First Look? What does it mean? - Sure I can explain what it means. It's a term used in the entertainment industry. In this particular case involving RFMK it means that each and every time I have an opportunity to do a celebrity placement in film, television, music, lifestyle or events, that they are FIRST CHOICE for everything. I would be placing their products in every thing I do. If they decide that a particular project is not a fit for them then they can pass. Because it is my job to also make sure that the celebrity entity has what they want/need, if RFMK would pass and not want that placement, then I would have the right to use a different product. These rights of "first look" would apply to every thing that I do. For example, I will be speaking on stage in Sacramento at the California Unity Conference in an attempt to unite efforts to legalize in California. It's a very high profile political event. I will also be having dinner with Governor Brown, Willie Brown, Steph Sherer and many other high profile people in our movement. There are opportunities like these to have product in the gift baskets etc. I would also be sure to make sure that I mention RFMK and CANNACig in other PR that I do, whether it be for the Wilfred show on the FX network that I work with or anything else. What I do in product placement involves a number of various products, from jewelry to cars to clothes to electronics. RFMK has the exclusive in the vaporizer category with First Look rights. In regards to media and event opportunities, it also means that any time there is a high profile event like the Oscars, MTV Awards, Sundance Film Festival, Fashion Week or others, I would make sure that it's a first look opportunity for any photo opportunities for CANNACig to be photographed or video with as many newsworthy or social media worthy situations and people as possible.

Product Placement Vs. Endorsements in the Celebrity World
Several of you have asked questions about what's coming up. Let's talk about the difference between endorsement and implied endorsement. This is VERY important. A True Endorsement would cost someone millions of dollars especially with an A-Lister. That's going to be close to impossible with this project. HOWEVER, Product placement is implied endorsement. For example, if my company Starry Eyes had ever had to pay for an endorsement from any of the celebrities that wore my product. I would have never been able to build my company. The fact that they LOVED my designs, wore them in both real life and on screen, was photographed in them etc. That is GOLDEN!!!! Imagine People magazine seeing a photo of one of my contacts in the celebrity world or even high profile political people with a CANNACig in their hands or when I start getting the photos and video of me personally delivering the product to these folks or using them in the scene of a tv show like Wilfred or something else. The ability to use these photos and videos in social media and traditional media are WORTH millions but don't cost millions.

Yes that's what they can afford :) No one does endorsements really unless they are Virgin Airlines or Ford Motors etc. multi billion dollar companies. Most have a product placement alliance.

Green Assets and the investors I work with and the hedge fund that I manage are in observation mode. The fund has very strict guidelines on what we can invest in. One of those guidelines/restrictions is that the companies must be publicly traded, must have $2million EBITDA or higher, MUST be fully reporting and in good standing. At this moment, RFMK does not meet those standards. We decided on an alliance so that if we can build them to that point, then we can discuss the possibility of investment.

I should add that I would not be here if I did not believe that we can resolve all of the past issues and build this company.

That's why I'm here. I'm in it to win it. Green Assets is a combination of an acquistion vehicle and business development company. I'm planning on merging several companies. All of this has been very publicly stated in our press releases :) I hope this help you all understand. I'm here to help.
