Keep in mind the PR firm track record is not exactly honest. The info they put out in pvt emails often times are 100% against what later comes out.

They stated this drop in share price was due to the dump of a group of 30 million shares in an email ( I love that they have access to all that info btw and does not put it out in public ). The fact could be that SFMI needed some cash and sold 30 million of the now about 100+ million dilution shares from the line of credit.

The truth is we just do not know and sure can not trust the pr firm's pvt emails and statements - let alone the public ones & tweets - IMO!

This is not to say they can not turn this around. But if the new president wants to make his payment in shares worth real money it is time to clean house and make the mine work! (or he takes his time and the share price falls to 4 cents or less and I buy a bunch and the share price for the "other company - GHDC" falls sub-penny and I buy some of that too)

Either way fine if NOBEL and KBLB in any way are in the same world we are going to be very happy share holders IMO!

Good post - think what a NOBEL prize could do for KIM and for KBLB. Not saying it will happen this year but with what is soon possible, it is not out of the question.

I also don't think it will happen until the stock price is in the $5-10 range. At that point it will IMO be almost expected for a history making break like this truly is.

Yep no fall in love with stock but I did add just a tiny bit to my core free shares today. I still think going to 2-4 cents but then 7+3/2=5 cents and I can live with that for extra shares! If we hold here then that is fine too!

You seem to have a clear view of what SFMI one day will be. But the mkt is responding, not to the outstanding forward steps, but to the PR nightmare that has been. My core shares and your paper loss will IMO contiune for some time to come (a 70% drop in share price will bring what you state above out in share holders!).

Sometimes you must give a child a shot that hurts for now but will make them better long run. It is well past that time for SFMI. PQ needs to dump the PR firm, hire one that will do the right thing for SFMI with crediabiltiy, and outline a solid business plan and state it for the next 1-2 year.

Then SFMI can start a slow growth back(and maybe one quick jump back on great sinker news to the .12+ levels). I do not see that for now and see a slow drop down. I will add at the 2-4 cent level as IMO that, with the current state of bad and poor information, is the comfort level for the market. Then I will hope PQ does what he MUST for SFMI to fly.

btw another one to look at that is a real dirtbag stock that you should not expect anything good from but can make money on is MOPN

CEO is a lowlife but the stock does run up and down on pr news and oil spills. i buy some small amounts around this level and sell when it is up 2-3x

dont put much IMO into it as production is far and few when they can but again you can make money flipping it.

I posted on this long time ago - back when I had 320,000 shares it would seem I was one of the only share holders to vote against the money guys to be new board members. A lot of good having them on the board has done for the share price.

Keep in mind a price tag of $85 mill for KBLB is just crazy low for a company that will soon have sales in the BILLIONS with a "B"!

Why? No income. Only source of income going, IMO, to the 2-4 cent range and 1-2+ years from any income.

I would think about buying GHDC in .005-.01 range as a long term hold.

Time will tell. If SFMI can get going again and rise up to .10+ then maybe this can be back in the .05 range but dang if SFMI goes to .02-.04 range GHDC will be sub penny.

Did you get any KBLB before 100% ride up? There is some real resistance in the .235-.25 range but this has been a good ride.

IMO there will be a pullback but this is a good idea that will fly big time over the next 2 yrs.

It would be good to break through and HOLD above .25 before the CC on Friday. It is a big ask and IMO it will be around the .24ish but with some good volume .25 will fall!

As I have stated before I hold my CORE FREE shares but sold my extra shares.

IMO KBLB 5 years from now will be a $30-40 per share stock. But, at what point would you take a buyout offer today? $2.00? $4.00? $10.00?

I could see someone like SIGMA just saying we will take you and offer say $1.50 just to see if they could steal away KBLB before the big run up begins?!?!

This is the major problem. With no profit for 1-2 years out as publicly stated by company president, without new blood to buy dilution shares, SFMI is over and done. The 7.2 million will not last long at the current burn rate of mgt and pr pay. And if SFMI goes to 2 or 4 cents - the per shares outstanding as of today could double!

It is time to PROVE they have the goods so the share price can return to AT LEAST .15+ range.

However, no real income from tailings and up to 2 years before income from SINKER etc, and with every penny SFMI share price goes down the DILUTION goes up up up by MILLIONS of shares..... this and millions in fee's each year to PR firm and mgt!..... this is what I am terrified about and the share price going where? 4 cents? 2 cents? IMO there is no bottom unless AND FAST SFMI can drill and test and PROVE there is GOLD in the SINKER(and have it 3rd party verified)!
