Not blood, hoping for a bunch of water to flow.
We shall see.
Every town/person needs it.
Stw resources has a special tech, and Alan Murphy.
All eyes on Chine, not when in STW resources land.
All eyes on Fort Stockton tonight.
The massive move up was triggered by something, IMO we will find out what it was in the coming weeks.
GLTA
Thanks for the post, be an interesting few days, Imo Sept could be a pretty spectacular month.
"My thoughts were RW offer of a new overhaul sounds appealing but the city would be paying for that water for the next generation or two.
STWS may not sound as impressive because of just making repairs but the city does not have to pay for their raw water. I think I would rather not have to pay for the water.
One thing STWS has is Allan Murphy who has been working with Fort Stockton for several years. Also the city stated that STWS is a publicly traded company and RW is not. Which I would think may be good for the general public because they could purchase stock"
This is also my understanding.
I agree, I believe that STW plan would be more attractive. Alan Murphy is sharp and from what I understand well known and respected by FS. Another reason I believe STW will get what ever they bid for in FS if their plan is even comparable. My guess is Alan Murphy had taken counsel members out for lunch well before RW put in a bid. Small city politics,
Wonder how much is available at .35.
Imo in the coming weeks .35 will look like a steal.
Really think we are past due, the buying over the last few days may have been all traders , but my guess is we picked up some knowledgable long term investors in the H20 industry who began the rally and will be joined by others in the coming weeks.
Holding pretty strong,
Would not be surprised at a close of .36-.37.
Next week should be interesting, imo
"Fun times ahead for STWS"
Boy you were right.
THey are not going to get my shares this cheap, when 90 cents to a dollar should be the base. imo
Short term looking for close above 50day ma.
Welcome to the board. A little background on STWS
The stock has been going down during the summer on light volume and
really no real buying. There have been some delays on drilling water
wells, but they look to be coming soon. But what I like is that the
Public Float is only 9.3 Million shares with about 33 million shares
total outstanding. They announced in May a $7 Million contract. They had
some news on a new water lease this week and it looked like it took some
time for the Dog Days of Summer investors to realize that the news was
good and the price was "stupid low".
JMO, but I really thin that STWS has another 50-75% to run in the short
term. With the right news, a return to $0.90 is not unreasonable.
GLTU
Just way undervalued imo.
Heck the market cap was getting down to a level equal to a Q of rev in their gas oil division alone.
The company is for real, improving margins, increasing work force, non dilutive financing, a best in class tech and many potential projects, cash flow positive in oil and gas, new leases on land for more water wells and imo their best asset Alan Murphy.
Numbers and CC most likely this week.
GLTU
Been so beaten down for so long.
It is great to see, I fully expect nice follow through and an assault on the 200dma.
STWS is still way under valued.
It has been beaten up for way to long.
Would love to see on a chart basis a break above and hold of the 50 day.
Then with news the stock will make an attempt at the 200 day.
Many things going on behind the scenes imo.
We shall see.
Yes I agree, .50 is very easy short term.
Very solid company.
Tiny public float with revs exploding year over year.
STWS
"STWS up 130 % now"
Way under valued imo.
RSI still ow with lots of room to run on the very small public float. (less than 10 million)

Business is changing, they are focusing on water, buying leases and drilling wells.
This could have been a part of the change, and they may not have created a different job that is no longer called an operator. According to the press release last week they are adding profitable crews pretty fast.
I know they cut there work force pretty significantly, consolidated down to about 80, started making money in the gas oil area and are up to about 120. Added 8 crews according to the pr.
The big money will be in the water though, oil and gas prices will fluctuate and so will there profit on that side of the business.
Looking forward to the Q and more than that the CC.
I don't expect a huge change in rev's, I do expect to see margins improve.
Should see that the company is on more solid footing over all.
Would not expect they take questions and do a CC if they were not confident in there plan and moving forward.
They desperately need a good public contact person or firm.
Rough time for stock holders, pretty light selling, but no buying.
Will turn fast, but when??
I agree.
Doing the math,
"We increased our business by adding additional crews and plan to add an additional 8 crews by the end of the 3rd quarter. These crews provide a steady base of contracted work as well as time and materials billing for maintenance and repair of oil and gas pipelines. Each crew will generate approximately $1.1 million in revenues annually at a net margin of 11 to 12 percent."
Each crew over a year will add about 100k in profit.
They did around 18 mil in revenue last year, and I think they started the year in the 15 to 19 crew range. My guess be eoy they will be running in the 30 plus crew range. That should bring in around 3 million profit in the low margin area.
Then you have the higher profit margin area, it sounds like they have business in this area and are bidding for more
" STW Pipeline will continue the growth by implementing this more conservative strategy. Additionally the company is increasing their business and margins through new construction of larger pipelines that afford a net margin between 19 to 20 percent. STW is actively in the bidding process with several customers for this type of work."
IMO the gas oil pipeline business will have revs near 35-40 million area and be cash flow positive in the 6 million area.
I will be asking at the CC about this higher margin business.
Are these new contracts or just additional services?
Another Q, what is up with Fort Stockton, they have the leases so it is just a matter of time. imo
I would also be interested to hear what are the projections for water revs, if they start signing some deals the 40 million might be a little low. What ever they make on water will be high margin.
We shall see.
Sunstone Water Group is pretty impressive, imo the company could highlight the tech better.

Bought in last week at .22 and .25, a pretty nice size chunk.
Got my average down a little more.
Confirmation will come with price, but boy I wish I would have waited until this last week to get my whole position.
Cash flow positive in one division, paying down debt, rapidly growing.
What will determine the short term stock direction will be their desal operations/contracts. imo
Comfortable long term
Thanks Conix.
Should be good week.
"In the cc Stan expressed they were concerned about pps because their employees have stock."
I believe you but I don't remember hearing it.
They sure don't put out fluff pr's, if anything i think they should be louder.
I really think that they are looking long term, but in doing so they have lost support short term.
The company is not diluting, so public float is small but momentum is powerful. Once it is broken imo we will get some irrational exuberance.
Q next week should provide clarity on numbers.
Not much value in that sight.
GLTU
I agree. pretty sad.
I understand Stan W owns around 3 million shares. I would think at least long term he would believe and want the stock to do well.
Part of the problem short term may be that the company is focusing on expansion, contracts, and leases.
If they are not selling shares, which they stated in the CC and reiterated that to me, then what reason do they have to raise the stock pricer??
Stan is not selling anytime soon, no insider sells.
I am sure he has a goal of 10 plus dollars per share.
We shall see.
Did you hear anything yet,
He is very reliable and a straight shooter.
GLTU
I know if you call and talk to Paul, you will hear that a lg reason for the silence is competition. He has told me in the past that there is a scramble for land and leases. Any PR notifies the competition.
This is not my opinion, but what I have heard.
Bought 20 Plus k at .22 yesterday
GLTA Longs
I agree.
I encourage everyone to call not just email and request an earnings call, with q's from shareholders.
I think we are way undervalued, the company is growing fast , shareholder base, thats another story.

Did anyone else call in and ask for an earnings call?
Market cap, around 16 million. Silly ? The company says nothing.
Stock at 52 week low, what????The company says nothing.
Around 9 million public float.
Multiple water projects in the hopper. The company says nothing.
Gas oil division cash flow positive.
Still own leases at Fort Stockton, imo they will get contract and make a tun of money off those wells.
The company says nothing.
Imo we will do very well long term, but I never thought we would see the 52 week low, now we sit and wait. While the company says nothing.
Still very positive,,way way undervalued.
THe Q is coming in a couple of weeks and should be pretty helpful.
I suspect the company will have a call on earnings, since they did one on project updates a month ago, i suggested they do and others might want to also.
I believe they will execute in bringing their desal tech to a nice size market share.
IMO the share price does not reflect the progress that we will see in the coming weeks and months.
For now we wait.
All imo.
I asked the company that Q this am, no reply , but it has only been a few minutes.
It sure appears conix was correct, that lg transaction a couple of trading days ago must have taken out a seller. Volume has never been lower this summer than the past couple of days.
We should move up quickly on news, and may drift up without it.

California's drought is 'a harbinger of the coming global water crisis'
Jul. 23, 2015
Business Insider.com
The four-year California drought is causing unparalleled devastation to the region.
Analysts at Bank of America Merrill Lynch think it’s going to get a lot worse.
"We view the unprecedented drought in California as a harbinger of the coming global water crisis," BAML strategists wrote in a note to clients on Tuesday.
"By 2050E, 45% of projected GDP is at risk, with as many as 50 countries at risk of conflict over water."
The numbers are scary. Groundwater levels have dropped as much as 100 feet, while the Sierra Nevada snowpack is at only 5% of historical levels.
When considering the economic impact of the drought, it gets even more frightening.
"The drought is expected to cost California agriculture alone US $2.7 billion in economic costs in 2015, with disruption extending to mandatory water restrictions, wildlife, land subsidence, seawater intrusion, wildfires, and human health," the note said.
BAML went on to estimate that California’s water supply would be more than 13 trillion gallons short of demand by 2060, "with an 80% chance of multi-decade 'mega-drought' this century."
Just look at this chart to see how serious the situation is already becoming:
California Drought ConditionsBank of America Merrill Lynch
And water shortage is not an issue exclusive to the US.
In fact, BAML reiterates from a report they put out in April that water scarcity is considered "the #1 global risk for 2015 in terms of impacts to economies, environments and people."
"Globally, 750 million people lack access to safe drinking water source and 2.4 billion have no access to proper sanitation facilities," the analysts wrote. "Close to 50 countries are officially classified as being water stressed, and up to 70% of the world’s underground aquifers have reached peak water. Global water demand is set to overshoot supply by 40% by 2030E, and by 2050E, 3.9 billion people will be living under "severe" water stress."

I really liked what Allan Murphy had to say and how he said it on the CC.
He is a very good communicator and represents the company very well.
I suspect we will hear how things went. later this week.

Thanks for catching this, next few weeks stw resources role will be defined in Fort Stockton.
STW imo will come out of the agreement with a lot of extra water to sell.
The company is moving forward on a lot of fronts.

Very few shares took it down, most traded much higher.
Yes frustrating, meaningless but frustrating.

Yes that right ,we broke through the mcflow2 imaginary resistance line.
