Luck, after speaking with CJ it sounds to me its like one of those things they aren't worried about at all. I don't think they are going to release a PR. I think they handled it sadly...tthey should've never sent a PR with a Date on the release for the Contract......i mean its the government of china...nothing is on time....especially a big contract like this...

I think it was like "Hey we (Inner Mongolia) will get you a contract toward the end of April" but it hasn't happened yet..because governments delay

So i think they'll be following up with the Chinese Government probably the second week in May

If they don't get a contract by next friday...I'm going to make a suggestion to them to follow up with Inner Mongolia the second week in May and they can say something like "Hey, we have this issue of Fortune coming out this week, we would really like to have a source of revenue coming through our May 15th, 1Q report...is the contract ready?"

I'm going to be brutally honest. I am pissed. I feel let down pretty significantly by the past PRs.

I raced around trying to find the BW article only to find out it wsan't an article but only an advertioral.

I have consistently waited everyday this month for the PR to come out about the deal...yet to be disappointed again.

The fact that the former owner and the CEO sold 10% of the shares kind of worries me but not that much. Common sense says everyone has to pay their bills.

CCS worries me too...I've seen them a lot talking about clean coal technologies. Why haven't I seen more stuff about Doug Hague? Maybe that's coming out soon...who knows.

So Yes, I'm extremely pissed. Is there a time limit on this? Yes in my opinion there is. You all say that there is no issue with funding but in my opinion there is. Let's be honest. I actually am an Auditor in real life ..... When i read their 10-K and it says "WE HAVE SUBSTANTIAL DOUBT ABOUT THE ABILITY OF GOING CONCERN" that is a major red flag to me. Is there a ticking time limit in my head? Yes there is.

#1. investlong, i commend you for your hard work. You'll be paid off by the end of may when we shoot to a dollar IMO.

#2. i spoke with CJ Douglas myself yesterday. He assured me everything is on track and they are dealing with the chinese government whom told them they would receive a contract by End of April. He said sometimes that can be delayed a day, a week at the latest a month (although he doesn't see that happening). Regardless, he assured me it will come through and not to listen to the darn fools on the internet.

#3 I plan to give another call around Thurs or Fri next week to basically reiterate the fact that with the Fortune Magazine article coming out and exposure....might be wise to give details about the deal or a status update.

#4 I'm still worried and completely impatient. But like the rest of you i'm not retarded enough to sell my shares.

BBB some of us don't know the details like you do. So I think it's unfair for you to come and say be patient when you won't share your news (and I'm OK with you not doing it, I'm a big boy and I can call myself) But I don't think an investor should have to pick up the phone to talk to a CEO about a status update for a PR put out last month. They should know to put another PR out for investors by now. It's April 29th, we should know the status one way or another. This is bad transparency.

Then a PR should include details about China news that was included in the original PR about fortune magazine.

I just believe its bad business if you only talk about the good points but are mute about the bad. Good and bad things happen and I'm okay with it. We are dealing with governments here.

But you need to be transparent.

Yes, u release a PR with an expectation. He should release another PR stating whether that expectation is being met OR

He should have to deal with the wraith of the investors calling regarding this PR. You can't put out expected good news and not follow through with whatever results may be had...even if they are bad.

That's my opinion. I think its bad PR by CCTC just like the BW article made it sound like they were interviewed themselves.

Of course it's forward looking. However, you should be honest with investors and communicate appropriately. This is not being done. If they keep this bad business up they have a long road ahead of them in my opinion.

However, the fortune release was very well put together PR with details galore. hopefully they have their IR or RBD helping them out in the future. RBD should be telling them to give an update today or tomorrow...regardless of good or bad status. You need to keep investors informed. especially when dates are associated.

Yes I'm completely pissed. I have a right to be. But the day is not over. I am patient. But I think I have a right to be pissed.
