Ditto. Looks like this company is actually trying to make money by doing good business, rather than make money by doing a pump ATM. What a novel idea!
I do love this GreenAide trademark. Think about it. Band-aid. GreenAide. They're going to share shelf space in retail stores and perhaps become just as common if not bigger. Effortless revenue right there.
It's 11am. Are we getting WORSe than 2 year olds?
How long before we see GreenAide commercials on TV? :D
News flash!
Stocks go up AND down. Cripes!
It depends. While a reverse split is typically a negative signal, if it is used to obtain a PPS necessary to jump boards, then it may be beneficial overall. Although, I doubt that's the case here. A reverse split would be a bad move right now.
It's a penny stock, silly. Speculation rules these parts :)
Speaks to the positive outlook on big potential in a hot, up-and-coming industry. Most investors see it. Sitting very stable.
Ok, that's cool I guess. I just switched from Scottrade.
You are a machine. I've averaged way down on this long dip. Looking forward to next year.
I love Etrade, but my main gripe is that it makes you pay for every little feature. Isn't a real-time streamer just a standard nowadays? Not at Etrade =/
Thank you for the honesty. Many people have short-sightedness and might hide flaws from public view as to not hurt the stock. Looking long-term, it would be great to point out the problems and nip it in the bud.
Maybe. I asked the question about how many employees does Ken currently have and got some hate mail for it. Maybe lots of stressed out people here need a break.
Well there ya go. I think that Cannabis Med could actually be one of the brands associated with the marijuana industry if they are franchising(eg. branding) dispensaries. They'll be like gas stations, but for MJ, and CMSI could be an Exxon on the road somewhere. Gimmesum has legitimate concerns, but I think his problems are addressed in that CMSI will not simply process transactions like a million other companies already do. They changed their name to Cannabis Medical Solutions for a reason. Commerce Online would have fit just fine if they were just going to stick with transaction processing.
Those are not Kenergy wind turbines. The brand is Sunforce and Amazon already has them listed way low. The point really being, the resellers are not competitively priced, but they shouldn't be where the money is at anyway. The Kenergy branded products are better suited to bring in stready, high revenues.
Weren't they supposed to be franchising dispensaries?
That begs the question: How many employees does he have now? Who are the "sales team" and such?
I believe this to be the case. There's another stock, FCR* that just went from .04 to .0002 in an instant. The insitutional selling sold at market and met a single bid that was low balled at .0002. It immediately climbed back to a penny. Talk about making someone's day right there. Not a bad idea for end of month/quarter with no volume, non-triple zero stocks.
I think you are my hero. Did you seriously just get filled at .0002 and it ran back to about a penny?
Of course, I am proud of the fact that at that time, we investigated our asses off and figured the Kenergy thing out before it was PR'd. The only problem was it was high speculation when there is nothing or no one tell us we were right. Very satisfying.
I got in during Guru's April alert that merely speculated that a merger was likely. So after I got in, I refused to make that quick flip because I took a gamble on Guru's call for a merger. And then in June, it happened :)
I got in at .0002. Long because I'm tired of flipping. I feel good about a penny stock, for once, and I want to give myself a real shot at becoming a millionaire.
Picked up another 200k today. It was supposed to go somewhere else, but SSWC came out swinging :)
I believe that for all the good news, the "market" wants to see a positive number on that bottom line. It may not happen the first time, but hopefully the second time. Wish I knew when SSWC might be scheduled to release, of course assuming that perhaps within a couple months it's off the pink sheets.
I am not bashing. I am inquisitive. You don't understand what my post was about, do you?
EDIT: Sorry, meant for post 152115, Belgianshareholder.
That's uplisting to BB, QB, or QX, right?
Why are people throwing AMEX and NASDAQ around? I can't see that happening in 90 days without something drastic.
This is a bit random but helpful. I just realized that if you use Chrome and get the autopage extension, you can simply scroll through all posts here at once without having to click and load each post one by one. This may be an efficient thing to do for lots of yoos out theres.
There is a mess of information to wade through. Can anyone tell me if there is a stated plan to complete audits and filings and ditch the PK status? For the size this company is proclaiming to be(or about to be), this little detail is very annoying for a lot of would be investors I think.
6. The next PR should either contain that the A/S will increase -OR- There will be a Delay due to "Getting all of the Acquisitions At The Table" at one time -OR- one more Condition must be met prior to the Sign Off.
Sounds speculative to me.
Likely Monday PR?
He was speculating, much like the rest of us are doing.
In all honesty, the bickering doesn't even give the impression of whether this is a scam or not, and rather is this company being smart or not. There are plenty of legit companies that fail to take their shareholders onward and upward. Will this financing come through? I think the intentions are good, but will it allllll work out in the end ;)
By applying, you're stating that you're eligible. QASP is simply not close to being eligible unless a MASSIVE reverse-split takes place.
I'm not sure I understand you. After securing the loan, they have 90 days to uplist? I don't now the uplisting requirements for AMEX offhand, but for NASDAQ they are absolutely no where near being able to uplist.
The fact that there are Kenergy branded items currently for sale is leagues beyond what 95% of pinks ever get to. Although, let's wait and see if the people that ordered their stuff get it I guess ;)
You can get all of that Sunforce and whatever stuff on Amazon. Real cheap. I mean SSWC markup is almost 100% on some of those things.
But that's why I mentioned before, with those items we are talking about ZERO overhead. In other words, it doesn't cost anything to offer them for sale, and if some do sell, then money is money. Although there is something to be said for reputation. The huge markups are just a turnoff in general.
Interesting patent here

I've seen countdowns, but not adverts. Anyone seen adverts? I am looking at those countdowns frequently as I traverse Washington, DC. Prime estate for ads? Yes. Opportunity? Yes. Major contract required? Most likely.
That's what's interesting about those infomercial type products. All it takes is a single idea, and millions are in your future. OR you can go be a garbage man. O that's mean, but really not everyone can feasibly throw their idea out there and make millions. But you can clearly see the ones that do.
Anyone watch that reality show that had Billy Mays and the British dude pitching the competing infomercial contenders?
Ok, that one's just silly. Lol. Potentially a hot Xmas seller, but silly. :) That said, I think I'd like something like that.
If we're closing green and they're shorting that much, I do think we're still sitting pretty for now :)
I was curious and started searching around for some MMJ Dispensary forums. Found a bunch and started wondering if some half-decent spam was okay to get some legitimate business-minded eyes on this. I am sure there are many dispensaries that are unaware of CMSI. One look at the website and I think their interest will be peaked.
