I'd bet they are taking the full 180 k every month unless it would affect their ability to make payroll. I doubt there is much left over after though and that is fine because it's getting paid off. I'm sure OCLG would really like some breathing room though.
By the way, the company already has at least unaudited financials on hand through May of 2016 because they provided them to Dimevc. Let's hope fins are filed shortly.
Ok. So total monthly payments are 180k and change on that debt. I hadn't looked at the exhibit. I just figured they went up after the last 125k payment. Bottom line, they are making enough to pay those payments because TCA debits it right from their accounts and I haven't seen anything saying they are in default on it. OCLG makes money, no doubt. Just hard to turn a profit with payments like that. If they can swing them another year these guys will be in good shape I think.
We'll see what happens. Payments to TCA alone are what, 125, 000 a month or better? I think 4 million would have paid them off, fees included. The 200, 000 a month from Dimevc would have eased that burden until the the first big payment, then gotten TCA squared away and out of the accounts. Then that final payment of 5 million could have been used for other aquisitions which would have increased revenue yet again. I'm hopeful they can work something out but there are no guarantees on that. Obviously, that Tony Beaton is a broke dumbass, because OCLG will probably sue him and win after failing to come through several times and wasting OCLG's time. The company could have been negotiating with a finance company that actually has funds they can use.
I was hoping the new funds would be used to finally square up with TCA and get their sticky fingers out of the company entirely. Either way, as far as I can tell TCA and OCLG do have an agreement to pay them up that doesn't involve converting notes. OCLG is apparently generating enough cash to pay them and some other debt, as well as make payroll. There may not be much left over but as it sits now I think everyone gets paid. I would like to see them find a way to consolidate debt, which is what I think they were trying to do because some of those notes bear quite an intrest rate.
