I'm scooping up a bunch more.....avg down I say...If I'm going to be hanging on here....go deep, go big or go away...imo. :)
Anyways...this is all because I said something about the technicals....you know what?...this is the 2nd or 3rd time I've put some info up on technicals only to have it immediately slammed back in my face.
Prediction...we close above 19 cents today or tomorrow...lower part of the trendline....
I wish I knew it would be that easy to fulfill my 21 cent order...now who wants my 17 cent bid?
Though this is maybe a little tough to do on a penny stock with irradic trading volume....I see what appears to be a few positive technical signals setting up.
I see what Day Trading Rockstar Radio host would call a downward sloped wedge which tends to break to the upside. And within that I see a bull flag. In addition, the daily stochastics are tapping and bouncing off of the oversold level while not making new lows which is a coiling/tightening of the stochastics which may indicate a near term upside bounce.
We are also seeing decent support at 22 cents.
On a side note, for anyone interested...I'm a buyer at 21 cents....hoping the candle wick hits me down there and then closes up, like what happened yesterday. :)
Go $IFSL!
Maybe I am "ironic"? :)
The reality is that IF I'm a realist and dreaming this much...doesn't that tell us all something very positive should be coming around the corner? Since when does an ironic realist provide such lofty hopes? :)
All of this to say....Go $IFSL! :)
I agree with everyone that updating the relevant websites on their financial data is a minimum "must" if they want to be taken seriously. If I'm a new investor who comes across IFSL and read a few great PRs but see a disconnect with their yahoo key stats....then I'm done and gone and likely not looking back until much further down the road, if ever.
Bingo! That's what I'm saying! It's the potential compounded by actual data and what seems to be signs that the "next data" (ie. Q4 fins) will be just as good if not better according to recently released PRs by IFSL management. The potential being this payday loan industry that's no doubt booming in this economy. You don't need a few people to give you a million dollars if you can get a million people to give you a few bucks! :)
Steady as she blows!!!
Go $IFSL!
Interesting volume spike today....don't you think?
Go $IFSL!
yeah, I'm not too worried given all the positive comments coming from management in their PR's, basically assuring us that business has been continuing as before (ie. Q3 wopper fins) and possibly even leaving a little room for a surprise to the upside.
If I buy here...I won't regret getting 21 cents....I'll regret not having cash to get 15 cents or whatever, if anything, it goes to before our next pop. But my point is that I'm happy here with these prices....very happy....and feel pretty confident we're headed in the right direction...business-wise. PPS will follow.
Sometimes it gets bad before it gets good? ha!....I dunno what's up. But Flo, it's a little better if you're trying to snap up a few of these cheapy shares. :)
Go $IFSL!
Fuzz...you are getting funnier! lmao... :)
I love me some coffee....have a great weekend folks!
I've got too good a position, with a stock that's got too much good/positive potential to consider selling anywhere near here. I may live to eat those words...but as of right now, those words stand true. :)
GO $IFSL!
"first round's on me for this weekend..."...I'm building my loserish position. :)
I think we all need to break this down into groups of "investors" and groups of "traders"....traders should be upset right now because things are going fast enough in the direction they want. Investors haven't really got a timeline that's under a year or maybe more.
Given where we were in August and how they've really started a great new endeavour in B2B modeling....i think we need to give it time. We just went through what I believe was a record breaking quarter for them. What are they doing? Well, I kinda feel they're in the process of "rinse, wash and repeat, mode", right? If it's not broke, why fix it?
I know that folks want to see what their next steps are in regards to business development, but let's give IFSL a moment to breathe and do this trick right the first time so we don't have to go through another re-org, right? You have to consider that IFSL's business has really just started over. And let's keep in mind, they've done a great job at that so far and their latest PR says, they're still doing it, and it's even getting better.
They are an SEC reporting company and probably can't just come out with inside information because we're tired of waiting. Let's let them get their systems up and running smooth and perhaps even on autopilot. Then and only then, can we demand they provide the next steps towards business growth.
Just my thoughts. Besides, it's Christmas time and New Year's Eve next....no ones do anything other than hanging with Family and rightfully so. They need their batteries recharged too.
I think we should expect that the next quarter is even better than last. Unfortunately the quarter is going to end when it does, as will the year end financials and it's really tought to rush that along. Of course, we'll need to wait for their delayed reporting...but who cares, if it's great news!
Ne4xt is the filing completion and trading ability over the BB. That's all a time dependent thing as well. Just because we know we're getting a bike on Christmas day back in November doesn't make Christmas day come any faster.
As far as we can tell, they're doing the right things, putting their ducks in a row and yes, sadly, there's nothing we can do but wait. If they start falling short on quarterlies and diluting the shareholders' stakes and what not and don't have valid reasons that are accompanied by more growth, then we'll know about and we can complain at that point.
Just my thoughts. I'm impatient too but I don't see what else they can do right now..... I've got $50k invested in this puppy....yeah, it'd better work out. But I'm just an investor, not employee, so I'm limited in what I can do to help out. I can provide ideas or ask for clarity on things that confuse the shareholder community in general, but I can't walk into their building and start filing papers ya know?
Go $IFSL!
Yes, let's make those who sold to claim taxes in the hopes of returning in the year regret that decision. Let's make some holders out of the new ones coming back in January. :)
Go $IFSL!
Amen!
You have a good weekend too!
I guess you couldn't hear me over all the chatter today huh? :)
Hey!...Enjoy Moderating Jrock!
good point! :)
Hi Sean....more than likely sometime around 2/15/12
Definitely a strange round of trading today. It's like someone was setting up to do something, and then got distracted. Odd...
Oh well....I like the symbolism that no one is selling and 100 shares moves us up so much. ha!
Go $IFSL!
Ya, I wonder sometimes! I think at this point, we just let IFSL do their good work....make that money and the rest will take care of itself...because I'm obviously still way too green to understand how we can be this low. I saw what the Operative wrote (was it him?) about the P/E ratios...(great write up!) and I still don't see how or why the market assigns a P/E of 1 to IFSL.....only thing I can imagine is what we've been guessing, that folks (institutions included) want to see more than 1 great quarter.
It certainly seems like we will wait for that next great quarter...I think we all believe it's coming. It's like reaching Utopia, but none of your friends have arrived yet and you want to tell everyone you know how great it is. :) We just need to sit, enjoy CHristmas, relax and watch the cash roll in, for next quarter. :)
Go $IFSL!
Dang, I like Chicken's guess....so I will say 4,800,001M and 3,500,001M ..hahah... :) J/k
My guess is :
Sales: $4,300,000
Profit: $$2,500,000
dude....it's not tanking just because it's trading at the spread....and until we get over 150k shares trading to the downside, you can't even begin to say that. If someone buys at hte ask, we go back up.....
Welcome to CHickenvestor the new moderator guy! :) I guess Isle50 will be getting even less board time now than ever? heheeh
ya, I emailed to get a sense that there was a plan and to see what to expect next in really "any way" and I haven't heard back....
hahaha....yeah, I will have to remove IHUB as one of my homepages. :) I definitely don't want to have IFSL pumped and dumped....but I do want to build some solid momentum with this company. It's doing so great but like the ugly duckling, isn't getting noticed. :) I guess we'll wait a little longer for this duck to blossum. :) Okay, time to stop typing, I"m not sure I understand what I'm saying.
Ya, that's one strategy, just sit and wait, but I was hoping for something more proactive so that when those pieces of news hit, we actually have anticipation building for and on it instead of it being historical data that folks use to buy in later when the rest of the world starts to catch on. Know what I mean?
Anyways...I guess it's not a hot topic...I just thought that Motley Fool is making their picks somehow and that we'd get ahead of the curve by poking them. But I haven't the first clue on how to do that.
So nobody has any thoughts, ideas or insight regarding getting IFSL noticed with a large subscription based stock news site, like "The Motley Fool" or any other company?
yeah, so that's sorta what I was saying....get in somehow with Motley Fool subscribers (read: tons of individual investors) and get them excited and show off with a bigger audience. We'll be meeting those institutional criteria in no time flat then.
If visibility of this great company is an issue....does anyone know how to get noticed by "The Motley Fool" crew? They have several news letters, I used to belong to them, and many subscribers. One newsletter, perhaps the Hidden Gems?, or some other one, focusses on high risk, high yielding stocks.
Is there a way we could recommend IFSL to Motley Fool or other newsletter types of media awareness for this company?
It's really the only thing missing. If a ton of individual investors started clammering to get aboard this IFSL ship, then institutional investors would hurry up and get off their sidelines before this puppy runs away from them.
Go $IFSL!
lol....I knew this was going to happen to day....the plunge of 50% :)
Well, its either a 50% plunge or the potential for 100% gain....all in the spread.....freaken redunculus!!
yeah, I think that's important to have teh stock screener pull up IFSL....I think that's a big help....but the other information will also influence anyone who's screening to buy or not. Yeah, maybe we'll have to wait until Q4.
ya, that's good stuff. I noticed though that the Balance Sheet Debt hasn't changed nor has the levered free cash flow and what not....am I mistaken?
Hey Fuzz....I think it's just how it really works in the real world....we just happened to know about it...but that doesn't change the fact it happens everyday with every company and every exec. I wouldn't worry too much about that....Rather, I'd just like to see these conversations with them produce some fruit...juicy sweet ones. :)
Go $IFSL!
It might be a coordinated effort.....some sweet PR's about institutional investors coming on board followed by us individual investors and all the new blood jumping on board as well...
Hey....Glad to hear they are working on the Key Stats on the yahoo site.....think that's going to help anyone doing research....
Go $IFSL!
Too bad the "Key Stats" didn't get updated with the quarterly data on the yahoo site. I like checking that tab out. :) Maybe by year's end it will get updated....
Flo...got your message.....good point! :) I guess my cup was overflowing and I got all crazy n'stuff.... :)
awwww Thx! He says..."gagamooshu" right back atchu! :)
A shout out to Litte Ashaman too! Happy T-givs!
Yes, same here....Have a Happy Full Bellied Feast this Thanksgiving!
