Yes you are correct the outstanding shares have stayed the same so it can not be dilution , so I don't know maybe MM's passing shares back and forth or somebody has gotten tired of holding and has sold , which does not explain why you can't get any 2's

Like I told ya I think that they have to sell to a MM in order to dilute , the 10K clearly states that they will dilute in order to get the funds to pay for filings and/ or outstanding debt

I don't know what it is , 700 shares put call or so but you can not hold a put call for 4 years I think there is a closing date when you make a putt call 3-6 months , all I am saying the shares have to come from some where

Ok but if there is no dilution or shorting going on who is selling shares ?? today there was a 700 share sell that's 16 cents worth , even with a inexpensive stock broker account it would cost you $4.95 for the sell. I just can't figure out those small time sells other than to point at dilution or shortening , maybe if you take all the small time sales over the months into account shortening or dilution would become a option .
