I think COVID-19 set a lot of things back; to some degree the world was shut down for couple of weeks. It might take the rest of the year to get something concrete done maybe even into 2021.
Would the SEC put a lock again if they saw something illegal going on with Rubin or with the ticker?
Your thought process and reasoning makes sense. The only thing i did not understand is them staying private?
What would be the benefit of staying private if they need to raise money?
I agree with your comment 100% and Mr Rubin has to much on his plate right now because he is a 1 man operation for the time being. Lot of people informed me, that this kind of stuff that Mr Rubin is doing, takes much time if you want to do it right and have all your legal stuff lined up properly.
I appreciate all these thoughtful comments and i do agree that everyone made very good points on both sides. I do wish, that at least we can get the ticker change and release the 8k by the end of Q1 beginning Q2. I’m also starting to believe that this is a one man show for now versus a group of people trying to get the new company going. Mr Rubin might be overwhelmed by the things he has to do to get things done in a short period of time.
My friend said these kinds of plays take months if not years to iron out completely. Lot of work involved and extra work from a legal standpoint.
Ologun, in your opinion, is this a decent play in the coming months compare to the others you had? I was never involved in an custodian shell stocks.
Who approves the name change, FINRA and is it a long process?
That would be something, if SFIO would go from one fraud to to the next. I remember someone posting back in 2019 that, who ever bought the SFIO shell paid a lot of money because it’s not cheap to do this.
Lol...i have been here 9 years but your comment is true and made me laugh.
What would be better to do first, 8k release or ticker change?
Thank you for sharing about KDCE...and doesn’t situations like this teach us to better be patient than have information flying left and right and the SEC coming in and suspending a stock?
We all have been patient already for a very long time, couple of weeks more will not be a big thing, once things are done properly, and in accordance with the law.
I appreciate everyone’s thoughtful comments on the current affairs of SFIO.
Does anyone have a clue how long it takes to change a ticker?
Neighbor of mine told me, that even if a new company has ownership of the ticker, it could take months to legally change the ticker, you can not do this overnight.
How long does it take in normal circumstances to change a ticker?
I think for all of us who have been here 8,9,10 years, what’s a couple more weeks or months?
We are all still standing, aren’t we?
Play the song by Elton John "I’m Still Standing"
I’m brainstorming on what everyone is saying about news.
Would it benefit the old stock in any meaningful way, where if they did release any news, wouldn’t it be short lived?
What new person or investors want to invest in a stock that has a lock?
I personally don’t think we are going to get news under the old ticker. The new company will release a PR when they will release the new ticker.
First, as a long holder of sfio, i appreciate everyones thoughtful comments about this stock and the exchange of thoughts that goes on with this board.
As share holders of sfio, would we get some kind of Legal Notice in the mail from the new company, that the ticker is going to change and a new owner is taking over?
Hi Everyone: i went on amazon and looked up neo super water and under product details, i think they have a cool commercial but i’m not 100% sure if it’s related to neo water?
Maybe someone can check it out?
Now that the custodian ship has been completed, how long before the Betta4U can legally change the ticker?
Will they have to file papers and wait for a legal approval?
Unbelievable...well thank you for the explanation.
It’s hard to imagine a dead stock for the last 10 years, coming back to life and potentially change peoples lives.
This $5 price tag is like in a dream...this means by the end of next year, we are all millionaires.
We are all anxiously awaiting all these good things.
On all these fronts, this will be "Good News."
Is it possible that the ticker will change very soon, maybe as of January, so that is why no news was released on SFIO because it would be useless doing it on the old ticker?
Is there any way to find out what the new ticker will be?
Imagine if by this time next year SFIO would hit .90...we would all be millionaires.
Thank You kindly, i have been here since 2011, it’s kind of surreal that this might be coming back from the dead.
I remember the OJ Simpson Criminal Trial in 1995. Lawyers were sitting in that court room for 9 long months.
Robert Shapiro and Johnnie Cochran alone were charging $100,000 a month.
Very well put and humorous.
If both of your perditions come true, i will be retiring earlier than expected. It almost feels like that saying: "to good to be true."
This is a general remark to all of you who have been here along time like myself...this past 10-11 months with all of you, has been educational and because of that, i’m very hopeful that this will propel very high in the next twelve months, Thank You All.
What about Bernie Madoff?
Nice analogy, i remember when i bought my first place and when the day came for closing and every one signed off and i got all the keys in my hand, it was my choice that day how fast i was going to remodel, move in or simply do nothing and just gloat.
Dr Evil can you look at this stock?...SFIO and the future of this stock.
If a reverse split does happen, could that benefit us, even those who sat here with SFIO for 10 years? I’m assuming it would help the price of the new ticker go much much higher?
I’m reading everyones post and i’m very encouraged as to the future of SFIO. It feels like we might hit 1.00 come some time next year.
I thank everyone for doing a lot of research on behalf of all the shareholders, especially those like myself, who have been with SFIO for over 8 years.
I have a question, once the company changes the ticker for SFIO, will that change forever the way new investors look at the new company?
I feel like there is a lot of hesitation right now because it is still the old ticker, therefore the old company.
I don’t understand how at $26 it could come back so low?
I was shocked. I can understand couple of dollars but not like this.
Thank You for the easy to understand outline what will happen in the coming months.
I have a question...MDRESEARCH mentioned there is no value in the old SFIO shares. Those that still have the old shares, are they at risk loosing those shares because the new company deems them as worthless?
Thank You, this was quite educational to read.
