Well I am glad you have many Warp as you seem positively entrenched.. Likewise I have more than a handful and hope for the best.. Will be interesting how things have changed over the last year or two.. Good luck to all!
Sorry about that as it is my assumption since modifications were obvious from the initial unit that obviously had been previously demonstrated.. I made the assumption they were requisite changes but truly have no idea if that is the case.
Good point Warp makes one think... Hmmmm I highly doubt that discussion about revenues in 2012 would have been included in the 10Q if procurement discussions were not ongoing.. But who knows we will know when we know..
All depends on what final demonstrations means.. months down the road is likely your interpretation not the gist of the PR. Regardless I'm hardly embarrassed by "final" demonstrations and find such chat silly.
Yes why did the attend? Must have been some good donuts.
Wow yes I'm overwhelmingly embarrassed we completed our demonstrations for the DOD yesterday! To think that might enable potential contracts is just silly.
Thanks be, I agree and appreciate your postings very much. Lots of sweat and capital were poured into this effort before and after current management came aboard. Hopefully we are finally moving to contracts and positive revenue flow.
Agreed Ren, no question IMO also he was vital.
My guess is once they came aboard and dug into this mess assessing what they had in products (bag in the backroom) and potential they made a decision to start over vs folding the tent. They started over albeit with an already large outstanding share base, no money and massive debts with no plans in place for settlement or scheduled payments. Let us not forget the other simple little overhang which was the SEC wanting to shut down the company? No one is happy with a .02 stock and hopefully we are finally turning the corner with sales and contracts. Actually the BIB and GTC products and ground station potentials look promising which is something I could not say before these guys came aboard regardless of the share price at the time. At the moment I'm reserved about the Argus but that can change also once we have revenues from other sources and generate a research and development plan towards that end.
And of course we have a BIB and Argus as well, before Clark and Estrella we had a bag in the backroom... Oh less I forget Dr.K's prototype. To the stratosphere and back. LOL
Disagree entirely an initial BIB contract is needed immediately. Would set the stage for several more contracts some of which could be mega sized.
Obviously I would welcome a ground station contract or an Argus development and research grant but the BIB would be a wonderful start.
As you say none of our business.. am sure all parties have their points of view. Written and signed contracts are certainly the most likely to get resolved through mediation, settlement or negotiation as well as litigation.
Thanks yes Warp .01 was lovely in that respect! LOL.. Best of luck to you and all shareholders of WSGI.
Thanks Mide for posting the clearing agent and information.
Well I am confidant FINRA registration was an issue so we will leave it at that.. Likewise I am confidant about the shifting placement pricing that took place in funding for the one under Bleckman's and Helmut's watch prior to the one in which you participated.
I have no problem granting that others created the possibility of this company staying afloat before Clark and Estrella arrived. This group includes, Helmut, Dan and Leinwand as well as Bleckman. I am also able to suggest that the company was in even worse shape than most of us can imagine when Estrella and Clark arrived.
As I say hopefully onward and upward now.. I know I've bought the bulk of my shares since this management change, and while I am not happy overall with the La Jolla funding we needed to continue to bring in capital for monthly expenses and between forgoing salaries and opening their own wallets management was tapped. If this works out some of us were able to purchase shares far more cheaply than we ever thought possible.
Again I don't know where the Basis association came from or whether Helmut, or Leinwand was involved in that process? Certainly we know Helmut lacked any FINRA registration in the first place and the company had to secure an institution to handle funding transactions. All was and has been an attempt to comply with regulations under the SEC watch.
Well myself and several others were asked to participate in the other funding. Non institutional. Water under the bridge now and tiring rehash. May the company move onward and upward.
Warp it was the prior funding which Bleckman and Helmut promoted that changed daily prior to Estrella's and Clark's involvement. Basis became involved for regulatory reasons as Helmut lacked any FINRA registration. Not certain but always thought Helmut, Leinwand and Dan knew Armen in the first place. At any rate both associations are past tense for the company now hopefully and thankfully.
Wow and if your good buddy had our former IR director had written the piece it would be sliced bread. But neither of you have a clue the good news that a relationship with EWA entails. Enjoy
BIB's , Argus airships, groundstations, a hybrid design for starters shiny one.
Actually very likely Indy.. They are using the sale of shares to fund the company so would wish to keep distance between confidential insider information and their traders. Unless they become long term holders which is not their MO I highly doubt they have any more information than we do.
It never has been Pagan but you are aware that Cole engages in defamation at the drop of his/her hat?
who the heck are you referring to?
so who said that its going to be another year? the company will be bankrupt long before June without contracts.. won't have to worry about Glenn no one else is going to save us either... doubt that is what he has in mind..
Gotcha engaged in intentional fear mongering and capricious comments on a reverse Warp not you... It is just that giving this guy the time of day over such comments without suggesting that his observation is ludicrous and intentionally misleading does us all a disservice. We are all on the same page otherwise imo...
Exactly Red very well stated and my take as well on management's inferences.
No he never said never .. he indicated that after contracts and revenues give stability and a positive share price.. if there was a set purpose such as getting on the Nasdaq and yes he did mention Amex too lol, then it could be altogether a different decision. My take is not in the near future ...
Obviously what he was trying to suggest is he has no intention of a reverse in this situation and recent share price. IMO
He has also said it multiple times since Clark left...
I don't disagree Warp with your considerations either..
Estrella has also said he is not going to do that and several times.
Certainly you are aware of GS bias Indy? 500 to 1 is an arbitrary and purposefully capricious comment.
Or someone simply bought 5 million shares and did not care if they paid up to .02 for them. No convoluted conspiracy theory of a pump neccessary at all. LOL
Well provided we get a couple larger contracts and increase GTC revenues quarterly for stability just the loss carry over in this company is worth .06 to .09 discounted. So quite likely with a little more perception of stability the stock is .10 rather easily.
Thanks Nil exactly some want to see patterns LOL
Whatever I'll go with ongoing discussions that can lead to completed deals which at the time of the shareholders meeting were numbered at 17. As far as leads and prospects I will contend that when you add in GTC they number far more... In any event bogged down in definitions sounds somewhat pedantic... You know I meant that we shall see if their ongoing discussions result in contracts and that is how we should judge the current procurement phase of WSGI.
Again they are actively pursuing negotiations to have final deals. They had 17 ongoing at the time of the shareholders meeting. If they are talking leads I can garantee the number would be much greater. Leads in business are plentiful.. Website inquiries alone may be huge per week on GTC... those are leads. But we can play definitions until the cows come home if it is fun for you?
By the way on any day in business there are probably 100 leads..
OK 17 ongoing discussions that could lead to completed deals! Get it?
ok lets see how they do with the 17 deals they claim are in the works from this years shareholder meeting since we now are in a procurement phase which of course did not exist at the time of said FEMA discussion. If Estrella and group don't produce contracts in the next months then undoubtedly he won't be back when his time is up in June if he does shareholders will be delighted and welcome his added tenure.
Clark was never the day to day management of this company on any issue since these guys came aboard. Clark had health issues as well as other obligations in other endeavors. Like you say perhaps Tony will be a positive boon to future negotiations and to deals already in progress.
Maybe you should also ask if there was any difference between Governorships in Florida on how Space Florida money was distributed between Crist and Scott? What administration did the previous regime deal?
