I hope these prices last till next week....I have about 2 more grands coming up in on Tuesday
hope so too
2 trillion dollar company not being able to pay 100 billion? (that's not even their money and I bet FDIC will have some part in payment)
including TPS in the preferred was a huge blow to us......JMW...why?
$24 per shall only be the starting point!!!
never said I quit believing in it
wow....what are they thinking? I hope they get fu*ed real bad....should have cooperated when they could
...........It's not me and I see this number as outrageous too.....$145 billion does make sense though
FDIC will also have to pay for its bad doings too....So its not just JP Morgan
2.11 trillion dollar company does not go bankrupt because of 1XX billions of dollars...First of all, it wasn't even their's to begin with.....They were fine without Washington Mutual.....
LOL what does their shares outstanding worth have to do with paying out? Do you not know JP Morgan has around $500 billion in cash?
They won't be paying out with their own stocks....They'll be paying out with "our money."
Their shareholders will go crazy if they pay out with their own stocks
Paying us off even with $200 billion dollars won't make them bankrupt....Hell, they are a 2.11 trillion dollar company with a 110 billion dollar revenue.....
Settlement is usually one sided (It's not always both enemies giving up something)....When the tide turns, they'll have no choice (the tide will turn when we know the true asset number and when that reveals, why should they pay less?)
That's only the start
............After seeing JP Morgan profit hundreds of billions of dollars...You are saying you'd take a 0.7 offer? WOW...What a great shareholder
If Tepper sides with the EC and move as accordingly to how the EC and Sussman wants, finding true asset will be inevitable
Tepper would be a pretty strong ally
He's been doing this with JP Morgan's revenue, assets from years changes
TD offered to buy 25% of WAMU's branch for $30 billion dollar before the collapse..
JP Morgan's asset rises to 2.11 trillion with 110 billion revenue (26% increase from previous years)
Dr. Acharya's math
Asset = 350 billion Liabilities around 200 billion
Dr. Acharya's theory does not come from random math....It's been done with proper calculation
Right after I was coming out of class, I heard one T.A. and a two professors talking about David Tepper being in trouble with insider trading......Is this talk about hedge funds mess in WAMU big in the media already?
This is really dumb...Some of you clearly can't prove why $8 per share is justifiable yet keep on arguing that it is what its going to be...
If you can't tell/prove to me why its less than $8 per share....Just stop arguing about this with me....Just put me on ignore if you wish
Explain to me why $8 per share or less is justifiable.......People always stray away from talking about the actual assets these days....
Theft of Washington Mutual allowed JP Morgan to become a 2.11 trillion dollar company with 110 billion revenue (26% increase compared to before theft).....If you can't agree with that Washington Mutual's asset is worth over $100 billion, you can't do basic math
LOL just ignore me if you can't accept the fact that the asset is worth over $100 billion.....I did not wait 2.5 years for $8 per share
$24 will be the starting point.....I really hope this ends before summer
That should've happened months ago...........This is dragging out way too long
Tell that to someone on yahoo message board....
But, asset wise something around $75 per share is very possible.....
Nothing will do good in Walrath's court but this is the truth
ABSOLUTE factual terms called "Unjust Enrichment" to the tune of 84 billion dollars and add this to your statement of assets. Now you can easily see where there should be a valuation of WAMUQ-common share in the area of $75.00-$140.00 and this does not even include damages. Folks, these numbers are REAL and factual, so do not even think about my numbers being to high. Do NOT let Rosens corrupt mental warfare dmage your sound mind based on facts.
It's not lazy......Think of the XXX billions taken.........$24 per share would cost less than $50 billion.....And they are not paying off their money...They'd still profit over XXX billion.....
So TPS + P + K = around 5 billion?
What you've said is true about the amount needed to cover the Ps and Ks....not sure about the TPS though.....
From what I've heard we need around 6-7 billion to cover up before commons
With this judge and the current situation/flow? NO
I believe in Sussman and the EC but they got to start moving quickly.......Yes, the start will be $24 to somewhere in the Acharya's theory
why July?
They won't offer settlement right off the bat....
We get settlement once we know for sure we're worth XXX billions of dollars.....and they can't hide it....
Remember TD offered $30 billion dollars for only 25% of Washington Mutual....Also JP Morgan is now worth 2.11 trillion dollars, and their revenue increased by 26% (now it's 110 billion).....
Washington Mutual was worth way more than $100 billion for sure
I bet Walrath doesn't read and just rip off all the letters we send
